本发明涉及保健食品加工领域,具体涉及一种可缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊。
背景技术
动脉硬化是动脉的一种非炎症性病变,可使动脉管壁增厚、变硬、失去弹性、管腔狭窄。动脉硬化是随着年龄增长而出现的血管疾病,其规律通常是在青少年时期发生,至中老年时期加重、发病。男性较女性多,近年来本病在我国逐渐增多,成为老年人死亡主要原因之一。
引起动脉硬化的病因中最重要的是高血压、高脂血症、抽烟。其他诸如肥胖、糖尿病、运动不足、紧张状态、高龄、家族病史、脾气暴躁等都会引起动脉硬化。
脑动脉硬化是中老年人的常见病,尤其在60岁以后发病率明显增高。脑动脉硬化可使脑动脉血流减少,出现慢性脑供血不足。临床上表现为记忆力减退,尤其记不住近事,刚说的话,刚做的事就忘了。智力低下,分析综合力减弱,注意力不集中,常有头晕、耳鸣、失眠、听力减退等症状,所以需要加以重视,注意饮食、保健方面等调理与预防。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种可缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊。
本发明采用了如下配方及技术工艺。
一种缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比及加工工艺如下。
步骤1:挑选、称取优质原料:玉米粒50-80kg、南瓜50-80kg、芹菜20-30kg、香菇20-30kg、黑木耳15-25kg、魔芋15-25kg、螺旋藻粉10-16kg、洋葱粉8-12kg、生姜8-12kg、大蒜6-10kg、天麻6-10kg。
步骤2:将玉米粒、南瓜、芹菜、香菇、黑木耳、魔芋、生姜、大蒜、天麻去除杂质、清洁干净。
步骤3:将玉米粒晒干或烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得玉米粉;
将南瓜去皮、去籽后,加工成块,经浸泡→晾晒→烘干→粉碎后,得南瓜粉;
将芹菜切成段、冷冻干燥后,打磨成芹菜粉;
将香菇烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得香菇粉;
将魔芋去皮→切片→烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得魔芋粉;
黑木耳晒干、炒熟,经粗磨、细磨后,得黑木耳粉;
将生姜切片晒干,经粗磨、细磨后,得生姜粉;
将大蒜经浸泡→打浆→滤渣→脱水→烘干→粉碎后,得大蒜粉;
将天麻晒干或烘干水分后,研磨成粉。
步骤:4:将上述粉剂及螺旋藻粉、洋葱粉分别过80-120目筛。
步骤5:将筛上物重新粉碎后过80-120目筛。
步骤6:取筛下粉剂,将所得粉剂放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,经检验合格后用胶囊灌装机灌装成胶囊,每粒0.25-0.5克,成品包装入库。

上述玉米粒,含有丰富的亚油酸、镁、维生素E、卵磷脂等,具有降血胆固醇,防治高血压、动脉粥样硬化作用;镁还具有扩张血管,维持心肌功能的作用。玉米属于粗纤维,能加快肠胃的蠕动,其脂肪、磷元素、维生素B2的含量居谷类食物之首。玉米中富含的营养元素还能促进肠胃吸收,帮助肠胃蠕动,更好的保持肠胃的清洁,减少细菌带来的伤害。
上述南瓜含有多种生理活性成份,南瓜含有淀粉、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C和钙、磷等成分。其中胡萝卜素、钴的含量都是瓜类中最高的,铬的含量为一般食品的50多倍。其营养丰富,为农村人经常食用的瓜菜,并日益受到城市人的重视。不仅有较高的食用价值。而且有着不可忽视的食疗作用。据《滇南本草》载:南瓜性温,味甘无毒,入脾、胃二经,能润肺益气,化痰排浓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,疗肺痈与便秘,并有利尿、美容等作用。近年来,国内外医学专家、学者研究实验表明,食南瓜,还能预防前列腺癌、防治动脉硬化与胃粘膜溃疡、化结石等作用。

上述黑木耳有抗血小板聚集和抗凝血作用,能减少血液凝集,防止血栓形成,延缓动脉硬化的发生与发展。黑木耳中的木耳多糖还能降脂,降低血液中的胆固醇,可减肥和抗癌。性平而味甘,含脂肪、蛋白质、多糖,可益胃养血,具有滋养作用。黑木耳质地柔软、口感细嫩、味道鲜美、风味特殊。木耳是一种营养丰富的著名食用菌,有“食品阿司匹林”之称,具有益气、润肺、补脑、轻身、凉血、止血、涩肠、活血、养颜等功效,含有大量的碳水化合物、蛋白质、铁、钙、磷、胡萝卜素、维生素等营养物质和丰富的植物胶原成分,能促进胃肠蠕动,促使肠道脂肪食物的排泄,减少食物脂肪的吸收,从而起到减肥作用。
上述魔芋含有大量维生素、植物纤维及一定量的黏液蛋白,具有奇特的保健作用和医疗效果,被人们誉为“魔力食品”。含有多种维生素和钾、磷、硒等矿物质元素,还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖,并具有低热量、低脂肪和高纤维素的特点。每100g魔芋中含蛋白质2.2g,脂肪0.1g,碳水化合物17.5g,钙19mg,磷51mg。
魔芋是有益的碱性食品,帮助人们酸、碱平衡,对人体健康有利。预防动脉硬化、防治心脑血管疾病,降低胆固醇,提高免疫力。能活血化瘀、解毒消肿、宽肠通便、化痰软坚。
上述螺旋藻粉中含有大量丝氨酸和蛋氯酸,又有较高含量的维生素B6,为胆碱的合成提供了物质基础,胆碱作用于人体,可以使血压降低。螺旋藻中的不饱和脂肪酸,特别是γ-亚麻酸、二十二碳烯酸、花生四烯酸等,也能降低减轻血管粥样硬化,因此螺旋藻在降血脂和降血压方面有很好的功效。
上述洋葱粉含有能刺激血溶纤维活性成分,是唯一含有前列腺素的植物。洋葱中含有的洋葱精油,能使扩张血管、降低血脂,促进排泄钠盐,从而具有降低血压、缓解冠心病的作用。另外,洋葱除含蛋白质、糖、钙、磷、铁和多种维他命外,还含有二烯丙基、二硫化合等成分,具有杀菌、抗血管硬化和降低血脂等功能。常吃洋葱有助恢复血液的抗脂能力,可减少心脏病发和中风的机会。
上述生姜中富含油树脂和胆酸,阻止胆固醇的吸收,同时促进胆固醇的排泄,使血中胆固醇下降,对预防动脉粥样硬化作用良好,具有明显的降血脂和降胆固醇的作用。另外生姜中的辛辣和芳香气味挥发油,对防止血液凝固和增加血液循环均有良好作用。
上述大蒜具有广谱抗菌和抑菌、杀菌作用,可有效抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏等有害菌类的生长、繁殖,对畜禽因革兰氏阴性及阳性菌感染引起的呼吸道、消化道疾病及其并发症具有显著疗效,另外还具有清瘟、解毒、活血化瘀的功能。
上述天麻具备延缓血管硬化作用,它能改善心脑血管功能,由于含有多糖体,能提高免疫能力,抵抗有害药物、有毒化学品和放射性线对身体的损害,包括有抑制肿瘤、抗癌作用;由于有抗氧化作用,而氧化是人类衰老的重要原因之一,因此天麻还有抗衰老的作用。
实施例2:本发明所述的缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比为:玉米粒60kg、南瓜70kg、芹菜28kg、香菇22kg、黑木耳15kg、魔芋20kg、螺旋藻粉12kg、洋葱粉9kg、生姜11kg、大蒜9kg、天麻9kg。
实施例3:本发明所述的缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比为:玉米粒80kg、南瓜60kg、芹菜30kg、香菇25kg、黑木耳22kg、魔芋18kg、螺旋藻粉16kg、洋葱粉12kg、生姜11kg、大蒜10kg、天麻10kg。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比及加工工艺如下:
步骤1:挑选、称取优质原料:玉米粒50-80kg、南瓜50-80kg、芹菜20-30kg、香菇20-30kg、黑木耳15-25kg、魔芋15-25kg、螺旋藻粉10-16kg、洋葱粉8-12kg、生姜8-12kg、大蒜6-10kg、天麻6-10kg;
步骤2:将玉米粒、南瓜、芹菜、香菇、黑木耳、魔芋、生姜、大蒜、天麻去除杂质、清洁干净;
步骤3:将玉米粒晒干或烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得玉米粉;
将南瓜去皮、去籽后,加工成块,经浸泡→晾晒→烘干→粉碎后,得南瓜粉;
将芹菜切成段、冷冻干燥后,打磨成芹菜粉;
将香菇烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得香菇粉;
将魔芋去皮→切片→烘干水分,经粗磨、细磨后,得魔芋粉;
黑木耳晒干、炒熟,经粗磨、细磨后,得黑木耳粉;
将生姜切片晒干,经粗磨、细磨后,得生姜粉;
将大蒜经浸泡→打浆→滤渣→脱水→烘干→粉碎后,得大蒜粉;
将天麻晒干或烘干水分后,研磨成粉;
步骤4:将上述粉剂及螺旋藻粉、洋葱粉分别过80-120目筛;
步骤5:将筛上物重新粉碎后过80-120目筛;
步骤6:取筛下粉剂,将所得粉剂放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,经检验合格后用胶囊灌装机灌装成胶囊,每粒0.25-0.5克,成品包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比为:玉米粒60-70kg、南瓜60-70kg、芹菜22-28kg、香菇22-28kg、黑木耳18-22kg、魔芋18-22kg、螺旋藻粉12-14kg、洋葱粉9-11kg、生姜9-11kg、大蒜7-9kg、天麻7-9kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓解动脉硬化的保健胶囊,其特征在于:所述原料配方、重量比为:玉米粒65kg、南瓜65kg、芹菜25kg、香菇25kg、黑木耳20kg、魔芋20kg、螺旋藻粉13kg、洋葱粉10kg、生姜10kg、大蒜8kg、天麻8kg。
