本发明涉及一种解郁除烦药膳鸡爪汤及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份。配方的有效成份为杜仲,川芎,黄芪,当归,桂圆,红枣,黄豆,鸡爪,本发明根据鸡爪的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,一般人群均可食用,特别适于更年期女性,具有盗汗潮热、皮肤晦暗、失眠多梦、烦躁易怒、记忆力下降及骨质疏松者食用。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种解郁除烦药膳鸡爪汤及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份。配方的有效成份为杜仲,川芎,黄芪,当归,桂圆,红枣,黄豆,鸡爪,本发明根据鸡爪的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,一般人群均可食用,特别适于更年期女性,具有盗汗潮热、皮肤晦暗、失眠多梦、烦躁易怒、记忆力下降及骨质疏松者食用。
背景技术 祖国传统药膳历史源远流长,历来有“药补不如食补”之说,其取材广泛,用料考究,制作严谨,品种丰富,风味独特。药膳选取入食的药材一般以植物性原料居多,经过前期加工,去除异味而后方可使用。中药与食物相配,使药借食味,食助药性,变“良药苦口”为“良药可口”。所以说药膳是充分发挥中药效能的美味佳肴,特别能满足人们“厌于药,喜于食”的天性,且易于普及,取材广泛,可在家庭自制,是中药的一种特殊的、深受百姓喜爱的剂型,有助于防病治病及疾病康复。
“解郁除烦鸡爪汤”此汤补血养颜,是适合秋冬季节进补的靓汤,尤其适合更年期女性、及女性生理期后饮用。鸡爪的营养价值颇高,含有丰富的钙质及胶原蛋白,多吃不但能软化血管,同时具有美容功效。当归补血活血,护肤美容,具有抗癌作用。黄芪,能补气升阳、益卫因表、托毒生肌、利水退肿。杜仲具补肝肾,强筋骨,降血压,安胎等诸多功效。川穹具有活血行气、祛风止痛、开郁燥湿等功效。黄豆富含蛋白质和异黄酮素,是公认的更年期女性最佳的食品。药食精华合理搭配,更能充分发挥本配方解郁除烦、活血行气,益卫固表,强筋健骨的功效。
发明内容 本发明的特征在于提供一种解郁除烦药膳鸡爪汤及其制备方法,利用多种中草药精华素的活性成分相互协同作用,具有解郁除烦、活血行气,益卫固表,强筋健骨的功效。
本发明的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):杜仲15.0-20.0,川芎20.0-25.0,黄芪5.0-10.0,当归15.0-20.0,桂圆5.0-12.0,红枣6.0-12.0,黄豆4.0-10.0,生姜5.0-10.0,红枣4.0-8.0,鸡爪300-500。
杜仲功效:1、能增强肾上腺皮质功能,增强机体免疫功能。2、有镇静、镇痛和利尿作用有一定强心作用。3、能使子宫自主收缩减弱,对子宫收缩药有拮抗作用。4、有较好的降压作用,能减少胆固醇有吸收,以炒杜仲的煎剂最好。
川芎功效:1、对中枢神经系统的作用:川芎有明显的镇静作用。川芎挥发油少量时对动物大脑的活动具有抑制作用,而对延脑呼吸中枢、血管运动中枢及脊髓反射中枢具有兴奋作用。2、抗菌作用等体外试验:川芎对大肠、痢疾、变形、绿脓、伤寒、副伤寒杆菌及霍乱弧菌等有抑制作用。川芎水浸剂在试管内对某些致病性皮肤真菌也有抑制作用。3、抗放射作用 川芎煎剂对动物放射病实验治疗有一定的疗效。川芎水溶性粗制剂对大鼠、小鼠及犬的放射线照射与氮芥损伤均有保护作用。
黄芪药理作用:1、增强非特异性免疫功能:黄芪能显著增加血液中的白细胞总数,促进中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和杀菌能力。黄芪并能增强外周血淋巴细胞对IL-2的反应性,使外周血淋巴细胞受IL-2刺激后其增殖指数增高。2、增强特异性免疫功能:黄芪能明显增强细胞免疫,促进PHA、PWM引起的淋巴细胞转化。3、保肝的作用:正常小鼠灌胃黄芪水煎液可使肝糖原增加。黄芪对四氯化碳造成肝脏损害引起的血清总蛋白和白蛋白降低有回升作用,并能预防四氯化碳所致的肝糖原减少。4、其他作用:黄芪还有抗肿瘤、抗骨质疏松、改善物质代谢、抗应激、延缓衰老、强心、调节血压、抗病毒性心肌炎、保肝、抗溃疡等作用。
当归功效:1、当归一直被中医视为补血要药,用于贫血的治疗。曾有人认为,当归的补血作用可能与含维生素B12有关。2、当归对体外痢疾、伤寒、副伤寒、大肠杆菌、白喉杆菌、霍乱弧菌及a、B溶血性链球菌等均有抗菌作用。3、当归对脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注脑组织脂质过氧化物增高有明显的抑制作用。所含的阿魏酸有直接减少H2O2含量,并与膜磷脂酰乙醇胺结合,通过直接消除自由基,抑制氧化反应和自由基反应等拮抗自由基对组织的损害。
桂圆功效:1、桂圆的糖分含量很高,且含有能被人体直接吸收的萄萄糖,体弱贫血,年老体衰,久病体虚,经常吃些元肉很有补益,妇女产后,元肉也是重要的调补食品。2、桂圆含丰富蛋白质,含铁量也较高,可在提高热能、补充营养的同时,又能促进血红蛋白再生以补血。3、实验研究发现,桂圆除对全身有补益作用外,对脑细胞特别有益,能增强记忆,消除疲劳。4、桂圆能降脂护心,延缓衰老。桂圆可降血脂,增加冠状动脉血流量。对与衰老过程有密切关系的黄素蛋白——脑B型单胺氧化酶有较强的抑制作用。
红枣功效:1、枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。2、经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸,胆固醇少了,结石形成的概率也就随之减少。3、枣中富含钙和铁,它们对防治骨质疏松、产后贫血有重要作用,中老年人更年期经常会骨质疏松,正在生长发育高峰的青少年和女性容易发生贫血,大枣对他们会有十分理想的食疗作用,其效果通常是药物不能比拟的。
黄豆功效:1、黄豆除主要能补充有关营养素外,由于含铁量多,并且易为人体吸收,故对儿童生长发育及缺铁性贫血极有益。2、黄豆所含不饱和脂肪酸有降低胆固醇的作用,而所含皂甙的黄豆纤维质能吸收胆酸,减少体内胆固醇的沉积。4、大豆富含异黄酮,可断绝癌细胞营养供应,含人体必需的8种氨基酸,多种维生素及多种微量元素,可降低血中胆固醇,预防高血压、冠心病、动肪硬化等。4、黄豆内含亚油酸,能促进儿童神经发育。
鸡爪食疗价值:鸡爪多皮、筋,胶质大。常用于煮汤,也宜于卤、酱。质地肥厚的还可煮熟后脱骨拌食,鸡爪的营养价值颇高,它富含谷氨酸,丰富的钙质及胶原蛋白,多吃不但能软化血管,同时具有美容功效,一般人群均可食用,特别适于更年期女性,具有盗汗潮热、皮肤晦暗、失眠多梦、烦躁易怒、记忆力下降及骨质疏松者食用。
本发明产品的制备方法:
1)将食材鸡爪进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)杜仲,川芎,黄芪,当归,桂圆,红枣,黄豆,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
4)再加入清水,继续文火煎熬,重复2)步骤2~3次;滤出复煎药液;
5)将滤出的中草药液混均,2000转/分进行离心,提取上清的药液;
6)将鸡爪浸泡在5)滤出的中药上清液,砂锅熬煮3h;
7)将汤汁冷却、出锅、分装、高温灭菌,检验合格装入真空包装得到药膳鸡爪汤。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)提炼纯天然植物中草药精华成分,滋养人体五脏六腑,对人体无毒无害;
(2)筛选多种具有解郁除烦、活血行气,益卫固表,强筋健骨功效的天然药食精华,能综合调理人机体内环境,改善更年期内分泌紊乱的症状;
(3)适用于广大人群,尤其对更年期女性,具有盗汗潮热、皮肤晦暗、失眠多梦、烦躁易怒、记忆力下降及骨质疏松者作用更佳;
(4)其制作、食用方便,安全,无毒副作用。

Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及一种解郁除烦药膳鸡爪汤,其特征在于具有如下的配方(组分及其重量百分比%):杜仲15.0-20.0,川芎20.0-25.0,黄芪5.0-10.0,当归15.0-20.0,桂圆5.0-12.0,红枣6.0-12.0,黄豆4.0-10.0,生姜5.0-10.0,红枣4.0-8.0,鸡爪300-500。
2.一种权利要求1所述解郁除烦药膳鸡爪汤,其特征在于具有如下工艺:
1)将食材鸡爪进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)杜仲,川芎,黄芪,当归,桂圆,红枣,黄豆,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
4)再加入清水,继续文火煎熬,重复2)步骤2~3次;滤出复煎药液;
5)将滤出的中草药液混均,2000转/分进行离心,提取上清的药液;
6)将鸡爪浸泡在5)滤出的中药上清液,砂锅熬煮3h;
7)将汤汁冷却、出锅、分装、高温灭菌,检验合格装入真空包装得到药膳鸡爪汤。
