背景技术
图7至11所示的连接器201是已经用于电动汽车并且与用于对电动汽车的电池充电的充电电缆的连接器9相连接的传统连接器(参见专利文献1)。
连接器201设置有:外壳202;盖部203,该盖部203围绕外壳202枢轴旋转,以打开或者关闭外壳202的开口221a和222a;锁扣204,该锁扣204围绕外壳202枢轴旋转,以通过与盖部203的边缘233接合来保持盖部203覆盖开口221a和222a的状态(该盖部203覆盖开口221a和222a);以及轴207和208。

[技术问题]
不利的是,上述传统连接器201具有如下所述的缺陷。即,如图11所示,为了避免在盖部203中的振颤,连接器201在彼此相对的外壳侧安装板224的每一个与盖部侧安装板237、238的每一个之间有减小的间隙。因此,在外壳侧安装板224的每一个与盖部侧安装板237、238的每一个之间的小间隙S2中,可能由水的表面张力而聚集水(诸如露水密度的水或者雨水),这样产生了由于水在低温下冻结而导致不能打开或者关闭盖部203的缺陷。
应当注意的是,为了防止上面提到的水聚集,扩大每个外壳侧安装板224与每个盖部侧安装板237、238之间的间隙所产生的缺陷是:扩大的间隙妨碍盖部203正常功能。此外,为了减少水在上述间隙S2中的聚集,该对外壳侧安装板224与该对盖部侧安装板237、238的减小导致其刚度降低的缺陷。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种通过形成铰链使得水不能聚集,能够防止盖部因为冻结铰链而不能打开或者关闭的连接器。
[解决问题的方案]
为了实现上述目的,发明的第一方面提供了一种连接器,包括:外壳,该外壳设置有一对包括轴孔的外壳侧安装板,轴从所述轴孔穿过;盖部,该盖部围绕所述外壳枢轴旋转,且覆盖外壳的开口,并且该盖部设置有一对包括轴孔的盖部侧安装板,轴从所述轴孔穿过,所述一对盖部侧安装板定位于所述一对外壳侧安装板之间;以及轴套(boss),该轴套布置于所述一对盖部侧安装板和所述一对外壳侧安装板中的一个上,该轴套以筒状从与所述一对盖部侧安装板和所述一对外壳侧安装板中的另一个相对的每个面竖立,并且所述轴从所述轴套穿过。
优选地,在与第一方面的连接器相关的发明中,在所述轴套的外周面上形成凸起和凹陷中的至少一个。
[本发明的有益效果]
根据第一方面的发明,由于轴套布置于该对盖部侧安装板与该对外壳侧安装板中的一个上,从与该对盖部侧安装板和该对外壳侧安装板中的另一个相对的每个面以筒状竖立,并且轴从轴套穿过,所以使得能够减小在彼此相对的外壳侧安装板的每一个与盖部侧安装板的每一个之间形成微细间隙的部分的表面积,以减小微细间隙中水的聚集。因此,如果微细间隙中聚集的水发生冻结,则因为冰太小容易切断冰。因此,使得能够防止盖部因为冻结铰链而不能打开或者关闭。
根据本发明,由于在轴套的外周面上形成凸起和凹陷中的至少一个,所以通过旋转盖部,能够使大的切断力作用于在彼此相对的外壳侧安装板的每一个与盖部侧安装板的每一个之间产生的冰上,从而容易地切断冰。因此,能够防止盖部因为冻结铰链而不能打开或者关闭。

盖部3由合成树脂制成,如图2和4所示,盖部3设置有:板部32,该板部32叠放于外壳主体20的上端上;边缘33,该边缘33布置于板部32的外缘处;以及基部30,该基部30与边缘33相对地布置于板部32的外缘处。如图4所示,边缘33位于外壳主体20的外壁的外侧。上述锁扣4与边缘33接合。
如图2所示,基部30设置有:延伸部36,该延伸部36从板部32的边缘延伸;以及一对盖部侧安装板37,该对盖部侧安装板37从延伸部36竖立并且彼此相对。该对盖部侧安装板37设置有轴孔31,轴7从轴孔31穿过。
该对盖部侧安装板37位于外壳2的该对外壳侧安装板24之间,并且轴7穿过该对盖部侧安装板37的轴孔31和该对外壳侧安装板24的轴孔24a,从而导致该盖部3可围绕外壳2枢轴旋转。此外,图3中的箭头A、B示出盖部3的旋转方向。
此外,如图2和5所示,该对盖部侧安装板37设置有轴套39,该轴套39以环状从与该对外壳侧安装板24相对的每个面竖立,并且轴7从轴套39穿过。与轴孔31同轴地定位轴套39。此外,使轴套39的内径等于轴孔31的内径。图5中的S1示出轴套39的每一个与外壳侧安装板24的每一个(它们彼此相对)之间的微细间隙。为了避免本发明的连接器中的盖部3振颤,利用轴套39尽可能地使每个外壳侧安装板24与每个盖部侧安装板37之间的空间变窄。
弹簧5形成为使得弹簧丝塑性变形,并且弹簧5以螺旋状多次缠绕,该弹簧5设置有:螺旋管,轴7从螺旋管穿过;基部侧安装部,该基部侧安装部安装到布置于螺旋管的一端处的基部30;以及外壳侧安装部,该外壳侧安装部安装到布置于螺旋管的另一端处的外壳2。此外,弹簧5在图3中的箭头B方向上偏压盖部3。
锁扣4由合成树脂制成,该锁扣4设置有:基部40,该基部40包括轴孔41,轴8从轴孔41穿过;压爪42,该压爪42从基部40凸出并且在覆盖开口21a和22a的状态下定位于盖部3的外表面侧;以及凸起43,该凸起43从基部40凸出并且定位于比压爪42更靠近轴孔41。基部40定位于外壳2的该对锁扣安装板25之间,并且轴8穿过基部40的轴孔41和该对锁扣安装板25的轴孔,从而导致锁扣4可围绕外壳2枢轴旋转。此外,图3中的箭头C、D示出锁扣4的旋转方向。如图4所示,这样的锁扣4以下述方式与边缘33接合:在覆盖开口21a和22a状态下的盖部3的边缘33定位于压爪42与凸起43之间。
弹簧6形成为使得弹簧丝塑性变形,并且弹簧6以螺旋状多次缠绕,该弹簧6设置有:螺旋管,轴8从螺旋管穿过;基部侧安装部,该基部侧安装部安装到布置于螺旋管的一端处的基部40;以及外壳侧安装部,该外壳侧安装部安装到布置于螺旋管的另一端处的外壳2。此外,弹簧6在图3中的箭头C方向上偏压锁扣4。
然后,将讨论连接器1的盖部3的打开和关闭操作。当关闭打开状态的盖部时,在锁扣4以图3中的箭头D的方向旋转以抵抗弹簧6的状态下,盖部3以图3中的箭头A的方向旋转,抵抗弹簧5的偏压力;然后,释放锁扣4,以使锁扣4与盖部3的边缘33接合。当打开关闭状态的盖部3时,锁扣4以图3中的箭头D的方向旋转,抵抗弹簧6的偏压力。即,释放锁扣4。然后通过弹簧5的偏压力,盖部3以图3中的箭头B的方向自动打开。
如参考图7至11所讨论的,在传统连接器201中,水诸如露水凝结水或者雨水可能因为水的表面张力而聚集在外壳侧安装部224的每一个与盖部侧安装板237和238的每一个之间的细小空间S2中,这样产生的缺陷是:水在低温下冻结,从而导致盖部203不能打开或者关闭。相反,在本发明的上述连接器中,由于该对盖部侧安装板37设置有轴套39,该轴套39从与外壳侧安装板24相对的每个面竖立布置,所以能够减小在每个盖部侧安装板37与每个外壳侧安装板24之间形成细小空间S1的区域,从而导致减少在该细小空间S1中聚集的水。因此,即使当聚集于细微空间S1中的水冻结时,仍因为冰太小而容易切断冰。因此,能够防止盖部3因为铰链冻结而不能打开和关闭。此外,上述“铰链”指由一对外壳侧安装板24、基部30和轴7构成的部件。
此外,在上述实施例中,尽管描述了该对盖部侧安装板37设置有从与外壳侧安装板24相对的每个面竖立的轴套39的例子,但是根据本发明,该对外壳侧安装板24可以设置有从与盖部侧安装板37相对的每个面竖立的“轴套”。
此外,在本发明中,如图6所示,在轴套39的外周上可以布置多个凸起39a,并且在轴套39的外周上,可以布置多个凹陷39a,但是未示出。即,在轴套39的外周上可以布置凸起和凹陷。在轴套39的外周上形成凸起和凹陷,当在彼此相对的盖部侧安装板37的每一个与外壳侧安装板24的每一个之间产生冰时,通过旋转盖部3使大的切断力作用于冰,从而导致容易切断冰。
应当理解,上述实施例仅是举例说明本发明,但是本发明并不限于该实施例。因此,除非说明这样的变更和修改背离下面定义的本发明范围,否则这些变更和修改应当包括在本发明范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种连接器,包括:
外壳,该外壳设置有一对包括轴孔的外壳侧安装板,轴从所述轴孔穿过;
盖部,该盖部围绕所述外壳枢轴旋转,以打开和关闭所述外壳的开口,并且该盖部设置有一对包括轴孔的盖部侧安装板,轴从所述轴孔穿过,所述一对盖部侧安装板定位于所述一对外壳侧安装板之间;以及
轴套,该轴套布置于所述一对盖部侧安装板和所述一对外壳侧安装板中的一个上,该轴套以筒状从与所述一对盖部侧安装板和所述一对外壳侧安装板中的另一个相对的每个面竖立并且所述轴穿过该轴套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,在所述轴套的外周面上形成凸起和凹陷中的至少一个。
