电容管件模具注塑成型机构,包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装定模板,下模板上安装两块模脚,两模脚上安装动模板,两模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上安装顶杆,所述的动模板与定模板之间设置抽芯芯子,抽芯芯子与动模板和定模板之间的间隙构成管件本体模腔,所述的顶杆穿过动模板顶在抽芯芯子下,在管件本体模腔中设置铜脚,铜脚上绕有电热丝,所述抽芯芯子上制有插孔,铜脚的上头插入插孔中,所述动模板的底面安装管脚底板,管脚底板上安装两根管脚芯杆,管脚芯杆穿过动模板,管脚芯杆的头部与动模板之间有管脚模腔,管脚模腔与管件本体模腔连通,管脚芯杆中制有插槽,铜脚的下头插入插槽中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容管件模具注塑成型机构,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
现有技术生产电容管件,一般都是先由塑料模具将管件注塑成型后,再将电容嵌到管件中,在此过程中,需要在管件中开孔,然后将电容安装到孔中,再由密封胶密封,其缺点有:一、操作麻烦,装配不便;二、工序多,增加生产成本;三、管件开孔后影响产品强度,容易破裂;四、产品外观有瑕疵,产品档次低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用电容与管件一体注塑成型,加工方便,产品强度强,质量好,档次高的电容管件模具注塑成型机构。
本发明电容管件模具注塑成型机构的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装定模板,下模板上安装两块模脚,两模脚上安装动模板,两模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上安装顶杆,其特征在于所述的动模板与定模板之间设置抽芯芯子,抽芯芯子与动模板和定模板之间的间隙构成管件本体模腔,所述的顶杆穿过动模板顶在抽芯芯子下,在管件本体模腔中设置铜脚,铜脚上绕有电热丝,所述抽芯芯子上制有插孔,铜脚的上头插入插孔中,所述动模板的底面安装管脚底板,管脚底板上安装两根管脚芯杆,管脚芯杆穿过动模板,管脚芯杆的头部与动模板之间有管脚模腔,管脚模腔与管件本体模腔连通,管脚芯杆中制有插槽,铜脚的下头插入插槽中。
本发明公开了一种电容管件模具注塑成型机构,当熔融的塑料原料注入管件本体模腔和管脚模腔中后,形成管件本体和管件的管脚,管件本体将铜脚和电热丝包覆在内,一体注塑保压成型,然后模具开模,动模板在注塑机动力带动下向下运行,与定模板分离,抽芯芯子和产品留在动模板中,再由注塑机动力推动下顶板和上顶板,上顶板带动顶杆顶在抽芯芯子下,将抽芯芯子连同产品一起顶出动模板外,由机械手或者人工拿走,放到另外的抽芯架中(抽芯架为另一抽芯机构,不属本方案的技术范围),将抽芯芯子从产品中抽出,由于铜脚的上头插入到抽芯芯子的插孔中,因此,在抽芯芯子抽出时,是直接将插入插孔中的铜脚上头拉断,产品抽出。留在插孔中的铜脚断头由人工取出,再插入下一个铜脚,然后将抽芯芯子装回到模具中,模具合模,进行下一个生产工序。本方案铜脚与管件本体一体注塑成型,无需另外钻孔、装配,减少工序,降低成本,节省费用,同时产品质量好,档次高。
本发明的电容管件模具注塑成型机构,所述的抽芯芯子为中空,中空的抽芯芯子省材料,重量轻,便于取出。所述的动模板中安有导柱,导柱穿过抽芯芯子,导柱对抽芯芯子起定位和导向作用。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种电容管件模具注塑成型机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具上模板1和下模板2,上模板1下安装定模板3,下模板2上安装两块模脚4,两模脚上安装动模板5,两模脚之间设置上顶板8和下顶板9,上顶板上安装顶杆10,所述的动模板5与定模板3之间设置抽芯芯子6,抽芯芯子6与动模板5和定模板3之间的间隙构成管件本体模腔,所述的顶杆10穿过动模板5顶在抽芯芯子6下,在管件本体模腔中设置铜脚62,铜脚62上绕有电热丝63,所述抽芯芯子6上制有插孔61,铜脚62的上头插入插孔61中,所述动模板5的底面安装管脚底板11,管脚底板上安装两根管脚芯杆12,管脚芯杆穿过动模板5,管脚芯杆12的头部与动模板5之间有管脚模腔,管脚模腔与管件本体模腔连通,管脚芯杆12中制有插槽13,铜脚62的下头插入插槽13中。当熔融的塑料原料注入管件本体模腔和管脚模腔中后,形成管件本体7和管件的管脚71,管件本体7将铜脚62和电热丝63包覆在内,一体注塑保压成型,然后模具开模,动模板5在注塑机动力带动下向下运行,与定模板3分离,抽芯芯子6和产品留在动模板5中,再由注塑机动力推动下顶板9和上顶板8,上顶板8带动顶杆10顶在抽芯芯子6下,将抽芯芯子6连同产品一起顶出动模板外,由机械手或者人工拿走,放到另外的抽芯架中(抽芯架为另一抽芯机构,不属本方案的技术范围),将抽芯芯子6从产品中抽出,由于铜脚62的上头插入到抽芯芯子6的插孔61中,因此,在抽芯芯子6抽出时,是直接将插入插孔61中的铜脚62上头拉断,产品抽出。留在插孔61中的铜脚断头由人工取出,再插入下一个铜脚,然后将抽芯芯子6装回到模具中,模具合模,进行下一个生产工序。本方案铜脚与管件本体一体注塑成型,无需另外钻孔、装配,减少工序,降低成本,节省费用,同时产品质量好,档次高。所述的抽芯芯子6为中空64,中空的抽芯芯子省材料,重量轻,便于取出。所述的动模板5中安有导柱51,导柱51穿过抽芯芯子6,导柱对抽芯芯子起定位和导向作用。

1.电容管件模具注塑成型机构,包括模具上模板(1)和下模板(2),上模板(1)下安装定模板(3),下模板(2)上安装两块模脚(4),两模脚上安装动模板(5),两模脚之间设置上顶板(8)和下顶板(9),上顶板上安装顶杆(10),其特征在于所述的动模板(5)与定模板(3)之间设置抽芯芯子(6),抽芯芯子(6)与动模板(5)和定模板(3)之间的间隙构成管件本体模腔,所述的顶杆(10)穿过动模板(5)顶在抽芯芯子(6)下,在管件本体模腔中设置铜脚(62),铜脚(62)上绕有电热丝(63),所述抽芯芯子(6)上制有插孔(61),铜脚(62)的上头插入插孔(61)中,所述动模板(5)的底面安装管脚底板(11),管脚底板上安装两根管脚芯杆(12),管脚芯杆穿过动模板(5),管脚芯杆(12)的头部与动模板(5)之间有管脚模腔,管脚模腔与管件本体模腔连通,管脚芯杆(12)中制有插槽(13),铜脚(62)的下头插入插槽(13)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的电容管件模具注塑成型机构,其特征在于所述的抽芯芯子(6)为中空(64)。
3.如权利要求1所述的电容管件模具注塑成型机构,其特征在于所述的动模板(5)中安有导柱(51),导柱(51)穿过抽芯芯子(6)。
