Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及管状医用连接器,典型地用于输注或输液管线,配备有用于将流体物质引入连接器的注射部位。
传统上,在通常由模制塑料材料制成的这种连接器中,注射部位由可穿孔主体构成,可穿孔主体由弹性体材料或热塑性橡胶制成,所述注射部位插入连接器的座内,该座由具有保持边缘的环状端壁限定。在将可穿孔主体插入所述座内之后,例如可以借助于热或冷变形或者经由超声而使连接器的壁的端边缘翻转,从而将可穿孔主体牢固地封锁在其座内。
背景技术
当前,可穿孔主体的形状类似于具有恒定截面的大致圆柱形的薄片,从而对应座的壁的翻转保持边缘设置成与所述可穿孔主体的外端正面抵靠接触。这样,沿翻转保持边缘的搁置区域造成了周边不连续性,这不仅使得在针插入之前难以对所述端部的表面进行消毒或灭菌,而且还形成了用于容纳杂质的陷阱。
从文件WO-2010/069361、WO-90/11103、US-5400500以及WO-89/00867可以获知上面限定类型的注射部位,其中,可穿孔主体的外端形成有周围环状台阶并且形成有具有轴向地突出超过环状台阶的缩减截面的部分,所述周围环状台阶用于与连接器的壁的翻转保持边缘接合。
该方案使得在针插入之前对可穿孔主体的暴露端进行消毒或灭菌变得容易,这得益于可以从外侧更直接地接近轴向突出超过环状台阶的部分,然而仍存在下述缺点:在连接器的壁的翻转保持边缘的表面与可穿孔主体的具有缩减截面的轴向突出部分的面对其的侧壁之间所包含的环状间隙内,有可能会沉积和滞留杂质。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于以有效且同时简单、经济有益的方式克服上述缺点。
根据本发明,得益于下述事实来实现这个目的:上述台阶由环状凹槽限定,该环状凹槽具有与连接器的壁的翻转保持边缘的形状互补的形状,并且可穿孔主体的具有缩减截面的部分经由环状表面在翻转保持边缘的至少一部分之上径向地突出并且抵靠翻转保持边缘的至少一部分而连接至所述凹槽。
得益于该布置,连接器的壁的翻转保持边缘侧向地而非正面地接触可穿孔主体,并且所述翻转保持边缘与所述可穿孔主体的径向突出环状表面至少部分地重叠并且因此被该径向突出环状表面覆盖,其暴露的表面依然能从外侧直接接近,从而在针插入之前可以有效地对其进行消毒。

具体实施方式
参考附图,用于医用管线的管状连接器由1表示,在所示实例的情况中,具有Y形构造,该Y形构造具有主管2和第二管3,主管2和第二管3具有相互连通汇聚轴线。
主管2的邻近第二管3的那个端部具有座4,座4侧向地由环状壁5限定,并且在内部由轴向环状托6限定。
薄片形状的主体7被容纳在座4内,主体7通常由弹性体材料或热塑性橡胶制成,其可被针穿孔。因此,主体7限定了注射部位或针刺点,用于将医用流体或类似物引入连接器1中。
壁5内所围住的主体7在一侧上轴向地接触在环状托6上,并且在其相对侧在朝向管状连接器1的外侧暴露的其端部9处被壁5的环状保持边缘8封锁。由于连接器2通常由模制热塑性材料制成,借助于热或冷变形或者经由超声使保持边缘8弯曲,即翻转,从而基本呈现图1所示的结构,即在其自身上闭合和卷绕的卷曲形,其角度大小基本大于180°。
根据本发明的特定特征,保持边缘8并非被翻转成正面抵靠可穿孔主体7的端部9的表面,如现有技术中的情况那样,而是在其侧面抵靠,而且在顶部至少部分地被可穿孔主体7覆盖和保护。
更具体地,如图2和3中的细节所示,可穿孔主体7在其暴露端9的附近形成有周围环状台阶10,周围环状台阶10的一部分形成圆角,具有缩减截面11,这限定了可穿孔主体7的端部9的暴露表面。如在图3中更加清楚地显示,台阶10由具有滚圆壁12的周围凹槽限定,周围凹槽具有与翻转保持边缘8的形状互补的形状,翻转保持边缘8经由在台阶10上径向向外突出的、具有渐缩轮廓的环状唇13而连接至具有缩减截面11的部分。
返回图1,壁5的保持边缘8在环状凹槽12内翻转抵靠台阶10,并且具有缩减截面11的部分的唇13在顶部抵靠保持边缘。
这样,可穿孔主体7的暴露端9的表面轴向地突出超过保持边缘8,在使用连接器1时,在用针刺穿主体7之前,有助于消毒或灭菌的必要操作。同时,保持边缘8接合在凹槽12内并且保持边缘8至少部分地被径向突出的环状唇13覆盖,这些有效地防止将杂质引入所述保持边缘8和可穿孔主体7之间。
当然,在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明范围的情况下,可以相对于本文所描述和示出的内容对结构和实施例的细节进行广泛地变化。因此,即使本发明只关于Y形管状连接器进行了描述,但其等同地、有利地适用于任何类型的医用连接器的注射部位。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于管状医用连接器(1)的注射部位,包括可穿孔主体(7),所述可穿孔主体(7)插入所述连接器(1)的座(4)内,所述座(4)由环状壁(5)限定,所述环状壁(5)具有保持边缘(8),所述保持边缘(8)翻转抵靠所述可穿孔主体(7)的外端(9),其中,所述可穿孔主体(7)的外端(9)形成有周围环状台阶(10)并且形成有暴露部分,所述周围环状台阶(10)用于与所述连接器(1)的壁(5)的所述翻转保持边缘(8)接合,所述暴露部分具有轴向地突出超过所述环状台阶(10)的缩减截面(11),所述注射部位的特征在于:所述周围台阶(10)由环状凹槽(12)限定,所述环状凹槽(12)具有与所述翻转保持边缘的形状互补的形状,并且所述可穿孔主体(7)的具有缩减截面(11)的所述部分经由环状表面(13)在所述翻转保持边缘(8)的至少一部分之上径向地突出并且抵靠所述翻转保持边缘(8)的至少一部分而连接至所述凹槽(12)。
2.根据权利要求1的注射部位,其特征在于,所述环状抵靠表面(13)具有渐缩轮廓。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的注射部位,其特征在于,所述连接器(1)的所述壁(5)的所述翻转保持边缘(8)和所述可穿孔主体(7)的外端(9)的所述环状凹槽具有滚圆形状。
