Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜及其制备方法,抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯70-80份,环氧树脂5-10份,酚醛树脂2-6份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯30-40份,钙锌稳定剂1-5份,异山梨醇二甲醚1-5份,硬脂酸2-8份,三聚氰胺5-10份;制备方法为将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为70-80转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟,然后将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为120-130℃。本发明提供的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜在农田中实地铺设,在夜晚-0℃与白天20℃的交替条件下,没有出现雾化现象,在阳光下3-6个月依然能够维持良好的抗雾化性能。

一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
 本发明属于农用薄膜制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
薄膜是一种薄而软的透明薄片。用塑料、胶粘剂、橡胶或其他材料制成。而农用薄膜是应用于农业生产的塑料薄膜的总称。随着科学技术的进步,对农作薄膜的要求越来越高,各种新型薄膜不断出现,如轻薄型薄膜、多用途薄膜、长寿薄膜、防虫薄膜、防病薄膜、除草薄膜以及降解薄膜等,但是以上薄膜在冷热交替的环境下常会产生水雾,不仅影响了采光,而且影响了薄膜覆盖内部的环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服以上现有技术的不足而提供一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术手段实现的:
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯70-80份,环氧树脂5-10份,酚醛树脂2-6份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯30-40份,钙锌稳定剂1-5份,异山梨醇二甲醚1-5份,硬脂酸2-8份,三聚氰胺5-10份。
所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,可以优选为以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯75-78份,环氧树脂6-9份,酚醛树脂3-5份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯33-36份,钙锌稳定剂2-4份,异山梨醇二甲醚2-4份,硬脂酸4-6份,三聚氰胺7-9份。
一种以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为70-80转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为120-130℃。
本发明提供的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜具有优良的抗雾化性能,在农田中实地铺设,在夜晚-0℃与白天20℃的交替条件下,没有出现雾化现象,在阳光下3-6个月依然能够维持良好的抗雾化性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯70份,环氧树脂5份,酚醛树脂2份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯30份,钙锌稳定剂1份,异山梨醇二甲醚1份,硬脂酸2份,三聚氰胺5份。
以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为70转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为120℃。
实施例2
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯75份,环氧树脂6份,酚醛树脂3份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯33份,钙锌稳定剂2份,异山梨醇二甲醚2份,硬脂酸4份,三聚氰胺7份。
以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为80转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为125℃。
实施例3
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯76份,环氧树脂8份,酚醛树脂4份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯35份,钙锌稳定剂3份,异山梨醇二甲醚3份,硬脂酸5份,三聚氰胺8份。
以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为76转/分钟,搅拌23分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为128℃。
实施例4
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯78份,环氧树脂9份,酚醛树脂5份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯36份,钙锌稳定剂4份,异山梨醇二甲醚4份,硬脂酸6份,三聚氰胺9份。
以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为78转/分钟,搅拌26分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为125℃。
实施例5
一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯80份,环氧树脂10份,酚醛树脂6份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯40份,钙锌稳定剂5份,异山梨醇二甲醚5份,硬脂酸8份,三聚氰胺10份。
以上所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为80转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为130℃。
    对以上实施例制备得到的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜进行性能测试,结果显示,本发明提供的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜具有优良的抗雾化性能,在农田中实地铺设,在夜晚-0℃与白天20℃的交替条件下,没有出现雾化现象,在阳光下3-6个月依然能够维持良好的抗雾化性能。

1.一种抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯70-80份,环氧树脂5-10份,酚醛树脂2-6份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯30-40份,钙锌稳定剂1-5份,异山梨醇二甲醚1-5份,硬脂酸2-8份,三聚氰胺5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:聚氯乙烯75-78份,环氧树脂6-9份,酚醛树脂3-5份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯33-36份,钙锌稳定剂2-4份,异山梨醇二甲醚2-4份,硬脂酸4-6份,三聚氰胺7-9份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的抗雾化农用聚氯乙烯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分在混合搅拌机中进行混合,搅拌速度为70-80转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出成型,挤出温度为120-130℃。
