塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装型腔,下模板上安装型芯,所述的型芯与型腔之间设置抽芯块,抽芯块与型芯和型腔之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的塑件,所述的抽芯块中设置固定杆,固定杆的一头伸出抽芯块外,并安装推料板,推料板连接顶出杆,顶出杆固定在固定板上,固定板的两侧活动连接两根长拉杆,两根长拉杆另一头分别活动连接上模板和下模板,两根长拉杆的中部经轴销各自活动连接一根短连杆,两根短连杆活动连接推料板。本方案无顶出结构,产品无顶痕,模具紧凑,体积小,适合小型注塑机生产,投资低,生产省,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
采用塑料模具生产塑料制品,如打印机空心转轴、漏斗和连接管等塑件,根据产品外观结构的特征和使用性能不同,在打印机空心转轴、长形漏斗和连接管等产品内部都需抽芯脱模,外面连接处有外螺纹,按照传统做法,会采用滑块脱模,顶针顶出或产品竖放,推料板顶出,但是,由于产品会较长和外观要求高的特点,原做法用顶针顶出表面会有顶针印,如果产品竖放开模,模具会很高,需要的成型注塑机会很大,生产成本投资大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用无顶出结构,脱模顺利,模具加工简单,生产效率高,成本投资省的塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构。
本发明塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装型腔,下模板上安装型芯,其特征在于所述的型芯与型腔之间设置抽芯块,抽芯块与型芯和型腔之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的塑件,所述的抽芯块中设置固定杆,固定杆的一头伸出抽芯块外,并安装推料板,推料板连接顶出杆,顶出杆固定在固定板上,固定板的两侧活动连接两根长拉杆,两根长拉杆另一头分别活动连接上模板和下模板,两根长拉杆的中部经轴销各自活动连接一根短连杆,两根短连杆活动连接推料板。
本发明的塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,所述的两根长拉杆和两根短连杆实际上构成一组伸缩式铰链,开模时,由注塑机动力带动模具型芯部分向下运行,与模具的型腔部分分离,在开模过程中,下模板跟着型芯运动,带动长拉杆运动,抽芯块在长拉杆的作用下悬浮在模具型芯和型腔之间,塑件也脱离了型腔和型芯,紧包在抽芯块上,完成第一次脱模。模具继续开模,长拉杆带动固定板,使固定板驱使固定在其上的顶出杆向前运动,顶出杆连接在推料板上,带动推料板一直向前运动,直到接触塑件,并将塑件从抽芯块上完全推出,塑件自动落出模具,脱模顺利,产品表面无顶痕,模具也无顶出机构,结构紧凑,适合小型注塑机生产,投资成本低,生产效率高。
本发明的塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,所述的固定杆另一头由螺钉经压板与抽芯块相固定,安装牢靠。所述的上模板和下模板的一端安装连接块,两根长拉杆分别活动连接在连接块上,连接方便。所述的型芯与型腔中安装定位块,抽芯块上制有定位槽,定位块与定位槽相配合,使抽芯块在合模时精确定位在模具内,且注塑成型时不会偏移位置。所述的固定杆中设置水路,有了水路,利于固定杆冷却,水路有水路连接块,水路连接块由上压板和下压板与推料板相固定,固定方便、牢靠。所述的型芯和型腔中设置螺纹镶块,可以成型塑件连接处的外螺纹,采用镶块形式,便于模具加工、部件更换。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具上模板1和下模板4,上模板下安装型腔2,下模板上安装型芯3,所述的型芯3与型腔2之间设置抽芯块5,抽芯块5与型芯3和型腔2之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的塑件7,所述的抽芯块5中设置固定杆6,固定杆6的一头伸出抽芯块5外,并安装推料板23,推料板23连接顶出杆22,顶出杆22固定在固定板11上,固定板11的两侧活动连接两根长拉杆10,两根长拉杆10另一头分别活动连接上模板1和下模板4,两根长拉杆10的中部经轴销9各自活动连接一根短连杆8,两根短连杆8活动连接推料板23。本方案所述的两根长拉杆10和两根短连杆8实际上构成一组伸缩式铰链,开模时,由注塑机动力带动模具型芯3部分向下运行,与模具的型腔2部分分离,在开模过程中,下模板4跟着型芯3运动,带动长拉杆10运动,抽芯块5在长拉杆10的作用下悬浮在模具型芯3和型腔2之间,塑件7也脱离了型腔2和型芯3,紧包在抽芯块5上,完成第一次脱模。模具继续开模,长拉杆10带动固定板11,使固定板11驱使固定在其上的顶出杆22向前运动,顶出杆22连接在推料板23上,带动推料板23一直向前运动,直到接触塑件7,并将塑件7从抽芯块5上完全推出,塑件自动落出模具,脱模顺利,产品表面无顶痕,模具也无顶出机构,结构紧凑,适合小型注塑机生产,投资成本低,生产效率高。所述的固定杆6另一头由螺钉12经压板13与抽芯块5相固定,安装牢靠。所述的上模板1和下模板4的一端安装连接块14,两根长拉杆10分别活动连接在连接块14上,连接方便。所述的型芯3与型腔2中安装定位块15,抽芯块5上制有定位槽16,定位块15与定位槽16相配合,使抽芯块在合模时精确定位在模具内,且注塑成型时不会偏移位置。所述的固定杆6中设置水路17,有了水路,利于固定杆冷却,水路17有水路连接块18,水路连接块18由上压板19和下压板20与推料板23相固定,固定方便、牢靠。所述的型芯3和型腔2中设置螺纹镶块21,可以成型塑件连接处的外螺纹,采用镶块形式,便于模具加工、部件更换。

1.塑料模具无顶出自动脱模机构,包括模具上模板(1)和下模板(4),上模板下安装型腔(2),下模板上安装型芯(3),其特征在于所述的型芯(3)与型腔(2)之间设置抽芯块(5),抽芯块(5)与型芯(3)和型腔(2)之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的塑件(7),所述的抽芯块(5)中设置固定杆(6),固定杆(6)的一头伸出抽芯块(5)外,并安装推料板(23),推料板(23)连接顶出杆(22),顶出杆(22)固定在固定板(11)上,固定板(11)的两侧活动连接两根长拉杆(10),两根长拉杆(10)另一头分别活动连接上模板(1)和下模板(4),两根长拉杆(10)的中部经轴销(9)各自活动连接一根短连杆(8),两根短连杆(8)活动连接推料板(23),开模时,由注塑机动力带动模具型芯(3)部分向下运行,与模具的型腔(2)部分分离,在开模过程中,下模板(4)跟着型芯(3)运动,带动长拉杆(10)运动,抽芯块(5)在长拉杆(10)的作用下悬浮在模具型芯(3)和型腔(2)之间,塑件(7)也脱离了型腔(2)和型芯(3),紧包在抽芯块(5)上,完成第一次脱模,模具继续开模,长拉杆(10)带动固定板(11),使固定板(11)驱使固定在其上的顶出杆(22)向前运动,顶出杆(22)连接在推料板(23)上,带动推料板(23)一直向前运动,直到接触塑件(7),并将塑件(7)从抽芯块(5)上完全推出,塑件自动落出模具,所述的固定杆(6)另一头由螺钉(12)经压板(13)与抽芯块(5)相固定,所述的上模板(1)和下模板(4)的一端安装连接块(14),两根长拉杆(10)分别活动连接在连接块(14)上,所述的型芯(3)与型腔(2)中安装定位块(15),抽芯块(5)上制有定位槽(16),定位块(15)与定位槽(16)相配合,所述的固定杆(6)中设置水路(17),所述的型芯(3)和型腔(2)中设置螺纹镶块(21)。
