本发明是一种用于饮料罐或饮料桶上用的活嘴,它具有一个用手柄操纵的挺杆,一个饮料接口,一个压力气体接口和一个容器接口,与活嘴内腔接有减压阀。
众所周知,这种活嘴的作用是从饮料罐或饮料桶内放出饮料来,比如从啤酒桶里放出啤酒。为此,将手柄放在抬高位置时就可以把活嘴与饮料容器上的接头件的法兰联接起来。接头件上有特殊的阀门,接头件就是装在容器开口中的接头。将手柄下压,推动挺杆移动。挺杆法兰压牢壳体的密封件,同时接头件上的阀门被打开,从而确保了接头的气体密封性。容器里的压力气体充入活嘴挺杆周围的内腔并传送饮料经过一个中心的管子流向饮料接头,然后经一个管道送到一定的饮料柜台去。
饮料排空后,将活嘴手柄朝上提起,从而卸除了加在壳体密封件上的压力,接头件的阀门也重新关闭。
一个主要的问题是,当活嘴内腔中工作压力较高时,特别是在挺杆周围的下部空腔中会保持有可能达到约6巴压力的气体。因此,壳体密封件被压靠在接头件的法兰盘上。这就有下面的缺点,要使活嘴与接头件法兰盘分开就必须先要克服气压造成的粘着力。这样做不但是非常费力,而且对操作者也是很危险的。
上述问题用本文开头介绍的活嘴装置至少可以部分地加以解决,这在文献EP-A-0432650中已做了阐明。但是,在这里减压阀是径向朝外地安置在活嘴壳体外,因此减压阀杆的运动方向几乎是与活嘴挺杆的运动方向相垂直。减压阀的作用是排除蓄液容器内的空气,因此每次必须用手,有时借助于手柄操纵减压阀。如果必须排除液蓄容器的空气,则容器阀门必须打开。当然也可以想象得到,若在不打开阀门的情况下,通过用手来操纵减压阀只可以排除活嘴壳体内的空气。
与此相反,本发明的目的是提供另一种用于饮料罐和饮料桶的活嘴,它保留原有减压阀的优点,而且在每次关闭过程之后,活嘴内腔的压力会自动降下来,而不需要任何手控操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于饮料罐或饮料桶上的活嘴,它具有一个用手柄操纵的活嘴挺杆,一个饮料接口,一个用于压力气体(CO2)的接口和一个饮料容器的接口,在活嘴内腔处接有一个减压阀。其中,活嘴挺杆上相对固定地装有一个法兰,减压阀有一个固定在活嘴壳体侧面的阀体,一个带有法兰的阀杆,一个始终对着法兰加力的压力弹簧,一个设置在法兰上的密封圈。减压阀是这样设置的,即当用手柄将活嘴挺杆向上运动时,挺杆上的法兰向上作用于阀杆的下端,使减压阀上的密封圈被向上推移,因此,泄出活嘴内腔中的压力液,使活嘴内腔里的压力液的压力降低。

图1表示活嘴1的一个侧面。活嘴1有一个用于气体压力的接口2,通常使用的气体介质是二氧化碳。此外活嘴上还有一个饮料接口3和一个与安装在容器开口处的接头件相连接的容器接口8。图中未画出该接头件。活嘴上还有一个操纵活嘴挺杆6的手柄4。手柄用摆动轴承5支承着,并且用铰链7在挺杆两边铰接。图1中还示出减压阀9的真实侧向位置,即与气体压力介质接口2成90°夹角。
如在图2和图3中可看出的,减压阀9有一个阀体26,它固定在活嘴壳体10的侧面上。并体26内有一个阀杆17。阀杆连有法兰19和其下部的导引件21,阀杆可以垂直移动。在法兰19和一个可调节螺丝22之间有一个压力弹簧20,这个弹簧的作用是将法兰19压紧在其下方的密封圈18上。该密封圈是用来对活嘴壳体10在导引件21处的开口从外侧进行密封的。调节螺丝22用来按具体条件调节所需要的弹簧压力。螺丝22是旋入在阀体26的内螺纹23之中。
在活嘴挺杆6和活嘴壳体10之间有两个密封圈11和12,实际上都是用“O”型圈。在活嘴底部另外还有一个密封圈13。在活嘴挺杆下端有一个设有气体通过开孔15的法兰14。这个法兰通常是用螺纹拧在挺杆下端。在活嘴壳体内壁10的范围内的挺杆6,在两个密封圈11和12之间形成凹槽25,它使得当挺杆处于最下面位置时压力气体可以往下流去。件号16表示活嘴内腔,一个减压阀9与活嘴内腔相联接。如果阀杆下端的导引件21具有三角或星状的横截面的活,减压阀的工作效率会更加提高。其作用原理如下所述。
当手柄4向上摆动时,活嘴挺杆6如图2所示被提升到最高位置,这时减压阀9会自动地动作,也就是,其上的法兰14推压导引件21的下端,使减压阀被打开,活嘴内腔16的压力气体经导引件21的中间空间及在密封圈18下侧的间隙24,可以向外逸泄出去。
图3表示活嘴挺杆6处于中间位置。当挺杆处于未在图上画出来的下面位置时,饮料容器是打开的,这时法兰14压牢密封圈13。活嘴挺杆6处于中间及最下面位置时,减压阀经压力弹簧20的作用始终处于关闭状态。在容器内压力超过了许可压力或者是在注入压力气体时,自动工作的减压阀9还起到保证安全的作用。用调节螺丝22来调整压力弹簧20的压力大小,使得当压力超过了许可压力值时减压阀会自动地打开。

Claims (3)

1.用于饮料罐或饮料桶上的活嘴(1),它具有一个用手柄(4)操纵的活嘴挺杆(6),一个饮料接口(3),一个用于压力气体(CO2)的接口(2)和一个饮料容器的接口(8),在活嘴内腔(16)处接有一个减压阀(9),其特征在于,活嘴挺杆(6)上相对固定地装有一个法兰(14),减压阀(9)有一个固定在活嘴壳体(10)侧面的阀体(26),一个带有法兰(19)的阀杆(17),一个始终对着法兰(19)加力的压力弹簧(20),一个设置在法兰(19)上的密封圈(18);减压阀是这样设置的,即当用手柄(4)将活嘴挺杆(6)向上运动时,挺杆上的法兰(14)向上作用于阀杆(17)的下端,使减压阀(9)上的密封圈(18)被向上推移,因此,泄出活嘴内腔(16)中的压力液,使活嘴内腔(16)里的压力液的压力降低。
