五仁便秘肠
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种香肠的配方和制作方法,尤其涉及一种五仁便秘肠。
二、背景技术
肠类食物是人们经常食用的一种方便食物。现有技术中的肠类一般是将各种肉类或者海鲜类和淀粉,在一定条件下加工而成。这些传统产品的营养成分和构成,已经不能满足人们的消费需求,而且它口味单一、没有保健和治疗便秘的功能,故不适于患有便秘人群和老年人食用。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种五仁便秘肠,该五仁便秘肠在现有技术基础上加以改进,肠内容物含有大量植物蛋白质、氨基酸和矿物质,能够起到滋阴润燥、润肠通便。适用于阴虚、老年人津枯液少之便秘。
本发明的技术方案:一种五仁便秘肠,其特征在于原料采用杏仁、松子仁、大麻子仁、柏子仁、精瘦肉、淀粉、食用油、调味剂和水按一定配比加工而成的;
