一种高温高压直流式截止阀,包括手柄、蜗杆、蜗杆螺母、旋转组合件、阀体、填料涵、与蜗杆连接的阀杆、阀瓣、阀座,其特殊之处是:所述阀座上方固定有稳流套,所述填料涵置于所述稳流套顶部,所述填料涵与阀体之间装有支架,所述填料涵在与所述支架的径向接触面上设有“O”型密封圈,所述填料涵内设有填料并在其底部设有填料垫,所述阀杆伸入所述稳流套中与置于其中的所述阀瓣连接固定,所述阀瓣与阀座的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金。本发明密封性能好、具有节流作用、开启灵活、易于安装和维修、生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及截止阀,特别是一种高温高压直流式截止阀。
背景技术
传统的高温高压截止阀,包括手柄、蜗杆、蜗杆螺母、与蜗杆螺母锁母组合在蜗杆上部的旋转组合件、与蜗杆连接的阀杆、阀体、填料涵、阀瓣、阀座,其中,填料涵内、外都装有填料,填料涵外部的填料需要与阀体的内壁共同完成密封,然而在阀体里加工孔比较困难,很难达到工艺要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种密封性能好、具有节流作用、开启灵活、易于安装和维修、生产成本低的高温高压直流式截止阀。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种高温高压直流式截止阀,包括手柄、蜗杆、蜗杆螺母、旋转组合件、阀体、填料涵、与蜗杆连接的阀杆、阀瓣、阀座,其特殊之处是:所述阀座上方固定有稳流套,所述稳流套对应阀体的介质通道设有节流稳流孔,所述填料涵置于所述稳流套顶部,所述填料涵与阀体之间装有支架,所述支架外沿压靠于所述阀体顶端并在两者接触面之间设有密封垫,所述填料涵在与所述支架的径向接触面上设有“O”型密封圈,所述填料涵内设有填料并在其底部设有填料垫,所述填料利用填料压盖和压板压紧,所述压板利用螺栓与所述支架紧固连接,所述阀杆伸入所述稳流套中与置于其中的所述阀瓣连接固定,所述阀瓣与阀座的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金。
所述阀瓣设有中空腔并在其中设有阀瓣副,所述阀杆底端与所述阀瓣副钩合并利用阀瓣压盖和螺钉压紧于所述阀瓣中。
所述阀杆底端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内焊接有托盖,并利用所述托盖将阀瓣副的帽状头部限位于所述凹槽中,所述凹槽底部与阀瓣副的帽状头部之间设有调节块,所述阀瓣副尾部与所述阀瓣中空腔形成密封配合结构并在两者的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金。
所述蜗杆与阀杆的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套和锁紧外套连接,以使蜗杆与阀杆在阀门关闭和开启时实现自动调心。
所述蜗杆螺母上、下端分别设有推力球轴承,以增加蜗杆及阀杆的旋转灵活性。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、由于支架外沿(法兰止口端)与阀体顶端的接触面上放置了密封垫,解决了常规阀门在阀体与阀盖接触端无密封的问题,增强了阀体的密封效果。
2、由于填料涵与支架的径向接触面上安装有 “O”型密封圈,省略了常规阀门在阀体与填料涵间加装填料的繁琐工艺,使密封更简单,密封性能更好,更便于阀门内部的安装和维修。
3、阀门关闭后,阀瓣与阀座接触密封,阀瓣副又与阀瓣内部接触密封,同时阀瓣与阀瓣副及阀座的密封接触面上堆焊有硬质合金,显著提升密封性能,同时防止长时间使用造成磨损,延长了阀门的使用寿命。
4、由于阀座上方固定有稳流套,所述稳流套对应阀体的介质通道设有节流稳流孔,在稳定介质流量的同时又起到节流的作用。
综上,本发明在显著提升密封性能的同时,具有耐高压,耐高温,耐磨等优点,且装配和维修都非常方便,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该高温高压直流式截止阀,包括手柄34、蜗杆26、设于蜗杆26顶端的蜗杆螺母21、与蜗杆螺母21组合在一起的旋转组合件、阀体1、填料涵11、与蜗杆26连接的阀杆7、设于阀体1内的阀瓣4、阀座2。
其中,所述阀座2上方固定有稳流套10,所述阀座2底部与阀体1密封接触面上设有密封垫3。所述稳流套10对应阀体1的介质通道37设有节流稳流孔38,节流稳流孔38位于稳流套10的圆周上,数量为4个。所述填料涵11置于所述稳流套10顶部,所述填料涵11与阀体1之间装有支架39,所述支架39外沿压靠于所述阀体1顶端并在两者接触面之间设有密封垫33,所述填料涵11在与所述支架39的径向接触面上设有多个“O”型密封圈31,本实施例中所述“O”型密封圈31的数量为2个。所述填料涵11内设有填料32并在其底部设有填料垫36,所述填料32利用填料压盖12和压板30压紧,所述压板30利用六角头螺栓13与所述支架39紧固连接。所述阀杆7伸入所述稳流套10中与置于其中的所述阀瓣4连接固定,所述阀瓣4与阀座2的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金40,本实施例中,所述阀瓣4设有中空腔并在其中设有阀瓣副5,所述阀杆7底端与所述阀瓣副5钩合并利用阀瓣压盖35和圆柱头开槽螺钉9压紧于所述阀瓣4中,所述阀杆7底端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内焊接有托盖6,并利用所述托盖6将阀瓣副5的帽状头部限位于所述凹槽中,所述凹槽底部与阀瓣副5的帽状头部之间设有调节块8,所述阀瓣副5尾部与所述阀瓣4中空腔形成密封配合结构并在两者的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金40。所述阀瓣4与阀座2、阀瓣副5的密封接触面上堆焊的硬质合金40均采用钴基硬质合金,使密封部位硬度达到50度-60度。所述蜗杆26与阀杆7的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套29和锁紧外套28连接,以使蜗杆26与阀杆7在阀门关闭和开启时实现自动调心,所述两瓣式连接内套29和锁紧外套28利用开槽平端紧定螺钉27固定。
旋转组合件包括设于蜗杆螺母21的支架16,设于支架16内并安装在所述蜗杆螺母21上、下端的推力球轴承24、25,贯穿于支架16的开槽长圆柱端紧定螺钉15,所述开槽长圆柱端紧定螺钉15一端插入所述蜗杆26上开设的纵向导向槽内,另一端利用六角螺母14与所述支架16固定,所述支架16上盖利用开槽锥端紧定螺钉22与本体固定,所述支架16外壁设有注油嘴23以便于向支架16内的推力球轴承24、25注油润滑。旋转组合件上方的蜗杆螺母21外壁固定有安装手柄34的手柄座18、手柄芯毂17、手柄锁紧螺母20以及平垫圈19。转动手柄34时,带动蜗杆螺母21转动,进而带动蜗杆26及阀杆7旋转进行上、下位移开启或关闭阀瓣4、阀瓣副5。

1.一种高温高压直流式截止阀,包括手柄、蜗杆、蜗杆螺母、旋转组合件、阀体、填料涵、与蜗杆连接的阀杆、阀瓣、阀座,其特征在于:所述阀座上方固定有稳流套,所述稳流套对应阀体的介质通道设有节流稳流孔,所述填料涵置于所述稳流套顶部,所述填料涵与阀体之间装有支架,所述支架外沿压靠于所述阀体顶端并在两者接触面之间设有密封垫,所述填料涵在与所述支架的径向接触面上设有“O”型密封圈,所述填料涵内设有填料并在其底部设有填料垫,所述填料利用填料压盖和压板压紧,所述压板利用螺栓与所述支架紧固连接,所述阀杆伸入所述稳流套中与置于其中的所述阀瓣连接固定,所述阀瓣与阀座的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金,所述阀瓣设有中空腔并在其中设有阀瓣副,所述阀杆底端与所述阀瓣副钩合并利用阀瓣压盖和螺钉压紧于所述阀瓣中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温高压直流式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆底端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内焊接有托盖,并利用所述托盖将阀瓣副的帽状头部限位于所述凹槽中,所述凹槽底部与阀瓣副的帽状头部之间设有调节块,所述阀瓣副尾部与所述阀瓣中空腔形成密封配合结构并在两者的密封接触面上均堆焊有硬质合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温高压直流式截止阀,其特征在于:所述蜗杆与阀杆的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套和锁紧外套连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温高压直流式截止阀,其特征在于:所述蜗杆螺母上、下端分别设有推力球轴承。
