Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,经过配色、加料、塑化、注塑过程制得,废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。注塑工艺过程中,料筒温度为180-220℃,喷嘴温度为180-215℃,模具温度为30-60℃;塑化压力为40-90MPa,注塑压力为40-100MPa,充模时间为3.5-5.5s,保压时间为0.5-2.0s,闭模冷却时间为12-20s。本发明具有节能环保的特点,只需一次注塑成型,生产工艺简单,效率高。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺。
(二)背景技术
塑胶制品广泛应用现代生活中的每一个领域,例如家用电器、仪器仪表、电线电缆、建筑器材、通讯电子、汽车工业、航天航空、日用五金等。生产塑胶制品成型的工艺主要有注塑、挤出、吹塑成型等,注塑成型是塑料模塑成型的一种重要方法,具有成型周期短,对成型塑料适应性强,生产效率高等特点。然而,许多注塑需要多次注塑,生产工艺复杂,效率低。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服了上述的缺陷,提供一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在180-220℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为40-90MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为3.5-5.5s,喷嘴温度为180-215℃,固化后,在40-100MPa下保压0.5-2.0s,经过12-20s后,冷却到30-60℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
优选地,所述料筒的温度为183℃,
优选地,所述塑化压力为80MPa,注塑压力为38MPa。
优选地,所述充模时间为4s,保压时间为1s,闭模冷却时间为15s。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用回收的废塑胶作为原料,成本低,节能环保;生产过程一次注塑成型,效率高。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述。
实施例1:
一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在180℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为40MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为3.5s,喷嘴温度为180℃,固化后,在40MPa下保压0.5s,经过12s后,冷却到30℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
实施例2:
一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在183℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为80MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为4.3s,喷嘴温度为185℃,固化后,在43MPa下保压1.0s,经过15s后,冷却到40℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
实施例3:
一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在215℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为85MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为5.0s,喷嘴温度为210℃,固化后,在90MPa下保压1.5s,经过18s后,冷却到50℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
实施例4:
一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在220℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为90MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为5.5s,喷嘴温度为215℃,固化后,在100MPa下保压2.0s,经过20s后,冷却到60℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
实施例5:
一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在195℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为70MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为4.5s,喷嘴温度为198℃,固化后,在60MPa下保压1.3s,经过16s后,冷却到45℃后开模即得到塑胶制品。
所述废旧塑胶颗粒为回收塑胶颗粒或边角料,为PP塑胶材料。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,以废旧塑胶颗粒和颜料为主要材料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配色:将颜料与废塑胶颗粒混合搅拌均匀;
(2)加料:将步骤(1)制得的混合物料置于料筒中加热搅拌;
(3)塑化:塑料在180-220℃的料筒中受热,塑化压力为40-90MPa下,将固体颗粒转化成粘流态并且形成具有良好可塑性均匀熔体;
(4)注塑:将步骤(3)得到的熔体注入到模具内,充模时间为3.5-5.5s,喷嘴温度为180-215℃,固化后,在40-100MPa下保压0.5-2.0s,经过后,冷却12-20s后,模具温度为30-60℃时开模即得到塑胶制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述料筒的温度为183℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述塑化压力为80MPa,注塑压力为43MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶储物架的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述充模时间为4s,保压时间为1s,闭模冷却时间为15s。
