Abstract

用于封合易开启容器的方法,它使用一种封盖,

其特征在于:
—涉及所说完全封合的材料具有相同的性质,可
选用高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚酯,并且至少形成一
层其厚度位于20和100μm之间的一层;
—至少一种涉及封合的材料含有在15和50(重
量)%范围内的惰性填充剂,根据所说材料的性质选
择填充剂的加入量,使得旋加于封盖上的拉力可引起
所说填充材料形成内部断裂。
Description
本发明涉及一种封合易开启可杀菌容器的方法,涉及实施该工艺方法时采用的封盖及生产盖的方法。
现今已经具有了越来越多的包装和保存食物的方法,下述方法是已知的:使用由封盖密封的可杀菌容器;使用包装袋,该包装袋由两侧片组成,上述每一侧片在本发明的范围里都作为一个囊封盖。为使上述容器获得长时期牢固可靠的密封,在容器与封盖之间制作一个“完全封合”(“deep soldering”)是重要的。“完全封合”意指该封口材料应真正融合在一起。但是,上述封口具有一缺点,即在开启容器是很困难的。
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的缺点,它以“完全封合”的方法,在容器及封盖间形成密封的接合,同时也容易再开启它。
已经提出了各种用于解决上述技术难题的方法,例如,US 4673601和GB1536428,为确保容易开启,这些专利提出在封合材料层和相邻层之间形成低阻力粘合,如US4673601所提出的在该层上提供断裂线或GB1536428提出的使用极薄的封合层,其最大值为10μm,以减弱封合材料的阻力。GB 1589923提出了另一种解决方案,它提出通过撕扯盖的位于封合表面外侧的一部分来开启热封容器。EP0207626提出了另一种解决方案,它提出的以撕去封盖的方法开启热封容器,该盖包括一个由丙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物构成的表面层,它具有粘着特性,并且将该层粘着于一盆形容器上,该容器其表面层是一种由两种聚丙烯的填充的混合物构成的。
基于下述原因,已有技术中的最后一篇专利将更接近于本发明,即在聚烯烃层中可具有合适的填充剂,同时可使上述层保持有与相邻的具有相同性质的聚烯烃层可“完全封合”的特性,通过在封盖上施加一个足够的拉力,填充聚烯烃层形成内部断裂,从而可快速开启容器。
因此,本发明涉及一种用于封合易开启容器的方法,它使用一种封盖,该封盖通过“完全封合”的方法封合于容器的翻边上,所述方法其特征在于:
-涉及所说完全封合的材料具有相同的性质,可选用高密度的聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚酯,并且形成至少一层,该层厚度在20至100μm范围内变化。
-至少一种涉及封合的材料含有在15至50(重)%范围内的惰性填充剂;根据所说材料的性能选择填充剂的加入量,使得施加于封盖上的拉力可引起所说填充材料形成内部断裂。
在图1,2和3中进一步说明了该方法的原理。
首先参照图1,其中:
-序号1是容器的器壁;所述器壁的端部在其上周边处形成一个平的水平翻边2,
-序号3是一个封盖,它由复合材料层4、5和6构成。
-通过“完全封合”的方法在序号7处使封盖的下层材料6与形成容器翻边2的材料封合在一起,把封盖封合在容器的水平翻边上;这两种材料具有相同的性质,例如均为聚丙烯。所说封合是采用包装技术中惯用的技术在一个具有合适宽度的封边上进行的,该封边的外边与封盖的边缘具有一定距离,以便可以抓住该边缘开启容器。在图中用两条虚线指明了封合区。
假如封盖的下层材料6含有足量填充剂,当在封盖的外边缘上施加一垂直拉力开启容器时,材料6内部断裂,如图2所示,将形成分离,下层材料6的一部分粘留在封盖上,而其余部分则粘在容器的翻边上。
假如容器的翻边和封盖的下层材料均含有足量填充剂,当在封盖的外边缘上施加垂直拉力时,两种填充材料均将内部断裂,如图3所示,材料2的一部分粘留于封盖上,材料6的一部分粘留于容器上。
可以理解,本申请所称“容器”意指任何种类的贮器,例如:瓶、罐或盆状容器,或者薄层材料形成的袋,它具有一个与其相同或基本相同的薄层材料形成的封盖;构成容器的材料应能够耐杀菌,并能在沸水中加热而不会使其损坏。所说的材料常常是由一种可热成型的塑料复合材料构成;应该注意到,上层封盖的衬面其全部或一部分,即位于容器翻边上的那部分,其构成材料与封盖的下层材料相同。
必须含在至少一种封合材料中的“填充剂”意指任意的易碎材料,它相对于含填充剂的塑料材料是惰性的。该填充剂例如可为矿物填充剂,象碳酸钙或滑石、或者是颜料。
所说填充剂的平均颗径最好不要太大,比如它应该在0.5和50μm之间。已经指出,材料填充剂含量应在15和50(重量)%之间;如果填充剂比例小于约15%,当拉开封盖时,含填充剂的材料其脆度不足以引起内部断裂;如果填充剂比例太高,材料会损失一些物理性能,并将不可能在确实良好的条件下挤出或封合它。
实施本发明最好的方式在于封盖的下层具有填充剂。这说明了为什么本发明也涉及此封盖及生产此封盖的方法。
如图1所示,假定封盖由三层材料4、5和6组成。
材料层4是外层,该层例如可由铝箔构成,其厚度在20至200μm之间;上述铝箔的优点是它可耐杀菌和加热,它形成了一个有效的隔绝层,以隔绝气体和气味,并且它也提供了优良的装饰性。此外,铝是一种良导体,可以容易地在良好条件下热封封盖。
材料层5是一个粘合层,用于将层4和6粘合在一起。该层由一种聚烯烃类聚合物构成,可形成一薄膜,并通过共聚或融合方法对其进行改良处理,使其具有一定的活性功能,比如酸的功能,这将使其具有能粘着于相邻层的特性。该层其厚度最好在2和20μm之间。
材料层6是一个封合层;如上述所指出的那样,它由一种聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯制成。它含有的填充剂量在15和50(重量)%之间。为获得非常牢固可靠的“完全封合”,其厚度在20至100μm之间。
按照本发明,通过共挤出复合薄膜即可获得上述封盖;这种技术可在一个步骤中将三层材料组合在一起,它省去了生产已有封盖中的一个最基本的粘合层或多个中间层;因此在生产过程中不用使用粘性有机溶剂。这样消除了生产过程中形成污染的危险,以及在生产车间和周围的环境中释放和弥散溶剂的危险。
给出下列非限制性实施例以说明本发明:
-使用一个由塑料复合材料热成型制成的容器,该材料的外层,即形成容器的内层所说容器翻边的上层中的一个是由聚丙烯构成;
-一个由共挤出复合方法形成的封盖,该封盖包括一层厚度为100μm的铝箔,一层厚度为5μm的聚丙烯,其中融合有马来酸,和一层厚度为50μm的聚丙烯,它含有20%的平均颗径为10μm的碳酸钙。
通过完全封合进行组装,此后,在120℃条件下杀菌1小时,随后在沸水中加热30分钟,最后能够容易地开启它。所说组装非常适合使用包装机械,特别由于其开启不是过多地依赖于热封条件,而是借助于该层所含填充剂组分。
应该注意:
-如果填充容器,其翻边已被所盛物溅湿时,完全封合相对较厚的塑料材料将更为安全可靠;
-尽管已经证明,有效使用的热塑性塑料仅仅是高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯,但可以肯定,也可以使用其他的可杀菌热塑性塑料,例如,聚碳酸酯或聚砜,它们可使用相同的封合方法,并加入填充剂以降低其内部粘着力。
Claims (5)
1、封合易开启容器的方法,它使用一种封盖,该封盖通过“完全封合”(“deep soldering”)的方法封合于容器的边缘上,其特征在于:
--涉及所说完全封合的材料具有相同的性质纱痈呙芏染垡蚁⒕郾┖途埘ブ醒∮茫⑶抑辽傩纬梢徊闫浜穸瓤晌挥?0和100μm范围内的一层;
--至少一种涉及封合的材料含有在15和50(重量)%范围内的惰性填充剂;根据所说材料的性质选择填充剂的加入量,使得施加于封盖上的拉力可引起所说填充材料形成内部断裂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,涉及所说封合的材料是聚丙烯,并且填充剂是一种矿物填充剂和(或)一种颜料。
3、可用于实施权利要求1和2所述方法的封盖,其特征在于,所说的封盖基本包括:一个外层、一个粘合层和一个含填充剂的封合层。
4、根据权利要求3所述的封盖,其特征在于:
-所说外层是一铝箔层,其厚度约为在20和200μm之间,
-所说粘合层是一层通过共聚融合作用改良的聚烯烃,使其具有化学功能,例如酸的功能,使得它能粘着于相邻层,
-所说封合层其厚度大约在20和100μm的范围内。
5、用于生产权利要求3和4所述封盖的方法,其特征在于,通过共挤出复合方法将三层组装在一起。
