Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种净水装置,它包括进料漏斗,与之密封连接的套管以及带有近似圆筒形侧壁,滤盖和滤底的插入器,在该插入器中装有颗粒状净化剂。
以上所述类型的装置是已知的,借助于该装置,使待净化水流出注满水的进料漏斗,流过净化剂(例如离子交换剂、活性炭等),通过插入器,呈净化水收集在收集器内。涉及的重要问题是待净化水流过插入器,在净化剂中进行净化反应。因此,一方面希望水平稳地流过净化剂,而另一方面要求有一定的停留时间。为使颗粒状净化剂不与待净化水混合,在插入器顶端和底部装配过滤部件,插入器顶端朝向漏斗的张开部分。一开始表现为流体可容易地通过滤缝流进插入器,流过插入器内的净化剂,再通过滤底,在其底部流出。然而,业已发现此类过滤器逐渐会部分堵塞,结果水的通流明显减速或被干扰。为避免滤盖上滤缝逐渐被堵塞已采取各种措施,若在底部基本防止细粒颗粒物料堵塞滤缝也是有可能的。但是在插入器内,由于水净化的某些化学反应所产生的气体是难以避免的,这些气体力图向上和向外流出插入器,或被流过滤底的水流夹带,必定在滤底逃逸。由于在插入器的上面和内部不时地产生少量其它空气源,以致在滤底下面形成少量空气和/或气泡;该气泡周期性地从套管底部离开,并向上移动,但在离开之前,它阻挠待净化水的通流。
无可否认,已提供的用于这种净水装置的插入器包括装有过滤介质的通常为圆筒形的受器和安装在受器上如密封盖那样的过滤元件。当受器底部也呈过滤元件形式时,仍然出现在套管底部产生气泡的问题。但是,如果内部配备的圆筒管保持独立结构,便于后一过滤部分装配在上部,于是造成减少装备净化剂的空间,因此,从插入器和套管的下部消除空气的问题仍然没有得到令人满意的解决。
为此,本发明为改进在说明书开头部分叙述的这种净水装置的问题,提供了使聚集的气体和/或空气不再阻碍待净化水流过滤底的装置。
按照本发明,上述问题的解决在于滤底有一个至少部分地朝向侧壁的向上延伸的空气收集空间。显见在插入器下部或外部,同时还在进料漏斗的套管处聚集的空气是必然发生的,而且尚不能迅速从插入器内除去。因此,在滤底部位提供空气收集空间,可以收集在那里出现的气体或空气,而不妨碍净水装置的正常工作。为保持水流通畅,如果空气收集空间朝侧壁向上延伸甚为有利。仅仅使滤底部位的管状部分径向向外延伸至侧壁,然后向滤盖延伸就足以满足。显然,空气总要向上逃逸,因此向上延伸的空气收集空间正好捕集和消除由滤底产生的并不需要的气体和/或空气。从而使得不需要的空气或气体混合物在底部滤孔处存留不住,而且水的通流可维持不受干扰。
本发明理想的另一实施例提供的空气收集空间占有一部分滤底面积,并朝向插入器内部被封闭。因此与滤底开孔相反,空气收集空间朝向插入器的一侧是封闭的。可以设想一个向下开口的隧道系统,为此它自由地向外延伸,同时朝上被封闭,而且毫无滤孔。然后就有可能通过压力迫使该气体通过设置在旁边的滤孔移入隧道状的体积内,并在那里聚集或通入最好是与各隧道相连通的向上延伸的区域内。
因此,本发明的最佳实施例其特征在于空气收集空间呈从滤底向下和/或向外开口的半管形,它们彼此相连通,并和至少沿着一部分侧壁延伸的大体上为烟囱形的另一个半管相连通。该烟囱形半管是朝侧壁向上延伸的空气收集空间部分,它在滤底区域内是较大的,朝插入器上部也就是朝向滤盖的空间则尺寸减小。基于这种原因,上述半管如烟囱状。该管子也是在横截面切去一半,使空气收集空间的侧向延伸部分也朝侧壁向外开口。由此可见,空气收集空间是通过将所谓的插入器或称之滤筒插入进料漏斗的套管内形成的。该套管壁至少在侧向区域包围插入器,以致在滤底下部区域出现的空气实际上收集在空气收集空间的烟囱形半管内。所述套管必须向下开口,因为从插入器滤底冒出的水还必须能向下和向外流动。
就本发明而言,优点之一是将配置在滤底区域的空气收集空间的向外开口半管呈星形构形,并最好从滤底外周边向其中心径向延伸。可以想象,当作为空气收集空间向外开口的半管隧道系统是采用星形构形排列时,就会使在滤底开口的每一点上被驱赶出来的空气都可流进邻近半管,并可向上流入空气收集空间的烟囱形半管。尽管滤底可呈各种结构,但是过滤元件一般具有围绕开口设置并呈放射状结构的缘条,这样,至少同时形成空气收集空间的向外开口半管的一部分。显而易见,空气收集空间的那些半管与滤底的开口极其靠近是有好处的。这样使在整个滤底区域通过所述开口形成的气体或推出的空气可立即流入半管并收集在收集空间内。
空气收集空间的半管仅占有用于容纳净化剂的插入器容积的非重要部分。为使本新颖净水装置的性能改进更加有利,以及由于空气收集空间的各个半管的存在,对所担心的容积减少给以补偿,本发明还提供了在滤底至少有一个过滤突缘,其外表面基本上垂直伸展。正如该名称所指,所述过滤突缘以突出关系配置在滤底,有利于向下/向外延伸。在此结构方案中,如果过滤突缘部分的开口是在过滤突缘表面的环形构形内以基本上相互平行的短缝形式进行排列是特别有利的。过滤突缘的表面最好呈截锥形,缩小的端部向下安置。在截锥外面向下接在端部的底面可以封闭,或者也可备有滤孔。借助于如此结构的过滤突缘表面,使随着从过滤突缘的缝隙向侧壁冒出的水将空气挤压出来,并可立刻在套管外部向上离去。这也就导致滤底区域最好是使滤底下面所产生的空气气泡能够减少的原因。该截锥过滤突缘直接与插入器的内部空间连通,致使插入器可以装满净化剂,为此,显然增加了插入器的接受容积。另外,因为用上述方式冒出的空气仅仅部分地进入空气收集空间,因此向下通过的其余的一定比例空气朝着侧壁向上通过套管逃逸。
可以理解本发明的过滤突缘是这样一种结构,即,它从进料漏斗的套管向下伸出。因此,除了带有或不带过滤突缘的新颖插入器之外,目前市售的常规插入器也可装配到进料漏斗的套管内。空气收集空间也不占有例如会导致新颖插入器不再能够配置于常规套管中的附加体积。这就确保了老的插入器可方便地被新颖插入器所取代,用户可在任何时候购置新颖插入器,而依然采用现有的带套管的进料漏斗。
本发明优点之二是,空气收集空间安装在至少一个过滤突缘的旁边,并与之密封连接。空气收集空间的功用并不起不利作用,而且因为过滤突缘密封连接到滤底,保证了水也流经过滤突缘内的净化剂,由于增加了净化剂的床层高度而提高了净化装置的性能。
本发明的优点之三是,配置在进料漏斗上的套管,在其底部设有向下和/或向外延伸的插入十字,它具有为安装插入器的4个过滤突缘的4个孔,如此以使空气收集空间处于插入十字区域的上方。
尽管套管的底边可以由用来安装插入器的径向内法兰构成,但是为了考虑到制造方法,强度以及更简单的使用,在套管底部提供一个在十字的径向延伸的缘条部分之间开孔的插入十字是更理想的。这时过滤突缘可通过这些开孔伸出。就正确安装的十字与4个缘条部分而言,最好设有4个孔,以使底边带有4个过滤突缘的插入器恰好装进十字的开孔。可见,例如整个滤底可这样重新设计,以致滤孔仅出现在过滤突缘中,这些突缘都可以基本上是截锥结构。在此情况下,整个滤底处于成形似十字的4个过滤突缘范围内,以致空气收集空间的半管沿十字延伸,同时为最佳利用得到的空间,还可将其排列在插入十字的缘条部分的上方。不言而喻,该空气收集空间的半管壳体的下部边缘置于与套管插入十字具有一定间隔处,因此,由过滤突缘侧面冒出的空气没有机会立即向上逃逸套管外,而可以进入空气收集空间。
在本发明又一有优点的实施例中,在烟囱形半管范围内的空气收集空间延伸入插入器侧壁的上部四分之一范围内,并在半管的顶端部位具有一个用于释放所聚集的空气或气体的开口。虽然该套管的开口是获得带进料漏斗和套管的新颖净水装置所必需的,但是该新颖装置具有重要优点,即,尽管空气收集空间可以很小,而滤底区域冒出的全部空气仍然可通过半管收集,进入烟囱形垂直半管,向上经过套管的开口全部释放。
楔形导向肋优先配置在近似圆筒形套管的内侧壁也是本发明的优点。就上所述,在上述最佳实施例中,假设该套管在外倾和内侧都近似圆筒形,在其底部置有插入十字。那么,由于上述导向肋,即一种肋或鳍状部分径向向里伸出在套管内侧壁上,所述肋或鳍状部分对应于在插入器侧壁的烟囱形半管的构形,那样,带有空气收集空间和位于侧面的烟囱形垂直半管的插入器就可完全装进带有导向肋的新颖套管内,但仅就特定的旋转位置而言,如果用户将插入器按错误的角度位置向下推入套管时,则插入器受阻,因为插入器的外侧壁撞在径向朝外的导向肋的上边缘上。于是,该插入器不可能完全装进套管,尤其在其上置有过滤突缘时,它们不能伸过插入十字。与此相反,本发明的导向肋确保了插入器是按正确的角度位置引进套管,尤其当其置有过滤突缘时,因此,它们能精确地装进十字边缘之间的开孔。这便于导向过滤筒(插入器)的插入。为此,空气收集空间的烟囱形半管用来适应楔形导向肋,并与之相啮合,该楔形导向肋的构形与空气收集空间的烟囱形半管的形状相配合。如果就上述实施例而言,在滤底区域的空气收集空间的半管,位于插入十字边缘的上方,那么,套管上的楔形导向肋与十字排列的边缘部分也相对正。此外,楔形导向肋最好由套管的底部延伸至开口下面,如果具体的实施例既有楔形导向肋,又有开口,那么,一个插入器可与另一个插入器进行互换,一个套管可以与另一个套管进行互换,然而,即使在套管无开口的结构中,该楔形导向肋也只能向上延伸到在其外面能够设置孔口的位置。
参照附图,从以下对最佳实施例的叙述,本发明的其它特征、优点和可能的用途就会一目了然,其中:
图1表示不带进料漏斗和套管的插入器的侧视图,表示了位于侧面的烟囱形垂直半管的方位;

图4展示了净化水装置的主要构件,具体包括:进料漏斗,与之密封连接的套管2和以数字3标记的插入器。
插入器本身具有基本上是圆筒形的侧壁4,滤盖5和滤底6。净化剂虽未表示,但很容易设想是放在侧壁4的空间内。
滤底6的具体结构具有空气收集空间7,该空间包括除了标记数字7之外还用如下所述的其它数字标记的各个部分。
空气收集空间7的底边9以十字结构设置,如图2所示,它对应于图4所示套管2的插入十字8,底边9配置在十字8的缘条的顶端以上间隔d处。
图2应参照图3所示,除了从滤底6向下和/或向外开口的半管11之外,以数字7标记的空气收集空间还包括位于侧向的烟囱形向上延伸的垂直半管12,按照在图1的外面观察,它设在图2的左边,并配置在图4的右边。
排列成类似隧道系呈十字型结构的空气收集空间7的半管11,从滤底6的外圆周边13延伸至滤底中心,随着半管11的底边9向中心扩展,半管11的宽度随之增加。由于半管11从外向内地增加尺寸,它们还增加高度(或深度,根据视图考虑),因此在图3和4的侧面剖视图中,确定开口半管11的壁朝插入器3内部向上配置,并由外向中间隆起。四管中仅仅一个构成一种例外结构,即在径向缘条部分还包括侧向垂直半管12。为此,在图3和图4所示图中,半管11的无滤孔上壁14连续从中间向外上升,然后开口伸入侧向烟囱型半管12。
在图2中排列成十字结构的半管系形成向下开口,向上封闭的空气收集空间7,该空间的半管11通过中心彼此连通,并且与图2和3所示位于左边的另一个侧向半管12相连通。

所以,在工作中,从滤底的缝隙16冲出的空气或者可以在套管2外壁表面由侧面向上流动,或者通过一半开口进入空气收集空间7的半管11,其间由于半管11的上部封闭的壁14顶端高度的构形,致使空气直接进入位于侧向的烟囱形的垂直半管12,并由此向上流动。
图4所示装置的视图还展示套管2侧壁顶部的开口18,位于朝向盖5方向的烟囱形半管12的顶部终止的位置。这样,以便于向上流动的空气向上流过半管12,通过开口18逸入收集器。
最后,图4还展示了以剖面形式表示的楔形导向肋19,它与插入器3的半管12精确地相配合,与之啮合,但是仍然留有足够空间,使空气收集空间7的半管12中向上流动的空气能够流过楔形导向肋19。
当水引入如图4所示进料漏斗1的顶部时,可见水通过图示的盖5的缝隙流进插入器3,经由过滤突缘15的缝隙16离开插入器3,在经过净化的状态下,收集在图4所示收集器中。在此情况下夹带的空气从滤底6的缝隙16冒出,进入空气收集空间7,经由侧向半管12和开口18向上逸出。从而大大改进了本新颖装置的性能和净水效果。

Claims (9)

1、一种净水装置,该装置包括进料漏斗(1),与之密封连接的套管(2)以及带有近似圆筒形侧壁(4),滤盖(5)和滤底(6)的插入器(3),在该插入器中装有颗粒状净化剂,其特征在于滤底(6)有一个至少部分朝着侧壁(4)的向上延伸的空气收集空间(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于空气收集空间(7)占有一部分滤底(6)面积,并朝向插入器(3)内部被封闭。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述装置,其特征在于所述空气收集半管(11)的形式从滤底(6)向下和/或向外开口,它们彼此连通,并与向着至少一部分侧壁(4)上方延伸的另一个烟囱形半管(12)相连通。
