Claims (43)

1.一种个人语音设备,包括:
个人语音设备外壳;
传感器,其为安装在该外壳上用于重现语音信号,该语音信号包含用于对听者播放的源语音及用于对抗周围语音声音在该传感器的声输出中的影响的抗噪音信号的两者;
参考麦克风,其为安装在该外壳上用于当不被阻塞时提供指示所述周围语音声音的参考麦克风信号;
误差麦克风,其为安装在传感器附近的壳体中用于提供指示传感器的输出和在传感器处的周围语音声音的误差麦克风信号;以及
处理电路,其执行具有从参考信号产生抗噪音信号的响应以减少由听者听到的周围语音声音的存在的适应性滤波器,其中处理电路通过调适适应性滤波器的响应来塑形与误差麦克风信号和参考麦克风信号一致的适应性滤波器的响应以使在误差麦克风处的周围语音声音最小化,其中抗噪音信号具有独立于调适来改变由听者听到的传感器的语音输出的抗噪音信号分量对参考麦克风信号的响应的附加塑形频率响应。

23.如权利要求22所述的集成电路,其中处理电路执行具有塑形源语音的次级路径响应的次级路径适应性滤波器和从误差麦克风信号去除源语音以提供指示输送到听者的组合抗噪音和周围语音声音的误差信号的组合器,并且其中处理电路还执行次级路径适应性滤波器的拷贝,其过滤参考麦克风信号来提供相关输入给与误差信号相关的适应性滤波器来控制适应性滤波器的调适,其中处理电路调适适应性滤波器来最小化与次级路径适应性滤波器的拷贝的输出相关的误差信号校正的分量,并且其中处理电路还执行具有与塑形参考麦克风信号来稳定适应性滤波器的响应的控制的第一固定滤波器的预定响应相等的响应的第二滤波器。
24.如权利要求23所述的集成电路,其中第二滤波器还包括低通响应,其阻止适应性滤波器的控制,以免调适来从抗噪音信号去除第一固定信号的预定响应,并且,其中处理电路还执行具有过滤误差信号的低通响应的第三滤波器。
25.如权利要求22所述的集成电路,其中预定响应是被塑形来从抗噪音信号去除特定问题频率的响应。
26.如权利要求25所述的集成电路,其中特定问题频率是在在2kHz到5kHz之间频率范围内的多路径空值,其存在于参考麦克风和误差麦克风之间的语音路径中。

30.如权利要求29所述的个人语音设备,其中适应性滤波器还包括:
适应性滤波器的第一固定部分;以及
适应性滤波器的第二适应性部分,其中第一固定部分和第二适应性部分一起操作来产生塑形抗噪音信号的响应,并且其中第二适应性部分具有泄漏特性,其随着时间将第二适应性部分的响应重新存储为第二适应性部分的初始响应。

提供所述组合的结果给传感器以产生语音输出。
34.如权利要求33所述的方法,其中适应性滤波器包括适应性滤波器的第一固定部分和适应性滤波器的第二适应性部分,其中所述方法包括一起操作第一固定部分和第二适应性部分来执行所述适应性产生,并且其中所述方法还包括在整个时间上将第二适应性部分的响应重新存储为第二适应性部分的初始响应以导致泄漏。
