本发明公开了一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC60‑70份、环氧树脂10‑15份、EVA 10‑15份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2‑8份、硫酸铝2‑6份、硼砂3‑7份、高岭土4‑8份、聚乙烯醇15‑20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2‑5份、过硫酸钾1‑4份。本发明高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜其强度、韧性、耐热性能优良,本发明的制备方法工艺简单、操作方便、所用原料价格优廉、生产效率高、工业化实施容易、可用普通塑料吹膜机进行生产。

一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方。
背景技术
中国塑料薄膜的产量约占塑料制品总产量的20%,是塑料制品中产量增长较快的类别之一。从中国塑料薄膜(厚度为0.06mm~0.26mm)的应用领域看,用量最大、品种最多、应用最广的是包装工业,其消费约占2/3,其次是农业约占30%,再有就是功能膜,如微孔膜、屏蔽膜、土工膜等。若在树脂基体中添加适宜的塑料助剂,就可以制备出所需的各种功能性薄膜。塑料薄膜工业上的生产方法有压延法和挤出法,其中挤出法又分为挤出吹膜、挤出流延、挤出拉伸(又称二次成型)等。
随着中国经济的发展以及农村产业结构的调整,中国各行各业对塑料薄膜的市场需求不断上升。预测2015年全球塑料薄膜和板材市场消费量有望达到5070万吨,其中亚太地区预计将成为增长最快的区域市场。中国塑料薄膜产业当前正处于一个蓬勃发展的阶段,2001-2011年市场规模年均增速达到18%以上,预计2012年将达到3500亿元。
中国塑料薄膜行业正处于一个蓬勃发展的阶段,据悉,中国塑料薄膜的需求量每年将以9%以上的速度增长。而且随着各种新材料、新设备和新工艺不断地涌现,将促使中国的塑料薄膜朝着品种多样化、专用化以及具备多功能的复合膜方向发展。
塑料薄膜,用于包装,以及用作覆膜层。塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
聚氯乙烯簿膜的耐光性、耐老化性比较好且具有比较好的耐撕裂性能,能透气,是一种洁净、无色、透明的薄膜,一般加入增塑剂,它可溶于丙酮,环已酮等溶剂。因此,可以用聚氯乙烯类树脂制的油墨印刷。适用于包装袋、书皮等。它是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二。但现有的薄膜耐热性能差、拉伸差等问题,给其使用受到了一定的限制。
综上所述,解决现有技术存在的不足已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方,由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC60-70份、环氧树脂10-15份、EVA 10-15份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2-8份、硫酸铝2-6份、硼砂3-7份、高岭土4-8份、聚乙烯醇15-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2-5份、过硫酸钾1-4份。
优选方案为由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC60份、环氧树脂10份、EVA 10份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2份、硫酸铝2份、硼砂3份、高岭土4份、聚乙烯醇15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2份、过硫酸钾1份。
优选方案为由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC70份、环氧树脂15份、EVA 15份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯8份、硫酸铝6份、硼砂7份、高岭土8份、聚乙烯醇20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐5份、过硫酸钾4份。
优选方案为由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC62份、环氧树脂12份、EVA 12份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯3份、硫酸铝3份、硼砂4份、高岭土5份、聚乙烯醇16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐3份、过硫酸钾2份。
优选方案为由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC68份、环氧树脂14份、EVA 14份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯7份、硫酸铝5份、硼砂6份、高岭土7份、聚乙烯醇18份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐4份、过硫酸钾3份。
其制备方法为:按重量份配比称取各组分,投入到反应釜中,在氮气气氛中加热反应,然后送入双螺杆挤出机,双螺杆挤出样条经水冷、风干、切粒,得到母粒,最后将母粒放入塑料吹膜机挤出吹膜,即得到成品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜其强度、韧性、耐热性能优良,本发明的制备方法工艺简单、操作方便、所用原料价格优廉、生产效率高、工业化实施容易、可用普通塑料吹膜机进行生产。

1.一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料:PVC60-70份、环氧树脂10-15份、EVA 10-15份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2-8份、硫酸铝2-6份、硼砂3-7份、高岭土4-8份、聚乙烯醇15-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2-5份、过硫酸钾1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高拉伸耐热PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC60份、环氧树脂10份、EVA 10份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2份、硫酸铝2份、硼砂3份、高岭土4份、聚乙烯醇15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2份、过硫酸钾1份。
