Abstract

本发明提出一种散件式灯管,包括灯管主体,灯管主体包括灯罩、设置于灯罩内部的光源板、套接于灯罩两端的多个灯头本体,各灯头本体内部设置有组接部,各组接部可活动式地组装接头,以供多个接头组装结合灯管主体两端。灯管主体与多个接头为可单独出货,当客户端需要组装灯管时,只要取出各个接头部件,并扣在灯管主体上即可。

一种散件式灯管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯管,特别指一种散件式灯管。
背景技术
发光二极体灯管主要包括;管体、发光模组、驱动电路以及多个电接头;发光模组系容设在管体内部,发光模组包含电路板及复数发光单元,发光单元布设在电路板上,并电连接电路板;驱动电路位在电路板上,并电连接电路板;各电接头分别与管体的两端以密封方式结合,且二电接头亦分别以焊接方式电连接驱动电路。
发光二极体灯管产生的问题:
1.常规发光二极体灯管产品组装完成后,灯管内的电源位置无法调整,由於电源位置不佳,导致的问题(如阴影)需返工才能改善。
2.常规发光二极体灯管产品组装时,由于灯头较长,电源线很难穿进灯头上的铜针孔,造成操作上的不便。
3.常规发光二极体灯管产品组装完成后,由于电源在内部,无法调整电源的任何参数。
4.常规发光二极体灯管产品出货时,由于铜针设在灯上,包材需考虑保护铜针的措施,包装成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,本发明一实施例提出一种散件式灯管,包括灯管主体,灯管主体包括灯罩、设置于灯罩内部的光源板、套接于灯罩两端的多个灯头本体,各灯头本体内部设置有组接部,各组接部可活动式地组装接头,以供多个接头组装结合灯管主体两端。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,组接部包括形成于灯头本体内部的扣环体、以及设置在扣环体上的多个相间隔的凹部。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,凹部侧边形成导引斜面。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,多个接头包括灯头上盖及结合于灯头上盖侧边的多个铜针。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,更包括电源件,设置于灯管主体内部。
有鉴于上述问题,本发明一实施例提出一种散件式灯管,其特征在于,包括一灯管主体及可组装式的多个接头,所述灯管主体包括一灯罩、一设置于所述灯罩内部的光源板、套接于所述灯罩两端的多个灯头本体,各所述灯头本体内部设置有一组接部,各所述接头侧边延伸有一卡接部,各所述组接部可活动式地组装所述卡接部,以供所述多个接头组装结合所述灯管主体两端。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,组接部包括形成于灯头本体内部的扣环体、以及设置在扣环体上的多个相间隔的凹部,卡接部包括形成于接头侧边的多个侧臂、以及设置在侧臂上的钩部。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,凹部侧边形成导引斜面,钩部侧边形成导引斜面。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,多个接头包括灯头上盖及结合于灯头上盖侧边的多个铜针。
根据上述一种散件式灯管的一种优选的实施方式,其中,更包括电源件,设置于灯管主体内部。
综上所述,根据本发明的一实施例或多个实施例的一种散件式灯管,具有下列特色,灯管主体与多个接头为可单独出货,节省包装成本,当客户端需要组装灯管时,只要取出各个接头部件,并扣在灯管主体上即可。灯管主体组装完成后,还可调整电源件的位置,避免返工。铜针在接头上,接头短,容易穿电源线。灯管主体组装完成后,可通过两端的孔,手动调整电源件靠近端部的细微结构并调整电源的部分参数。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1及图2,是本发明散件式灯管实施例一的外观示意图与分解示意图。
本发明的实施例是一种散件式灯管,包括一长管型的灯管主体1,灯管主体1包括一灯罩11,灯罩11为透明或半透明材质制成。
本发明的实施例中,散件式灯管包括设置于灯罩11内部的光源板2,光源板2上阵列有多个相间隔的led 21。
本发明的实施例中,散件式灯管包括套接于灯罩11两端的多个灯头本体12,各灯头本体12内部设置有组接部13。特别说明的是,灯头本体12为一圆管体,灯头本体12的内径大于等于灯罩11的外径,灯头本体12套接在于灯罩11的外部。并且,灯罩11是设置在灯头本体12的一端固定。
请参阅图3、图4、图5及图6,是本发明散件式灯管实施例一组装时的分解示意图、侧视剖面示意图、组装后的侧视剖面示意图与前视剖面示意图。本发明的实施例中,各组接部13可活动式地组装一接头3,以供个接头3组装结合灯管主体1两端。其中,灯管主体1与多个接头3为可单独出货,当客户端需要组装灯管时,只要取出各个接头3部件,并扣在灯管主体1上即可。
本发明的实施例中,更详细地说,组接部13包括形成于灯头本体12内部的扣环体131、以及设置在扣环体131上的多个相间隔的凹部132,其中,凹部132侧边形成一导引斜面133。各接头3侧边延伸有卡接部31,各组接部13可活动式地组装卡接部31,以供多个接头3组装结合灯管主体1两端。
其中,卡接部31包括形成于接头3侧边的多个侧臂311、以及一设置在侧臂311上的钩部312。钩部312侧边形成一导引斜面313。
将接头3的各卡接部31对准插入凹部132,钩部312上的导引斜面313滑移推入凹部132上的导引斜面133,施予作用力即可将各接头3安装在灯管主体1两侧,便于安装、节省组装工时。
本发明的实施例中,更详细地说,多个接头3包括灯头上盖32及结合于灯头上盖32侧边的多个铜针33。特别说明的是,灯头上盖32为一圆管体,灯头上盖32的外径小于等于灯头本体12的内径,灯头上盖32套接在于灯头本体12的内部,并且,灯头上盖32位于灯头本体12的另一端固定。
本发明的实施例中,更详细地说,散件式灯管更包括电源件4,设置于灯管主体1内部而供给光源板2所需电力。
综上所述,根据本发明的一实施例或多个实施例的一种散件式灯管,具有下列特色,灯管主体与多个接头为可单独出货,节省包装成本,当客户端需要组装灯管时,只要取出各个接头部件,并扣在灯管主体上即可。灯管主体组装完成后,还可调整电源件的位置,避免返工。铜针在接头上,接头短,容易穿电源线。灯管主体组装完成后,可通过两端的孔,手动调整电源件靠近端部的细微结构并调整电源的部分参数。
需要说明的是,尽管在本文中已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围。因此,基于本发明的创新理念,对本文所述实施例进行的变更和修改,或利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,直接或间接地将以上技术方案运用在其他相关的技术领域,均包括在本发明专利的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种散件式灯管,其特征在于,包括一灯管主体,所述灯管主体包括一灯罩、一设置于所述灯罩内部的光源板、套接于所述灯罩两端的多个灯头本体,各所述灯头本体内部设置有一组接部,各所述组接部可活动式地组装一接头,以供所述多个接头组装结合所述灯管主体两端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述组接部包括一形成于所述灯头本体内部的扣环体、以及设置在所述扣环体上的多个相间隔的凹部。
3.如权利要求2所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述凹部侧边形成一导引斜面。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述多个接头包括一灯头上盖及结合于所述灯头上盖侧边的多个铜针。
5.如权利要求1所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:更包括一电源件,设置于所述灯管主体内部。
6.一种散件式灯管,其特征在于,包括一灯管主体及可组装式的多个接头,所述灯管主体包括一灯罩、一设置于所述灯罩内部的光源板、套接于所述灯罩两端的多个灯头本体,各所述灯头本体内部设置有一组接部,各所述接头侧边延伸有一卡接部,各所述组接部可活动式地组装所述卡接部,以供所述多个接头组装结合所述灯管主体两端。
7.如权利要求6所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述组接部包括一形成于所述灯头本体内部的扣环体、以及设置在所述扣环体上的多个相间隔的凹部,所述卡接部包括形成于所述接头侧边的多个侧臂、以及一设置在所述侧臂上的钩部。
8.如权利要求7所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述凹部侧边形成一导引斜面,所述钩部侧边形成一导引斜面。
9.如权利要求6或7所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:所述多个接头包括一灯头上盖及结合于所述灯头上盖侧边的多个铜针。
10.如权利要求6所述的散件式灯管,其特征在于:更包括一电源件,设置于所述灯管主体内部。
