Description

燈頭之固定結構
本創作係有關燈頭之固定結構,主要提升對燈頭之固定效果,以及增加固定燈頭便利性之固定結構。
按,早期日光燈之燈管的材質大多為玻璃,且日光燈管內部含有少量的水銀,故,在拿取或裝設上需極為小心,因不小心打破日光燈管的話,其內部之水銀流出會對環境造成傷害,且人體不小心碰觸到或吸附到的話,也會造成中毒現象;且傳統日光燈雖便宜,但其廢棄物有汞污染或易碎等缺點者。
然,目前的日光燈新一代的改良,採用發光二極體(LED)來發光,其結構上也跟早期的日光燈設計是一樣的,以能適用早期的燈架。
如第一圖所示,一般發光二極體燈管係由一燈殼11、發光二極體元件12,以及兩個插頭13所組成,該燈殼11係由一長條狀之燈殼座14與一長條狀之透光罩15相嵌合構成一管狀結構體,該燈殼11設有一容置空間18,以供容置發光二極體元件之基板17,而各燈頭13則藉由螺絲19鎖固方式固定於該燈殼座14二端,以達到固定之效果;惟,藉由螺絲19之固定,需要工具才得以進行拆卸或鎖固。
有鑑於此,本創作即針對燈頭之固定結構加以改良,藉以提升對燈頭之固定效果,以及增加固定燈頭便利性之固定結構。
為達上揭目的,本創作之燈頭利用固定結構分別定位設置於燈管之二末端;其中:該燈管靠近二末端處設有至少一穿孔,該燈頭並相對各穿孔形成有定位孔,而該固定結構設有二彈性臂以及連接二彈性臂之壓抵部,而二彈性臂末端則形成有卡掣部。
該卡掣部可依序穿入於穿孔及定位孔,而使該燈頭得以套設固定於該燈管,可提升對燈頭之固定效果,以及增加固定燈頭之便利性。
依據上述主要結構特徵,所述燈管至少設有:一燈殼座、一透光罩以及光源模組,該燈殼座一斷面蓋略呈半圓狀之結構體,其相對於半圓之內部係形成有一凹谷狀之容置空間,該容置空間底面設有一固定部,而各穿孔則相對於該固定部上方,而該透光罩則與該燈殼座之容置空間開口相蓋合,該光源模組則設有一電路板及複數設於該電路板上之發光元件,利用該壓抵部可使該電路板定位於該燈殼座之固定部上。
依據上述主要結構特徵,所述燈殼座之固定部與該電路板之間可增設有導熱膠。
依據上述主要結構特徵,所述燈頭係設有二電性端子,而於該燈頭內側則分別設有一導電端子,該導電端子係與該電性端子連接,而該光源模組之電路板二端設有一連接座,該連接座設有一殼體,該殼體設有至少一插槽,該插槽內設有端子以及與該端子連接之導電片,該導電片並延伸至該殼 體側邊,以供與該電路板電性連接,而該插槽則可供各燈頭之導電端子插接而形成導通。
依據上述主要結構特徵,所述燈殼座在其相對於半圓之外部設有若干散熱鰭片。
本創作之特點,可參閱本案圖式及實施例之詳細說明而獲得清楚地瞭解。
如第二圖為本創作燈頭與燈管之結構立體圖,以及第三圖為本創作燈頭與燈管之結構分解圖所示,本創作之燈頭20利用固定結構30分別定位設置於燈管40之二末端;其中:該燈管40靠近二末端處設有至少一穿孔41,該燈頭20並相對各穿孔41形成有定位孔21,而該固定結構30設有二彈性臂31以及連接二彈性臂31之壓抵部32,而二彈性臂31末端則形成有卡掣部33。
整體組裝時,該卡掣部33可依序穿入於穿孔41及定位孔21,而使該燈頭20得以套設固定於該燈管40,可提升對燈頭20之固定效果,以及增加固定燈頭之便利性;當裕將燈頭20自該燈管40拆卸時,僅需將卡掣部33內壓使其脫離該定位孔21,則可將該燈頭20與該燈管40相互分離。
再者,該燈管40至少設有:一燈殼座42、一透光罩43以及光源模組44,該燈殼座42一斷面蓋略呈半圓狀之結構體,其相對於半圓之內部係形成有一凹谷狀之容置空間,該容置空間底面設有一固定部421,而各穿孔41則相對於該固定部421上方,該燈殼座42在其相對於半圓之外部設有若干散熱鰭 片422,而該透光罩43則與該燈殼座42之容置空間開口相蓋合,該光源模組44則設有一電路板441及複數設於該電路板441上之發光元件442,請同時參閱第四圖所示,利用該壓抵部32可使該電路板441定位於該燈殼座之固定部421上,以改良習有電路板需利用螺絲鎖固之方式,而可增加光源模組之組裝彈性,以及提升對光源模組之固定效果;當然,該燈殼座之固定部與該電路板之間可增設有導熱膠,可進一步增加固定效果。
另外,該燈頭20係設有二電性端子22,而於該燈頭內側則分別設有一導電端子23,該導電端子23係與該電性端子22一體製成且相互連接,而該光源模組之電路板441二端設有一連接座50,該連接座50設有一殼體51,該殼體51設有至少一插槽511,該插槽511內設有端子512以及與該端子512連接之導電片513,該導電片513並延伸至該殼體側邊,以供與該電路板441電性連接,而該插槽511則可供各燈頭之導電端子23插接而形成導通;當本創作之燈管插入習用燈座結構時,該電性端子22以及導電端子23藉由該連接座50與電路板441形成一電流迴路,使發光元件442因接收到電力而發光發亮。故本創作可利用簡單插接動作即可構成燈頭與燈管之組裝,使其具有易組裝、易維修、易檢測、易更換零組件,進而增加實用性。
綜上所述,本創作提供燈頭一較佳可行之固定結構,爰依法提呈新型專利之申請;本創作之技術內容及技術特點巳揭示如上,然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本創作之揭示而作各種不背離本案創作精神之替換及修飾。因此,本創 作之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者,而應包括各種不背離本創作之替換及修飾,並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種燈頭之固定結構,該燈頭利用固定結構分別定位設置於燈管之二末端;其特徵在於:該燈管靠近二末端處設有至少一穿孔,該燈頭並相對各穿孔形成有定位孔,而該固定結構設有二彈性臂以及連接二彈性臂之壓抵部,而二彈性臂末端則形成有卡掣部,該卡掣部可依序穿入於穿孔及定位孔,而使該燈頭得以套設固定於該燈管。
  2. 如請求項1所述燈頭之固定結構,其中該燈管至少設有:一燈殼座,為一斷面蓋略呈半圓狀之結構體,其相對於半圓之內部係形成有一凹谷狀之容置空間,該容置空間底面設有一固定部,而各穿孔則相對於該固定部上方;一透光罩,供與該燈殼座之容置空間開口相蓋合;光源模組,設有一電路板及複數設於該電路板上之發光元件,利用該壓抵部可使該電路板定位於該燈殼座之固定部上。
  3. 如請求項2所述燈頭之固定結構,其中該燈殼座之固定部與該電路板之間可增設有導熱膠。
  4. 如請求項2所述燈頭之固定結構,其中該燈殼座在其相對於半圓之外部設有若干散熱鰭片。
  5. 如請求項2至4其中任一項所述燈頭之固定結構,其中該燈頭係設有二電性端子,而於該燈頭內側則分別設有一導電端子,該導電端子係與該電性端子連接,而該光源模組之 電路板二端設有一連接座,該連接座設有一殼體,該殼體設有至少一插槽,該插槽內設有端子以及與該端子連接之導電片,該導電片並延伸至該殼體側邊,以供與該電路板電性連接,而該插槽則可供各燈頭之導電端子插接而形成導通。
