  花生是人们日常食用的食品之一,花生不含胆固醇,蛋白质含量高,氨基酸种类齐全,还富含维生素B、C、E及钙、磷、铁、镁、钾、锌等人体所需营养元素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足,提供添加花生杂果的乳制品制造方法,
     本发明是这样实现的:添加花生杂果的乳制品制造方法,它主要由优质花生米、白砂糖、乳化剂、pH调节剂组成,花生果剥壳、挑选,烘烤,花生仁在110~130℃下烘烤30~40分钟;烘烤后的花生迅速脱去红衣(也可湿法脱皮);研磨、乳化;并分离渣粕;研磨花生与水的比例为1∶6(重量比),花生与水要同时加入磨浆机内,加料、水要均匀,水温40℃左右;经胶体磨充分研磨后添加pH调节剂、乳化剂和白砂糖,进行高压均质,压力19.6~39.2兆帕,杀菌;由于花生乳在营养、胶体性质、外观和口感上与牛奶相似。
本发明的优点在于:
1、纯中药配方,效果显著,无副作用;
2、辛凉宣泄,清肺平喘。

1.添加花生杂果的乳制品制造方法,由优质花生米、白砂糖、乳化剂、pH调节剂组成,花生果剥壳、挑选,烘烤,花生仁在110~130℃下烘烤30~40分钟;烘烤后的花生迅速脱去红衣(也可湿法脱皮);研磨、乳化;并分离渣粕;研磨花生与水的比例为1∶6(重量比),花生与水要同时加入磨浆机内,加料、水要均匀,水温40℃左右;经胶体磨充分研磨后添加pH调节剂、乳化剂和白砂糖,进行高压均质,压力19.6~39.2兆帕,杀菌;由于花生乳在营养、胶体性质、外观和口感上与牛奶相似。
