本发明属于食品加工领域,具体的是涉及一种天然食品防腐剂。本发明由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:甘草提取物40-50份、丁香提取物20-30份、银杏叶提取物10-30份、迷迭香提取物10-30份。本发明是由天然植物提取物经配比混合而成,生产工艺简单,添加方便,具有能够保持食品原有色泽、风味、营养成分等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,具体的是涉及一种天然食品防腐剂。
背景技术
由于食品本身含有丰富的营养成分,只要在一定的环境因素影响下,微生物就会大量繁殖,微生物本身具有能分解食品特定成分的酶,一种是细胞外酶,可将食物中的多糖、蛋白质水解为简单的物质;另一种是细胞内酶,能将已经吸收到细胞内的简单物质进行分解,产生的代谢产物使食品具有不良气味和味道,从而导致食品腐败变质。尤其是水分含量高的食品更易于腐败变质,紫外线和氧均有加速食品组成物质氧化分解作用,特别是对油脂作用尤为明显。
如何防止食品的腐败变质越来越引起人们的重视,目前,食品防腐剂的使用方面我国规定使用的化学防腐剂有苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙等。但经长期的应用和研究发现这类防腐剂有诱癌性、致畸性和易引起食物中毒等问题。近年来大量的研究结果表明,一些天然植物及其提取物具有一定的防腐抑菌作用。如蒜、生姜、花椒、丁香、黑胡椒等都有一定的防腐抑菌作用。使用对人体无害的天然食品防腐剂,崇尚绿色无污染是民心所向,所以迫切需要一种能保持食品原有色泽、风味、营养成分、无毒天然食品防腐剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保持食品原有色泽、风味、营养成分、无毒天然食品防腐剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种天然食品防腐剂,由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:甘草提取物40-50份、丁香提取物20-30份、银杏叶提取物10-30份、迷迭香提取物10-30份。
上述的天然食品防腐剂中四种提取物的制备工艺如下:
甘草、丁香、银杏叶、迷迭香分别洗净晒干,蒸馏提取三次,每次1小时,取出提取液将四种提取液合并。在60度温度下,将提取液进行乳化,加入10%的乙醇进行增容即可。
本发明具有的优点如下:本发明是由天然植物提取物经配比混合而成,生产工艺简单,添加方便,具有能够保持食品原有色泽、风味、营养成分等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:甘草提取物40份、丁香提取物20份、银杏叶提取物10份、迷迭香提取物10份。
实施例2:甘草提取物45份、丁香提取物25份、银杏叶提取物15份、迷迭香提取物15份。
实施例3:甘草提取物50份、丁香提取物30份、银杏叶提取物30份、迷迭香提取物30份。
Claims (2)
1.一种天然食品防腐剂,由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:甘草提取物40-50份、丁香提取物20-30份、银杏叶提取物10-30份、迷迭香提取物10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:上述的天然食品防腐剂中四种提取物的制备工艺如下:
甘草、丁香、银杏叶、迷迭香分别洗净晒干,蒸馏提取三次,每次1小时,取出提取液将四种提取液合并;在60度温度下,将提取液进行乳化,加入10%的乙醇进行增容即可。
