Abstract

本发明所述一种发光二极管灯管的连接器,其主要提供一种可让使用者利用简单插接动作即可形成接触导通,而适于日光灯管、省电灯管或类似灯管的结构。本发明所揭露的发光二极管灯管设有一光源模组以及二端盖,而该连接器则用以将二端盖分别连接于该光源模组二端侧,该连接器至少包含有:绝缘本体、导电片以及连接端子,该绝缘本体设有一插槽,该连接端子设于该插槽内并与该导电片连接,该连接端子设有至少二弹性端子部,透过各端盖的导电端子直接插接于该连接器,并与各弹性端子部形成接触导通,以传导电力,使具有简易组装,且一般人皆可更换维修套件。

发光二极管灯管的连接器
技术领域
本发明有关发光二极管灯管的连接器,特别是指一种可让使用者利用简单插接动作即可形成接触导通,而适于日光灯管、省电灯管或类似灯管的连接器。
背景技术
按,早期日光灯的灯管的材质大多为玻璃,且日光灯管内部含有少量的水银,故,在拿取或装设上需极为小心,因不小心打破日光灯管的话,其内部的水银流出会对环境造成伤害,且人体不小心碰触到或吸附到的话,也会造成中毒现象;且传统日光灯虽便宜,但其废弃物有汞污染或易碎等缺点者。
然,目前的日光灯新一代的改良,采用发光二极管(LED)来发光,其结构上也跟早期的日光灯设计是一样的,以能适用早期的灯架。
请参阅图1所示,指出该习知LED灯管的结构主要包括一中空管体11、一发光模组12及两外接模组13。其中该中空管体11包括一座体110及一灯罩111盖设在该座体上。该发光模组12包括电路板120及复数LED121结合在该些电路板120上,且该电路板120上具电路与该些LED121电气连接,该电路在该电路板120靠近两侧边处分别具有两导接区块123。该两外接模组13结合在该中空管体11的两端,每一外接模组包括一端盖130、一固定块131及两端子。该端盖130利用一螺栓133结合在该座体110上,该固定块131以螺栓133螺锁在该座体110上。该两端子包括一嵌块136及一导柱137。该嵌块136嵌入该固定块131中且一侧由该固定块131下方露出,并与外侧电路板120上的外侧边的导接区块123相焊接接触。该导柱137延伸自该嵌块136的一端面且由该端盖130伸出至外部。
然而习知技术的缺点如下。 
1.该外接模组组装动作繁复,组装成本较高。
2.焊接质量难以用肉眼判断,因此有可能产生细小的裂缝,并且焊接人员水平若参差不齐,亦容易影响焊接质量。
3.一般LED灯管仍延用习用的灯座结构,则LED灯管插入习用灯座结构的插座时,因需旋转90度始能接通电源,如此将使LED灯管的照射面也偏离90度,使LED灯管下方一侧无法获得照明。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题即在提供一种可让使用者利用简单插接动作即可形成接触导通,而适于日光灯管、省电灯管或类似灯管的连接器。
为达上述目的,本发明的灯管设有一光源模组以及二端盖,而该连接器则用以将二端盖分别连接于该光源模组二端侧,该连接器至少包含有:绝缘本体、导电片以及连接端子,该绝缘本体设有一插槽,该连接端子设于该插槽内并与该导电片连接。
其中,该连接端子设有至少二弹性端子部,透过各端盖的导电端子直接插接于该连接器,并与各弹性端子部形成接触导通,以传导电力,使具有简易组装,且一般人皆可更换维修套件。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述绝缘本体底部设有至少一突出的定位柱。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述绝缘本体二侧边分别形成二开口,可供该导电片的二焊接部穿设而出。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述第二导接部与各弹性端子部间形成有环状连接部。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述连接端子设有三个弹性端子部,各弹性端子部以夹角为120度配置。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述第一导接部可以设有穿孔,以供连接端子的第二导接部相套接。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述灯管本体与该帽盖间进一步设有滑动定位结构,该滑动定位结构设有至少一凸肋以及可收容该凸肋的环槽,该凸肋两侧并设有切槽,由该凸肋及该环槽的相互卡掣,使该灯管本体与该帽盖得以定位。
依据上述主要技术特征,所述凸肋设于该帽盖的内环壁处,而该环槽则设于该灯管本体靠近二端侧的外表面处。

具体实施方式
如图2本发明一较佳实施例连接器结构立体图,以及图3本发明一较佳实施例连接器结构剖视图所示,该连接器40至少包含有:绝缘本体41、导电片42以及连接端子43。
其中:该绝缘本体41设有一插槽411,该插槽411前端形成有一插入口412,请同时参阅图4所示,其后端并形成有一开孔413,该绝缘本体41二侧边并分别形成二开口414,各开口414与该插槽411相通。
该导电片42设于该绝缘本体41相对于该开孔413处,该导电片42设有位于该开孔413处的第一导接部421,以及由该第一导接部421朝二侧延伸至该绝缘本体41侧边的焊接部422,并由各开口414穿设而出。
该连接端子43设于该插槽411内,该连接端子43设有第二导接部431,用以与第一导接部421相互连接,该第二导接部431并朝该插入口412延伸有至少二弹性端子部432,如图所示实施例中,该连接端子43设有三个弹性端子部432,各弹性端子部432以夹角为120度配置,而该第二导接部431与各弹性端子部432间形成有环状连接部433,各弹性端子部432形成有内缩的连接部434以及末端朝外扩张的外扩部435;其中,该第一导接部421可以设有穿孔423,以供连接端子的第二导接部431相套接。
整体使用时,如图5及图6所示,该发光二极管灯管主要设有一灯管本体20,该灯管本体20内并设有光源模组21,该光源模组21并设有一电路板211以及设于该电路板211上复数发光二极管212,而该灯管本体20相对于该电路板211的二端侧则分别设有二端盖30,各端盖30设有二电性端子31,而于各端盖30内侧则分别设有一导电端子32,该导电端子32与该电性端子31连接,而该连接器则用以构成各端盖30与该电路板211间的电性连接。
组装时,该连接器40设置于该光源模组的电路板211上,并使该插入口412朝向电路板211的外侧,藉由该导电片的焊接部422焊接于该电路板21上,用以构成该连接器40与该电路板211的电性连接;请同时参阅图7所示,当端盖30插接于该连接器40时,该端盖的导电端子32由该插入口412插入,先利用各弹性端子部的外扩部435略向外扩张,以方便让该导电端子32继续朝后端移动至定位,此时各内缩的连接部434并可构成与该导电端子32的电性连接;另外,该绝缘本体41底部设有至少一突出的定位柱415,而该电路板21设有至少一收容该定位柱415的定位孔213,使该连接器40可更稳固定位于该电路板21上。
当本发明的灯管插入习用灯座结构时,该端盖的电性端子31以及导电端子32藉由该连接器40与电路板211形成一电流回路,使发光二极管212因接收到电力而发光发亮。故本发明可利用简单插接动作即可构成端盖与灯管的组装,使其具有易组装、易维修、易检测、易更换零组件,进而增加实用性。
再者,该灯管本体与该帽盖间进一步设有滑动定位结构,如图5所示,该滑动定位结构设有至少一凸肋22以及可收容该凸肋22的环槽23,该凸肋22两侧并设有切槽24,如图所示的实施例中,该凸肋22设于各帽盖30的内表面处,而该环槽23则设于该灯管本体20靠近二端侧的外表面处,藉由各切槽24提供该凸肋22弹性,以便于收容于该环槽23内,由该凸肋22及该环槽23的相互卡掣,使该灯管本体20与各帽盖30得以定位。
当本发明的灯管插入习用灯座结构,并形成一电流回路时,可同时利用该凸肋22可于该环槽23内进行滑动,使该灯管本体20与各帽盖30可具有360度的相对旋转,如图8所示,可构成灯管本体及电路板211来对应方位回转,以调整使用的需求照射角度。
再者,该凸肋22亦可设于该灯管本体20靠近二端侧的外表面处,如图9所示,而该环槽23则设于各帽盖30的内表面处,同样可使该灯管本体20与各帽盖30相互定位,并可形成相对旋转。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该发光二极管灯管主要设有一灯管本体,该灯管本体内并设有光源模组,该光源模组并设有一电路板以及设于该电路板上复数发光二极管,而该灯管本体相对于该电路板的二端侧则分别设有二端盖,各端盖设有二电性端子,而于各端盖内侧则分别设有一导电端子,该导电端子与该电性端子连接,而各端盖于该电路板间则设有连接器以构成电性连接,且该连接器至少包含有:
绝缘本体,该绝缘本体设有一插槽,该插槽前端形成有一插入口,其后端并形成有一开孔;
导电片,设于该绝缘本体相对于该开孔处,该导电片设有位于该开孔处的第一导接部,以及由该第一导接部朝二侧延伸至该绝缘本体侧边的焊接部;以及
连接端子,设于该插槽内,该连接端子设有第二导接部,用以与第一导接部相互连接,该第二导接部并朝该插入口延伸有至少二弹性端子部,各弹性端子部形成有内缩的连接部以及末端朝外扩张的外扩部。
2.如权利要求1所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该绝缘本体底部设有至少一突出的定位柱。
3.如权利要求1或2所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该绝缘本体二侧边分别形成二开口,可供该导电片的二焊接部穿设而出。
4.如权利要求3所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该第二导接部与各弹性端子部间形成有环状连接部。
5.如权利要求3所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该连接端子设有三个弹性端子部,各弹性端子部以夹角为120度配置。
6.如权利要求3所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该第一导接部设有穿孔,以供连接端子的第二导接部相套接。
7.如权利要求3所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该灯管本体与该帽盖间进一步设有滑动定位结构,该滑动定位结构设有至少一凸肋以及可收容该凸肋的环槽,该凸肋两侧并设有切槽,由该凸肋及该环槽的相互卡掣,使该灯管本体与该帽盖得以定位。
8.如权利要求7所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该凸肋设于该帽盖的内环壁处,而该环槽则设于该灯管本体靠近二端侧的外表面处。
9.如权利要求7所述发光二极管灯管的连接器,其特征在于,该凸肋设于该灯管本体靠近二端侧的外表面处,而该环槽则设于各帽盖的内环壁处。
