Abstract
Una tubería de acero para tubería de inyección de combustible que tiene una resistencia a la tensión de 500 a 900 MPa y una relación de cedencia de 0.50 a 0.85 y tiene una presión interna crítica (IP) que satisface [IP=0.41xTSxa] (a= [(D/d)2 -1] / [0.776x(D/d)2], en donde TS: resistencia a la tensión (MPa) de la tubería de acero, D: diámetro externo de la tubería de acero (mm), y d: diámetro interno de la tubería de acero (mm)), en donde un estrés o tensión residual en dirección circunferencial sobre una superficie interna de la tubería es de -20 MPa o menor después de que la tubería de acero se divide a la mitad en una dirección del eje de tubería.
