本发明公开了一种三元乙丙橡胶,属于橡胶材料领域,其组份和质量份数为:三元乙丙橡胶100~140份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂4010Na1~2份,防老剂RD1~2份,石蜡1~2份,上海易德化工有限公司生产的型号为TP-16的光亮剂1~2份,N-330炭黑20~40份,N-660炭黑40~65份,N-539炭黑30~55份,石蜡油45~65份,硫磺0.3~1份,促进剂CZ1~2份,促进剂M1~2份,促进剂BZ0.8~1.5,脱模剂TM-801~2份。本发明提供了一种外观优良,中低硬度,较好的脱模性能,较好的热撕裂性能以及高扯断伸长率的三元乙丙橡胶配方。

一种三元乙丙橡胶配方
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料领域,具体涉及一种三元乙丙橡胶配方。
背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶具有优异的耐候性、耐腐蚀性、耐臭氧性以及良好的绝缘性,但由于其分子结构缺少活性基团,内聚能低,加上胶料易于喷霜,自粘性和互粘性很差,热撕裂性很差,特别是在制造复杂的汽车进气波纹管时出模困难,废品率高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种外观优良,中低硬度,较好的脱模性能,较好的热撕裂性能以及高扯断伸长率的三元乙丙橡胶配方。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:一种三元乙丙橡胶配方,配方重量比为:
日本三井化学公司销售的牌号3072EM的三元乙丙橡胶 100~140份;
氧化锌                     5份;
硬脂酸                     2份;
防老剂4010Na              1~2份;
防老剂RD                  1~2份;
石蜡                      1~2份;
上海易德化工有限公司生产的型号为TP-16的光亮剂 1~2份;
N-330炭黑                20~40份;
N-660炭黑                40~65份;
N-539炭黑               30~55份;
石蜡油                  45~65份;
硫磺                   0.3~1份;
促进剂CZ               1~2份;
促进剂M                1~2份;
促进剂BZ              0.8~1.5份;
脱模剂TM-80           1~2份。
本发明的进一步改进是采用如下的重量配比:
日本三井化学公司销售的牌号3072EM的三元乙丙橡胶 140份;

石蜡                        1.5份;
上海易德化工有限公司生产的型号为TP-16的光亮剂 1份;
N-330炭黑                  30份;
N-660炭黑                  55份;
N-539炭黑                  40份;
石蜡油                     55份;
硫磺                       0.5份;
促进剂CZ                  1.4份;
促进剂M                   1.2份;
促进剂BZ                   1份;
脱模剂TM-80               1.5份。
本发明采用防老剂4010Na与防老剂RD可使产品具有优良的耐热性能;采用充油三元乙丙橡胶3072EM以及大量充油可使胶料拥有很高的扯断伸长率结合脱模剂TM-80使其拥有较好的脱模性能;满足产品使用要求下大量填充使产品成本低廉。
本发明三元乙丙橡胶配方有益效果:本发明三元乙丙橡胶配方,中低硬度,较好的脱模性能,较好的热撕裂性能以及高扯断伸长率的特点,具有优异的耐老化、耐候性和抗臭氧性能,制造的产品外观优良、回弹性高,解决了制造复杂的汽车进气波纹管出模困难、废品率高、成本高而普通胶料又无法满足使用要求的问题。
 材料性能数据:
1.300%定伸应力(MPa):3.96;电子拉力试验机;
2.拉伸强度(MPa):10.68;电子拉力试验机;
3.扯断伸长率(%):729.58;电子拉力试验机;
4.耐热老化性:70℃×168h;老化试验箱;
5.拉伸强度变化率(%):+2.43;电子拉力试验机;
6.扯断伸长率变化率(%):+1.04;电子拉力试验机;
7.耐臭氧性(在200pphm臭氧浓度,预拉伸20%,40℃×70h下,无龟裂或异常现象):无龟裂;耐臭氧老化试验箱;
8.邵氏硬度:55+5;邵氏硬度计XJ-1。
具体实施方式
实施方法:第一步,塑炼:将三元乙丙橡胶放在密炼机塑炼5-7分钟,在开炼机薄通2-3遍,停放4小时以上。
第二步,混炼:将第一步塑炼后的生胶投入密炼机中,加压2-3分钟,投入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010Na、防老剂RD、石蜡、上海易德化工有限公司生产的型号为TP-16的光亮剂加压1-2分钟,加入N-330炭黑、N-660炭黑、N-539炭黑和一半石蜡油加压3-4分钟,加入另一半石蜡油加压2-3分钟,排胶,开炼机下片8-10mm停放4小时以上。
第三步,加硫出片,将第二步得到的混炼胶投入密炼机加压回软2~3分钟;然后将从密炼机出来的胶料投入开炼机中,辊距3~4mm,落盘2~3次;再将胶料投入开炼机中包辊,抽取多余胶保留有适当的堆积胶,加入硫磺、促进剂CZ、促进剂M、促进剂BZ、内脱模剂TM-80;待粉料吃完后,加入抽出胶料,落盘2~3次;将辊距关至1.0mm打三角包2~3次,出片。
第四步,制备试片:将一定重量的胶片放入硫化机中160℃的试片模内,加压到10MPa,硫化10Min。
第五步,制备产品:将一定重量的胶片放入硫化机中165±3℃的橡胶模内,加压到15MPa,硫化8Min。

石蜡油                     55份;
硫磺                       0.5份;
促进剂CZ                  1.4份;
促进剂M                   1.2份;
促进剂BZ                   1份;
脱模剂TM-80               1.5份。

日本三井化学公司销售的牌号3072EM的三元乙丙橡胶 100~140份;

防老剂4010Na                                              1~2份;
防老剂RD                                                    1~2份;
石蜡                                                           1~2份;
上海易德化工有限公司生产的型号为TP-16的光亮剂      1~2份;
N-330炭黑                                                20~40份;
N-660炭黑                                                40~65份;
N-539炭黑                                               30~55份;
石蜡油                                                    45~65份;
硫磺                                                       0.3~1份;
促进剂CZ                                                 1~2份;
促进剂M                                                  1~2份;
促进剂BZ                                             0.8~1.5份;
