本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种压缩环，其在环体的表面设有尼龙保护层和保护膜，使环体的耐磨性及机械性能都得到提高，减小磨损，也提高了密封性。

一种压缩环，包括有环体，环体上具有开口，其特征在于：所述环体的截面呈外宽内窄的楔形结构，所述环体的环内壁上粘附有一层尼龙内衬层，所述环体的环外壁上粘附有一层尼龙外护套层，所述环体的上表面和下表面及环体开口的两端端面上分别设有保护膜，所述的保护膜是由磷化膜和氧化膜双层结构组成的。
本实用新型中在环体上表面、下表面及环体开口的两端端面上分别设有保护膜，磷化膜是通过化学处理的方法，使活塞环表面产生一层磷化膜，对产品起到防锈作用的同时，也可提高环的初期磨合性；氧化膜是在高温和强氧化剂的条件下，在钢铁材料表面生成一层氧化膜，具有耐腐蚀性，减磨润滑的性能。
