本发明涉及薄膜领域,确切地说是一种防鼠农用薄膜。
背景技术
农用薄膜是应用于农业生产的塑料薄膜的总称。随着科学技术的进步,对农作薄膜的要求越来越高,各种新型薄膜不断出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种防鼠农用薄膜。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种防鼠农用薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂100-130,中药防鼠剂1-3,抗氧剂1076 0.2-0.5,抗氧剂168 0.1-0.2,无机荧光粉 0.01-0.05,脂肪酸0.2-0.4、异氰酸酯0.3-0.5、超细硅酸铝0.2-0.5、环氧油酸丁酯0.3-0.5、二茂铁1-2、重质碳酸钙5-7,膨润土8-12、辣椒籽油0.17-0.19 ;
所述的中药防鼠剂下述重量份的原料制得:五倍子2-4,闹羊花1-2,干浮萍1-3,苦楝皮2-4、花椒1-2、山苍子3-5、地龙3-5,甘草1-2、使君子1-2、通草2-4、猫人参2-4;所述的中药防鼠剂的制备方法为:将各原料混匀后,加入相当于所有原料重量3-5倍的水,煎煮去渣后,滤液浓缩干燥,即得。
所述的一种防鼠农用薄膜,其特征在于:
制备方法是:
将除重质碳酸钙、无机荧光粉、膨润土外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将重质碳酸钙、无机荧光粉、膨润土放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明制备方法简单高效,农用薄膜具有很好的防鼠防虫效果,同时耐老化性、环保性优异。
具体实施方式
一种防鼠农用薄膜,由下述重量kg的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂130,中药防鼠剂1,抗氧剂1076 0.5,抗氧剂168 0.2,无机荧光粉 0.04,脂肪酸0.2、异氰酸酯0.3、超细硅酸铝0.5、环氧油酸丁酯0.5、二茂铁1、重质碳酸钙5,膨润土12、辣椒籽油0.19 ;
所述的中药防鼠剂下述重量kg的原料制得:五倍子2,闹羊花2,干浮萍1,苦楝皮4、花椒1、山苍子5、地龙3,甘草2、使君子2、通草2、猫人参4;所述的中药防鼠剂的制备方法为:将各原料混匀后,加入相当于所有原料重量5倍的水,煎煮去渣后,滤液浓缩干燥,即得。
所述的一种防鼠农用薄膜,制备方法是:
将除重质碳酸钙、无机荧光粉、膨润土外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将重质碳酸钙、无机荧光粉、膨润土放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
结果表明:薄膜可见光透过率:84-87%.薄膜红外线透过率:38~43%.薄膜拉伸强度≥16Mpa,薄膜断裂伸长率≥330%,驱鼠率≥90%。

1.一种防鼠农用薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂100-130,中药防鼠剂1-3,抗氧剂1076 0.2-0.5,抗氧剂168 0.1-0.2,无机荧光粉 0.01-0.05,脂肪酸0.2-0.4、异氰酸酯0.3-0.5、超细硅酸铝0.2-0.5、环氧油酸丁酯0.3-0.5、二茂铁1-2、重质碳酸钙5-7,膨润土8-12、辣椒籽油0.17-0.19 ;
