Abstract

本发明关于一种压力锅的泄气阀结构,该压力锅由一锅体及一遮盖于该锅体顶部的锅盖,其中锅盖形成一容置槽,且位于该容置槽处设置泄气阀,该泄气阀主要由中柱、气密柱、弹性件及重力阀组成,其中中柱形成一容置空间,且于该中柱外壁形成复数与该容置空间相通的泄气孔及穿孔,在容置空间内设置气密柱,于气密柱一端界定一紧邻该中柱内壁的末端柱,而该末端柱的宽度等同该泄气孔的直径,藉由前述泄气孔可让堵塞的食材得到适当的空间排出,进而快速降低锅内的压力,已大幅提升整体安全性。

压力锅的泄气阀结构
技术领域
本发明关于一种泄气阀,特别一种可让食材透过泄气孔排出,以防止因食材堵塞导致压力锅泄压效果降低的压力锅的泄气阀结构。
背景技术
按,由于现代文明与科技的进步,因此在现代的社会中充斥的现代文明的产物,而其中在食方面,人类在以前是以烧木材来烹煮米饭与食物,而在发明“电”及“瓦斯”以后,有业者开发出电子锅、电饭锅等商品,来供人类烹煮米饭或食物而人类也会使用瓦斯炉来烹煮米饭或食物,但近来由于原油价格不断的升高,使得一些日常民生物质的价格也涨价,当然也包括与人们生活戚戚相关的水、电、瓦斯等能源物质,因此当人类在使用上述的能源物质时,也要考虑到节能的问题,以节省费用,并节省家庭的支出,因此在现在民生物质与能源日趋高涨的时代,每个业者无不以开发出能节能减碳的产品为目标,以降低日趋恶化的环境,而其中在烹煮食物与米饭的电饭锅与电子锅是我们每日必用的电器用品,因此其烹煮的时间愈久其所消耗的能源就愈多,因此如何降低能源,而能快速烹煮好食物与米饭便是业者们所追求的目标。
而市售的压力锅则完全的解决上述问题,一般压力锅基本的构造就是一个密闭的钢制容器结合过压力泄压阀。由于液体在较高气压下,沸点会提升。压力锅针对这一物理现象,对水施加压力,使水可以达到较高温度而不沸腾,以加快炖煮食物的效率,因此可达到省时及节能的目的。
然而,目前的压力锅所使用的泄压阀主要仅能达到排出气体以降低锅内压力之用,然,当泄气孔受到食材堵塞时,则无法有效且快速地达到泄压的目的。前述的泄压阀之所以无法有效且快速地排出气体,在于其泄气孔过小,因此十分容易受到少许的食物碎屑则占据整个的泄气空间,进而导致压力无法释放。
因此要如何改善上述问题与缺失,同时能够善用使用时锅体产生的热能,即为相关厂商所极欲研究发展的方向。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于:提供一种可让食材透过泄气孔排出,以防止因食材堵塞导致压力锅泄压效果降低的压力锅的泄气阀结构。
为达上述的目的,本发明一种压力锅的泄气阀结构,该压力锅由一锅体及一遮盖于该锅体顶部的锅盖,其包括:该锅盖形成一容置槽,且位于该容置槽处设置该泄气阀,该泄气阀包含:一中柱,该中柱形成一容置空间,且于该中柱外壁形成复数与该容置空间相通的泄气孔及穿孔;一气密柱,该气密柱设置于该容置空间,于该气密柱一端界定一紧邻该中柱内壁的末端柱,而该末端柱的宽度等同该泄气孔的直径;一弹性件,该弹性件套设于该气密柱并抵于该末端柱;及一重力阀,该重力阀设置于该中柱顶端且与该气密柱相互连接。
根据压力锅的泄气阀结构的一实施例,更包括一套设于该末端柱,以供抵触该中柱内壁的橡胶圈。
根据压力锅的泄气阀结构的一实施例,其中该重力阀于内壁界定一斜面,且于该重力阀末端朝内延伸一缓冲部。
本发明的另一主要目的在于:透过大直径的泄气孔可快速排出食物碎屑,进而达到快速泄压的目的。
本发明的又一主要目的在于:仅需一个泄气阀即可达到安全无虞的目的。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2及图3所示,本发明较佳实施例结合压力锅的立体示意图、泄气阀的分解示意图及剖面结构示意图,本发明一种压力锅的泄气阀结构,该压力锅1由一锅体10及一遮盖于该锅体10顶部的锅盖12,其包括:该锅盖12形成一容置槽120,且位于该容置槽120处设置该泄气阀2,该泄气阀2包含:一中柱20,该中柱20形成一容置空间201,且于该中柱20外壁形成复数与该容置空间201相通的泄气孔202及穿孔203;一气密柱21,该气密柱21设置于该容置空间201,于该气密柱21一端界定一紧邻该中柱20内壁的末端柱210,另一端则穿设于该穿孔203,而该末端柱210的宽度等同该泄气孔202的直径;一弹性件22,该弹性件22套设于该气密柱21并抵于该末端柱210;及一重力阀23,该重力阀23设置于该中柱20顶端且与该气密柱21相互连接。另于末端柱210外套设有一橡胶圈24以供抵触中柱20内壁。其中重力阀23于内壁界定一斜面230,且于该重力阀23端朝内延伸一缓冲部232。
参阅图4及图5所示,本发明泄气阀运作的剖面作动示意图一及剖面作动示意图二,当压力锅1(请参阅图1)内部压力低于弹性件22与重力阀23的预定总公斤数时,气密柱21上的末端柱210将完全遮住泄气孔202,当压力超过预定的总公斤数时,将使泄气孔202开出一条缝隙,此为压力锅1正常使用下的一般泄压模式。
反之,若在错误的使用下,食材与不正确的水位导致食物碎屑堵塞前述的缝隙,将使压力锅1内部压力急速增加,在此作用下,使弹性件22的长度被大量压缩,弹性件22一端抵靠末端柱210而另一端则抵靠在中柱20顶端的内壁处,使末端柱210遮蔽泄气孔202范围大幅露出,进而将堵塞的食材可顺利排出。另外,由于中柱20内壁与末端柱210外壁会产生间隙,因此可利用橡胶圈24来提升整体的密封效果,仅而防止压力外泄。
藉此同时,使压力锅1内部压力急速下降,压力下降后弹性件22的作用力将使气密柱21推回至原处让末端柱210再次遮蔽泄气孔202,使压力开始从新累积,此作用的调节将持续在水位及食物的比例趋于正常规定范畴内,而排出的食材与汤体将排放至锅盖12上的容置槽120。延续上述结构,为了避免液体、气体与食物在泄气时发生喷发而导致液体、气体与食物乱喷的情事发生,主要在重力阀23于内壁界定一斜面230,且于该重力阀23端朝内延伸一缓冲部232,此时喷出的液体、气体与食物则会沿着斜面230滑落,当向下流动时则会受到缓冲部232而得到缓冲,进而防止液体、气体与食物乱喷。 
本发明确实带来了一种相较于以往不同的压力锅的泄气阀结构,透过大直径(等同末端柱的宽度)的泄气孔可快速排出食物碎屑,进而达到快速泄压的目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种压力锅的泄气阀结构,其特征在于,该压力锅由一锅体及一遮盖于该锅体顶部的锅盖,其包括:
该锅盖形成一容置槽,且位于该容置槽处设置该泄气阀,该泄气阀包含:
一中柱,该中柱形成一容置空间,且于该中柱外壁形成复数与该容置空间相通的泄气孔及穿孔;
一气密柱,该气密柱设置于该容置空间,于该气密柱一端界定一紧邻该中柱内壁的末端柱,而该末端柱的宽度等同该泄气孔的直径;
一弹性件,该弹性件套设于该气密柱并抵于该末端柱;及
一重力阀,该重力阀设置于该中柱顶端且与该气密柱相互连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的压力锅的泄气阀结构,其特征在于,更包括一套设于该末端柱,以供抵触该中柱内壁的橡胶圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的压力锅的泄气阀结构,其特征在于,该重力阀于内壁界定一斜面,且于该重力阀末端朝内延伸一缓冲部。
