本发明属于保健饮料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种由绿色植物制备而成的、具有降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,以及该功能饮料的制备工艺。
背景技术
植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料研制背景。
酒,性热、有毒、味苦、甘、辛、质湿。酒精中毒是当前世界范围内的一大公害。长期饮酒可导致肝、胃、肾损害,并可引起酒精性肝炎、肝硬化。
喝酒养生,少量饮酒可以行气活血,保护心血管功能,但不论何种美酒都有个量的限制,过犹不及,醉酒伤身,醉酒对人体的伤害为“五伤”,分别是:伤胃、伤肝、伤肠、伤神、伤心。长期饮酒不但会损坏肝脏,还会导致酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝腹水、肝癌等不可逆转的疾病,并可加重其它疾病,酒喝多了很多酒精会直接入肠道,伤害肠粘膜造成肠道溃疡,便秘或者腹泻甚至穿孔,伤神主要指对中枢神经系统的损害,经常醉酒的人大脑反应迟钝记忆力急剧减退,最后会造成老年痴呆早发,伤心是结果也是最后的结论,不仅指喝酒伤害心脏,而且指喝酒后人容易郁闷,正所谓“借酒浇愁愁更愁”。
“座上客常满,杯中酒不空”,中国具有千年的饮酒文化,而今中国酒业日趋高涨的消费市场表明酒精的危害已经成为威胁人民健康的首要杀手,如何既正常进行社会交际,又不损害健康成为人们长期追寻的养生法宝。
历代本草记载许多植物具有解酒作用,如《本草纲目》记载的解酒植物有107种,《中药大辞典》中记载有80多种。研究证实有许多中药方剂都具有解酒功效。如三黄泻心汤可使血管收缩,达到解酒的目的,用于宿醉、面红而头昏眼花较重者;茵陈五苓散、猪苓汤、五苓散等三方能利尿,可将酒精排出,减少吸收;栀子大黄汤可治酒后出现语无伦次、神智不清(谵语)、心中烦闷、腹胀欲吐;半夏泻心汤用于酒后心下痞塞(胸口郁闷、压迫感),伴恶心、呕吐、腹部水鸣、或下痢诸症;黄连解毒汤治疗酒后面红、目眩、心悸、焦躁、失眠、尿赤。其它如小柴胡汤、逍遥散亦可随证使用。小柴胡汤、茵陈五苓散、逍遥散用于肝脏解毒机能较差或体力较差者;而葛花解醒汤、葛根芩连汤、栀子大黄汤、半夏泻心汤、黄连解毒汤、三黄泻心汤用于肝机能正常者或体力较佳者。
醉酒及宿醉的原因:酒精进入人体胃部、肠道会被吸收,部分被能代谢酒精的“乙醇脱氢酶”代谢为乙醛,然后依靠肝内和其他体内因子将乙醛氧化为无毒的二氧化碳和水排出体外,但在一定时间内人体只能产生一定的乙醛脱氢酶,饮酒过多代谢出来的剩余乙醛便会残留在人体,从而产生诸如恶心、呕吐等等不适症状。而头痛脑胀、口干舌燥、视线不清、记忆模糊等宿醉症状则是由于机体脱水和被酒精刺激扩张过后的血管回缩所导致的身体不适症状。
本发明的目的在于提供一种降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,该功能饮料还具有解酒效果。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种由绿色植物制备而成的、具有降火、健胃、保肝功能的饮料,以及该功能饮料的制备工艺。经试验验证,本发明由植物原料制备而成的降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料具有良好的解酒功效。

本发明含有多种植物成分的降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,主要原料来源于药食同源天然植物。该功能饮料具有一定的降火、健胃、护肝和强健体力等作用,能够减轻因长期饮酒导致的肝、胃、肾损害,并可提高人体的免疫力。

本发明功能饮料,能有效缓解酒精对人体带来的一系列损害和不适,较快解除过量饮酒给人体造成的眩晕头痛、反胃呕恶、神识不清、言语不利、乱性易怒、固怠嗜睡等症状,起到护肝健胃、清心宁神、理气宽胸、醒脾解郁、生津止渴、促进健康等作用。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,由以下各物料(重量份)配制而成:绿豆1-5、葛根1-5、菊花1-5、山楂1-5、麦芽1-5、葛花1-5、枳椇子1-5、蜂蜜或白糖1-5、纯净水100-150。
(注:本发明所涉均为重量份或重量比。)
一种植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料的制备方法,其按如下步骤进行:
(1)、醋酸菌苗种的配制:
1.1、备料:
新鲜青柿清洗灭菌后榨汁,备用;
葛花汁的制备:葛花2.5-5、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到白糖完全熔化在水中,过滤,备用;
山楂汁的制备:山楂15-25、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到山楂完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
绿豆汁的制备:绿豆25-35、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到绿豆完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
1.2、配制:
1.2.1、葛花醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁50-100、葛花汁500-800、酒曲(酵母膏)10-15、琼脂10-15、葡萄糖50-100、碳酸钙15-20;
1.2.2、山楂醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁50-100、山楂汁500-800、酒曲(酵母膏)10-15、葡萄糖50-100、琼脂10-15、碳酸钙15-20;
1.2.3、绿豆醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁50-100、绿豆汁500-800、酒曲(酵母膏)10-15、葡萄糖50-100、琼脂10-15、碳酸钙15-20;
上述三种培养基原材料分别经过120℃高压蒸汽灭菌20min,以除净杂菌。菌种培养条件:为25℃-30℃静置培养。待4天左右菌液液面上开始长有一层透明的胶状质皮膜,即可作为发酵醋酸菌种使用。
第一次培育醋酸菌种所用的青柿汁,以后可用培育好的菌液代替。
(2)、植物汁液的配制:
2.1、称取以下各物料:绿豆1-5、葛根1-5、菊花1-5、山楂1-5、麦芽1-5、葛花1-5、枳椇子1-5、蜂蜜或白糖5-15、纯净水100-150;
2.2、将所述的物料按要求重量份备齐,各植物原料清洗晒干后切段或粗粉碎;将纯净水、蜂蜜或白糖与植物原料放入有盖的容器内,容器以砂锅最佳,也可用铜锅、搪瓷锅、不锈钢锅、铝锅或玻璃锅等,但不可用铁锅,以免引起化学反应;容器封盖,将上述原料浸泡(优选浸泡2-5小时)后,加热煎煮1-5小时,过滤取出汁液,冷却,备用;为提高利用率和降低成本,植物渣可加水再煎,该过程可以重复2-5次,汁液过滤后合并,高温灭菌冷却,备用。
(3)、植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料成品制备
将上述植物汁液倒入不锈钢容器中,容器要留20%空隙,以利空气流通。将葛花醋酸菌种、山楂醋酸菌种、绿豆醋酸菌种三种菌种按照1:1:1的比例加入到植物汁液中,加入量为植物汁液的1%。静置24-36小时即可灭菌灌装。

绿豆:绿豆性凉、味甘,具有清热解毒、消暑除烦、止渴健胃等养生保健的功效,我国民间一直有喝绿豆汤消暑的习俗。
葛根:《本草纲目》载,葛根具清热祛火、生津止渴、解酒醒脾等作用。葛根是中国传统医学最具代表性的解酒药物之一。现代科学研究证明葛根富含蛋白质、氨基酸、葛根素和人体所需的铁、钙、硒等微量元素。葛根可改善酒精导致的新陈代谢的异常。
菊花:《纲目拾遗》载,“菊花专入阳分。治诸风头眩,解酒毒疗肿”,《本草正义》:“菊花则摄纳下降,能平肝火,熄内风,抑木风之横逆。”可平肝、清热解毒以降低酒对肝脏的伤害,降压以防止因饮酒导致的血压上升。
山楂:现代科学研究证明,含山楂酸等多种有机酸,味酸甘,并含解脂酶,入胃后,能增强酶的作用,促进肉食消化,有助于胆固醇转化。
麦芽:含转化糖酶、维生素B等对活性成分,行气消食,健脾开胃。山楂、麦芽合用,消食健脾以减小酒对胃的伤害,行气有助于酒的散发,提高心肌供氧能力,同时可阻止脂质过氧化以及某些化学物质的危害。
葛花:《中药大辞典》亦说葛花“解酒醒脾,治伤酒发热烦渴,不思饮食,嗝逆吐酸,吐血,下血”,葛花中的皂角苷,异黄酮类具有氧化还原作用,加速酒精氧化,可使乙醇失去毒性,收缩和保护胃肠黏膜,减缓酒精的吸收,阻碍酒精快速大量地进入血液循环。酒前服用,能提前在肝、胃形成保护膜,起到护肝养胃,增大酒量作用;酒中饮用抗醉,酒后饮用解酒,源于葛花中异黄酮类可吸附酒中致醉物质,降低酒精浓度,降低心肌耗氧量,保护心血管,并通过加速排尿、排汗排泄分解,缓解头痛、眩晕、恶心等不舒服状态,减轻醉酒程度。
枳椇子:其叶、子均有解洒之功,适用于酒醉烦渴,恶心呕吐,二便不利等。《滇南本草》言其“治一切左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解洒毒”。《世医得效方》言其“治饮酒多发积”。名医朱丹溪有一验案:“一男子三十余,因饮酒过多,加上房劳过度,出现发热不退,全身疲乏,治疗时先用补气血药加上葛根以解酒。服后得微汗,但人反懈怠,热如故,症状不减,丹溪悟出是葛根过度发散之故。遂用枳椇易葛根,果然药到病除”。

下面对本发明优选实施例作详细说明。
实施例1
植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,由以下各物料配制而成:绿豆2g、葛根1g、菊花1.5g、山楂1.2g、麦芽1g、葛花1.1g、枳椇子1.2g、蜂蜜或白糖1g、纯净水110g。
实施例2
植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,由以下各物料配制而成:绿豆3g、葛根2.5g、菊花2.2g、山楂1.8g、麦芽3.2g、葛花3.5g、枳椇子2.4g、蜂蜜或白糖3.8g、纯净水130g。
实施例3
植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,由以下各物料配制而成:绿豆4.5g、葛根4g、菊花3.5g、山楂5g、麦芽4.2g、葛花3.3g、枳椇子4.8g、蜂蜜或白糖4.3g、纯净水145g。

植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料的制备方法,其按如下步骤进行:
(1)、醋酸菌苗种的配制:
1.1、备料:
新鲜青柿清洗灭菌后榨汁,备用;
葛花汁的制备:葛花3.5g、白糖50g,加水500g,将水烧开,直到白糖完全熔化在水中,过滤,备用;
山楂汁的制备:山楂20g、白糖50g,加水500g,将水烧开,直到山楂完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
绿豆汁的制备:绿豆30g、白糖50g,加水500g,将水烧开,直到绿豆完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
1.2、配制:
1.2.1、葛花醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁80g、葛花汁700g、酒曲(酵母膏)13g、琼脂12g、葡萄糖800g、碳酸钙18g;
1.2.2、山楂醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁70g、山楂汁600g、酒曲(酵母膏)12g、葡萄糖75g、琼脂12.5g、碳酸钙17g;
1.2.3、绿豆醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁78g、绿豆汁750g、酒曲(酵母膏)12.5g、葡萄糖76g、琼脂13g、碳酸钙18g;
上述三种培养基原材料分别经过120℃高压蒸汽灭菌20min,以除净杂菌。菌种培养条件:为25℃-30℃静置培养。待4天左右菌液液面上开始长有一层透明的胶状质皮膜,即可作为发酵醋酸菌种使用。
第一次培育醋酸菌种所用的青柿汁,以后可用培育好的菌液代替。
(2)、植物汁液的配制:
2.1、称取以下各物料的重量份:绿豆2.5g、葛根3g、菊花3.2g、山楂2.8g、麦芽2g、葛花3g、枳椇子2.6g、蜂蜜或白糖10g、纯净水120g;
2.2、将所述的物料按要求重量份备齐,各植物原料清洗晒干后切段或粗粉碎;将纯净水、蜂蜜或白糖与植物原料放入有盖的砂锅内,封盖,将上述原料浸泡2-5小时后,加热煎煮1-5小时,过滤取出汁液,冷却,备用;为提高利用率和降低成本,植物渣可加水再煎,该过程可以重复2-5次,汁液过滤后合并,高温灭菌冷却,备用。
(3)、植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料成品制备
将上述植物汁液倒入不锈钢容器中,容器留20%空隙,以利空气流通。将葛花醋酸菌种、山楂醋酸菌种、绿豆醋酸菌种三种菌种按照1:1:1的比例加入到植物汁液中,加入量为植物汁液的1%。静置24-36小时即可,灭菌、灌装。
实施例5
植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料的制备方法,其按如下步骤进行:

1.2.3、绿豆醋酸菌种培养基配方为:鲜柿汁95g、绿豆汁750g、酒曲(酵母膏)13.5g、葡萄糖100g、琼脂15g、碳酸钙20g;
上述三种培养基原材料分别经过120℃高压蒸汽灭菌20min,以除净杂菌。菌种培养条件:为25℃-30℃静置培养。待数天左右菌液液面上开始长有一层透明的胶状质皮膜,即可作为发酵醋酸菌种使用。

2.2、将所述的物料按要求重量份备齐,各植物原料清洗晒干后切段或粗粉碎;将纯净水、蜂蜜或白糖与植物原料放入有盖的容器内,容器以砂锅最佳,也可用铜锅、搪瓷锅、不锈钢锅、铝锅或玻璃锅等,但不可用铁锅,以免引起化学反应;容器封盖,将上述原料浸泡数小时后,加热煎煮数小时,过滤取出汁液,冷却,备用;
(3)、植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料成品制备
将上述植物汁液倒入不锈钢容器中,容器留20%空隙,以利空气流通。将葛花醋酸菌种、山楂醋酸菌种、绿豆醋酸菌种加入到植物汁液中,加入量为植物汁液的1%。静置数小时即可灭菌灌装。
申请人于2013年9月份在试制了20斤左右的本发明植物降火、健胃、保肝功能解酒饮料,试验结果如下:
1、用吹酒器(交警测酒驾用的仪器)证实,有两人喝完酒后分别测酒精度为0.57、0.47,饮用本发明植物醒酒健胃功能饮料20分钟后,再测结果各减0.2酒精度。
2、以白酒当场证实,取2只500ml的玻璃杯分别装入53度白酒250ml,其中一杯加入250ml水,另一杯加入250ml本发明植物降火、健胃、保肝功能解酒饮料,用酒精测试仪进行测量,结果如下:加水杯的白酒为27度,加本发明植物降火、健胃、保肝功能解酒饮料杯的白酒为7度而在10分钟内降至5度。
3、上火时,本发明功能饮料可作凉茶饮用,能较快见效,其对口腔溃疡等有疗效。
本发明植物降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,酒前饮用,能提前在肝、胃形成保护膜,起到护肝养胃,增大酒量;酒中饮用抗醉;酒后饮用快速解酒;天气炎热和食用火锅,辛辣食品之后饮用下火健胃;就餐时饮用养颜护肝。
本领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上实施例仅是用来说明本发明而非对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的范围内,对以上实施例的变化、变形都将落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料,其特征是由以下各物料配制而成:绿豆1-5、葛根1-5、菊花1-5、山楂1-5、麦芽1-5、葛花1-5、枳椇子1-5、蜂蜜或白糖1-5、纯净水100-150。
2.一种降火、健胃、保肝功能饮料的制备工艺,其按如下步骤进行:
(1)、醋酸菌苗种的配制:
1.1、备料:
新鲜青柿清洗灭菌后榨汁,备用;
葛花汁的制备:葛花2.5-5、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到白糖完全熔化在水中,过滤,备用;
山楂汁的制备:山楂15-25、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到山楂完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
绿豆汁的制备:绿豆25-35、白糖50,加水500,将水烧开,直到绿豆完全熟烂,过滤,备用;
1.2、配制:
葛花醋酸菌种培养基配方:鲜柿汁50-100、葛花汁500-800、酒曲10-15、琼脂10-15、葡萄糖50-100、碳酸钙15-20;
山楂醋酸菌种培养基配方:鲜柿汁50-100、山楂汁500-800、酒曲10-15、葡萄糖50-100、琼脂10-15、碳酸钙15-20;
绿豆醋酸菌种培养基配方:鲜柿汁50-100、绿豆汁500-800、酒曲10-15、葡萄糖50-100、琼脂10-15、碳酸钙15-20;
将上述三种培养基静置培养,待各菌液液面上长有一层透明的胶状质皮膜,即可;
(2)、植物汁液的配制:
2.1、称取以下各物料:绿豆1-5、葛根1-5、菊花1-5、山楂1-5、麦芽1-5、葛花1-5、枳椇子1-5、蜂蜜或白糖5-15、纯净水100-150;
2.2、将步骤2.1的物料按要求重量份备齐,各植物原料清洗晒干后切段或粗粉碎;将纯净水、蜂蜜或白糖与植物原料放入容器内,容器封盖,将植物原料浸泡后,加热煎煮,过滤并取出汁液,冷却,备用;
(3)、成品制备:
将步骤2.2制得的植物汁液倒入容器中,将葛花醋酸菌种、山楂醋酸菌种、绿豆醋酸菌种加入植物汁液中,静置,即可。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤1.2,将所述的三种培养基配方料分别经过120℃高压蒸汽灭菌20min。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤1.2,菌种培养条件:为25℃-30℃静置培养。
5.如权利要求2所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2.2,所述的容器选用砂锅、铜锅、搪瓷锅、不锈钢锅、铝锅或玻璃锅。
6.如权利要求2或5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2.2,将植物原料浸泡2-5小时后,加热煎煮1-5小时,过滤取出汁液,冷却,备用。
7.如权利要求2或5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2.2,过滤后的植物渣加水再煎,所述的植物渣能重复利用2-5次。
8.如权利要求2所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3),容器留20%空隙。
9.如权利要求2或8所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3),葛花醋酸菌种、山楂醋酸菌种、绿豆醋酸菌种按照1:1:1的比例加入植物汁液中,三菌种的加入总量为植物汁液的1%。
10.如权利要求2或8所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3),静置24-36小时即可,灭菌、灌装。
