本实用新型涉及一种向心关节轴承,特别涉及一种地铁车辆扭杆用向心关节轴承。
背景技术
向心关节轴承是一种特殊结构的滑动轴承,能承受较大的负荷,广泛应用于工程液压油缸、锻压机床、工程机械、自动化设备、汽车减震器、水利机械、摆动设备、震动设备等行业;传统的向心关节轴承结构复杂,使用寿命不长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、可靠耐用的向心关节轴承。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种向心关节轴承,包括:中央部为球形体的内圈,与内圈的球形体配合的外圈,设于外圈两侧的密封圈。内圈的延伸出外圈的两端为方形体,各方形体与所述球形体的连接部具有环形槽,所述密封圈的外端与该环形槽密封配合。
所述方形体上设有圆形通孔,且内圈的表面具有采用镀硬铬处理形成的镀层。各圆形通孔的中心轴线平行且与所述外圈的中心轴线垂直。
所述外圈为一次压制成型,且外圈的内表面涂有自润滑材料。
所述密封圈采用曲面结构,增大了与内圈的接触面积,增强了轴承的密封效果。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有积极的效果:本实用新型的向心关节轴承结构简单,采用在内圈上镀硬铬处理,外圈一次挤压成型工艺和表面涂自润滑材料处理,极大的提高了向心关节轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1,本实施例提供的向心关节轴承,包括:中央部为球形体的内圈1,与内圈1的球形体配合的外圈2,设于外圈两侧的密封圈3。内圈1的延伸出外圈2的两端为方形体,各方形体与所述球形体的连接部具有环形槽,所述密封圈3的外端与该环形槽密封配合。
所述方形体上设有圆形通孔11,且内圈1的表面具有采用镀硬铬处理形成的镀层。各圆形通孔11的中心轴线平行且与所述外圈2的中心轴线垂直。
所述外圈2为一次压制成型,且外圈2的内表面涂有自润滑材料(一般为石墨或聚四氟)。
所述密封圈3采用曲面结构,增大了与内圈1的接触面积,增强了轴承的密封效果。

1.一种向心关节轴承,其特征在于包括:中央部为球形体的内圈,与内圈的球形体配合的外圈,设于外圈两侧的密封圈;内圈的延伸出外圈的两端为方形体,各方形体与所述球形体的连接部具有环形槽,所述密封圈的外端与该环形槽密封配合;
所述方形体上设有圆形通孔,且内圈的表面具有采用镀硬铬处理形成的镀层;各圆形通孔的中心轴线平行且与所述外圈的中心轴线垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的向心关节轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈为一次压制成型,且外圈的内表面涂有自润滑材料。
