Abstract
本发明公布了一种全营养果油茶及其制作方法,它是将奶油和紫苏油加入不锈钢锅内加热,依次加入浓缩苹果汁、浓缩山楂汁和白糖,继续加温至80℃,并不断搅动,使锅内油脂和糖液充分融合,这时降温至60℃,将炒熟的混合金针菜粉、杏仁粉、小麦粉、荞麦粉、燕麦粉、小米粉、绿豆粉、大蒜粉、生姜粉、大葱粉、大茴香粉、小茴香粉、桂皮粉、草寇粉、花椒粉加入,用锅铲不断搅拌,至油脂、糖液和面粉充分搅拌均匀时离火冷却,经包装后即为成品。该产品不但营养全面,而且制作简单,食用方便,特别适合老年人和儿童食用。

本发明涉及一种全营养果油茶及其配制方法,属食品工业领域。
背景技术:
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康水平的提高越来越重视,不但要求食品产品营养要全面,而且还要求使用方便。目前,在市场上销售的油茶,大多都营养单一,不能满足人们要求营养要全面的欲望。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种适合各种人群,特别是老年人和儿童方便食用的一种全营养果油茶。
为实现上述方案,本发明采取以下技术方案。一种全营养果油茶,其特征在于它是由以下重量百分比组分配制而成的一种全营养果油茶:
金针菜粉:1-10% 杏仁粉:0.5-6% 小麦粉:5-25% 燕麦粉:4-15%
荞麦粉:4-15% 小米粉:5-15% 绿豆粉:5-15% 大蒜粉 0.5-5%
生姜粉:0.2-3% 大葱粉:0.5-4% 浓缩苹果汁:5-15% 浓缩山楂汁:5-15%
奶油:5-15% 紫苏油:2-10% 白糖:0-8% 大茴香粉:0.1-1%
小茴香粉:0.1-1% 桂皮粉:0.1-1% 草寇粉:0.1-1% 花椒粉:0.1-1%
上述一种全营养果油茶,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:① 将金针菜粉、杏仁粉、小麦粉、荞麦粉、燕麦粉、小米粉、绿豆粉、大蒜粉、生姜粉、大葱粉、大茴香粉、小茴香粉、桂皮粉、草寇粉、花椒粉混在一起拌匀放入不锈钢锅内用文火翻炒,边炒边用锅铲翻,不能炒焦,当面粉炒至微黄时,说明已炒熟,这时可离火出锅备用。
② 将浓缩苹果汁和浓缩山楂汁加入不锈钢锅内加热至80℃,加入白糖,不断搅动,待白糖完全溶化后离火备用。
③ 将奶油和紫苏油加入不锈钢锅内,加热至30℃,将备用②加入,并不断搅动,使锅内油脂和糖液充分融合,这时继续加热至60℃,将备用①加入,用锅铲不断搅动,至油脂、糖液和面粉充分搅拌均匀时离火冷却,经包装后即为成品。
本发明提供的一种全营养果油茶是为适应当代人生活的快节奏而研发的,适合上班族人群的早餐用食,既营养全面,又食用快捷、方便。该全营养果油茶不但营养全面,而且制作简单,特别适合老年人和儿童食用。

以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例:一种全营养果油茶,其组分为:
金针菜粉:5% 杏仁粉:3% 小麦粉:15%
燕麦粉:8% 荞麦粉:8% 小米粉:10%
绿豆粉:10% 大蒜粉:2% 生姜粉:1%
大葱粉:2% 浓缩苹果汁:7.5% 浓缩山楂汁:7.5%
奶油:10% 紫苏油:5% 白糖:5%
大茴香粉:0.2% 小茴香粉:0.2% 桂皮粉:0.2%
草寇粉:0.2% 花椒粉:0.2%
上述实施例中,一种全营养果油茶的制作方法如下:①将金针菜粉5kg、杏仁粉3kg、小麦粉15kg、荞麦粉8kg、燕麦粉8kg、小米粉10kg、绿豆粉10kg、大蒜粉2kg、生姜粉1kg、大葱粉2kg、大茴香粉0.2kg、小茴香粉0.2kg、桂皮粉0.2kg、草寇粉0.2kg、花椒粉0.2kg,混在一起拌匀放入不锈钢锅内用文火翻炒,边炒边用锅铲翻,不能炒焦,当面粉炒至微黄时,说明已炒熟,这时可离火出锅备用。
②将浓缩苹果汁7.5kg和浓缩山楂汁7.5kg加入不锈钢锅内加热至80℃,加入白糖5kg,不断搅动,待白糖完全溶化后离火备用。
③将奶油10kg和紫苏油5kg加入不锈钢锅内,加热至30℃,将备用②加入,并不断搅动,使锅内油脂和糖液充分融合,这时继续加热至60℃,将备用①加入,用锅铲不断搅动,至油脂、糖液和面粉充分搅拌均匀时离火冷却,经包装后即为成品。食用时可即食,也可用开水冲服。

1.一种全营养果油茶及其制作方法,其特征在于它是由以下重量百分比的组分配制而成的食品,
金针菜粉:1-10% 杏仁粉:0.5-6% 小麦粉:5-25%
燕麦粉:4-15% 荞麦粉:4-15% 小米粉:5-15%
绿豆粉:5-15% 大蒜粉:0.5-5% 生姜粉:0.2-3%
大葱粉:0.5-4% 浓缩苹果汁:5-15% 浓缩山楂汁:5-15%
奶油:5-15% 紫苏油:2-10% 白糖:0-8%
大茴香粉:0.1-1% 小茴香粉:0.1-1% 桂皮粉:0.1-1%
草寇粉:0.1-1% 花椒粉:0.1-1%
上述一种全营养果油茶,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
