技术背景       
香蕉属芭蕉科,是热带和亚热带四大果品之一,也是世界上最广为栽培的热带水果,香蕉果肉具有丰富的营养价值,富含蛋白质、脂肪,还有多种微量元素和维生素,其中维生素A能促进生长,增强对疾病的抵抗力;硫胺素能抗脚气病,促进食欲、助消化,保护神经系统;核黄素能促进人体正常生长和发育。由于香蕉果实不易保鲜、不耐贮运,产后损失率高,因此可以在产地或产地附近把已成熟的无法再继续贮藏或运输的香蕉加工成香蕉干,这不但可以减少由于腐烂而造成的经济损失,还可以增加收入。本发明为迎合市场上香菇口味的流行趋势,做成香菇风味的香蕉干,满足不同消费者的饮食需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种香菇风味香蕉干及其制备方法,是一款营养丰富、口味独特的食品。
为实现以上目的,本发明的香菇风味香蕉干,包括去皮的新鲜香蕉100-150kg、香菇调味品20-30kg。其中,香菇调味品配方为香菇粉5-10kg、牛肉粉1-3kg、麻椒1-3kg、花椒1-3kg、盐5-8kg、味精1-3kg。
优选的,香菇调味品配方为香菇粉10kg、牛肉粉3kg、麻椒1kg、花椒1kg、盐8kg、味精3kg。
优选的,香菇调味品配方为香菇粉8kg、牛肉粉2kg、麻椒2kg、花椒2kg、盐4kg、味精3kg。
本发明的香菇风味香蕉干的制备方法具体为:
(1) 将香蕉切成2mm厚度;
(2) 将香菇调味品按配方混合均匀,其中一半溶于水,煮沸5min后冷却至25℃得香菇溶液,另一半粉碎为香菇粉末;
(3) 将香蕉片放入香菇溶液中,浸泡3-5h; 
(4) 将香蕉片取出,沥干水分,然后在其表面喷洒香菇粉末,烘干至水分为10-15%,即得香菇风味香蕉干。
本发明产生的有益效果为,香蕉干是一款营养丰富,深受消费者喜爱的食品,目前,人们越来越追求口味独特,口感丰富,因此本发明将香蕉干制作为香菇风味,既可以保留香蕉干中的营养成分,又增添了香菇的营养,可以满足不同消费者的饮食需求。

实施例1:
按如下方法制备香菇风味香蕉干:(1) 将香蕉切成2mm厚度;(2) 将香菇粉10kg、牛肉粉3kg、麻椒1kg、花椒1kg、盐8kg、味精3kg混合均匀,其中一半溶于水,煮沸5min后冷却至25℃得香菇溶液,另一半粉碎为香菇粉末;(3) 将香蕉片放入香菇溶液中,浸泡3h; (4) 将香蕉片取出,沥干水分,然后在其表面喷洒香菇粉末,烘干至水分为10%,即得香菇风味香蕉干。
实施例2:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种香菇风味香蕉干,其特征在于:所述的香菇调味品配方为香菇粉5-10kg、牛肉粉1-3kg、麻椒1-3kg、花椒1-3kg、盐5-8kg、味精1-3kg。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种香菇风味香蕉干,其特征在于:所述的香菇调味品配方为香菇粉10kg、牛肉粉3kg、麻椒1kg、花椒1kg、盐8kg、味精3kg。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种香菇风味香蕉干,其特征在于:所述的香菇调味品配方为香菇粉8kg、牛肉粉2kg、麻椒2kg、花椒2kg、盐4kg、味精3kg。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种香菇风味香蕉干的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1) 将香蕉切成2mm厚度;
(2) 将香菇调味品按配方混合均匀,其中一半溶于水,煮沸5min后冷却至25℃得香菇溶液,另一半粉碎为香菇粉末;
(3) 将香蕉片放入香菇溶液中,浸泡3-5h; 
(4) 将香蕉片取出,沥干水分,然后在其表面喷洒香菇粉末,烘干至水分为10-15%,即得香菇风味香蕉干。
