本发明涉及一种果汁饮料的技术领域。
背景技术
现有对柠檬的应用仅限于鲜用或制成干品,柠檬的价值不能充分利用,适用范围也受到了局限。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可以充分利用柠檬的一营养价值,扩大柠檬的适用范围的柠檬产品。
为解决上述问题技术方案:为达到上述充分利用柠檬的营养价值,扩大柠檬的适用范围的目的。本发明的技术解决方案是以鲜榨柠檬果汁, 添加水、白砂糖和柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基麦芽酚、异抗坏血酸钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾等食品添加剂,经调配、灌装、杀菌工艺制成的原果汁含量不低于10%的柠檬果汁饮料。
本发明的有益效果是:充分利用了柠檬果和柠檬营养价值,老少咸宜,扩大了柠檬的适用范围。

具体实施方式
选用新鲜成熟度适中,无变质、腐败和农药残留达标的柠檬鲜果,进行清洗,去皮后,在无菌环境中用压榨机榨出柠檬果汁,按照符合国家《食品企业通用卫生规范》和《饮料企业良好生产规范》的生产加工生产工艺,以鲜榨柠檬果汁添加水、白砂糖和柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基麦芽酚、异抗坏血酸钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾等食品添加剂,经调配、灌装、杀菌工艺制成的原果汁含量不低于10%的柠檬果汁饮料。适量加入水、白砂糖和各种食品添加剂,经高压高温杀菌等工艺,灌装成原果汁含量约为15%的柠檬果汁饮料。

1.一种柠檬果汁饮料,其特征在于利用柠檬鲜果,经清洗,去皮、榨汁后,加入适量水,白砂糖和食品添加剂,制成含原果汁不少于10%符合国家卫生标准的柠檬果汁饮料。
