本发明公开了一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,由下述重量份的原料制得:改性聚乙烯树脂89.5-98.1、LDPE 0.2-1.5、抗氧剂1010 0.1-1、氯化石蜡2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,光稳定剂944 0.1-1、纳米复合填料4-6,硬油TXIB 1-2,57#硬油0.2-0.4,抗热油ED-S0.1-0.2、紫外线吸收剂UV-9 0.2-0.4。

一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜领域,确切地说是一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜。
背景技术
农用薄膜是应用于农业生产的塑料薄膜的总称。随着科学技术的进步,对农作薄膜的要求越来越高,各种新型薄膜不断出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:改性聚乙烯树脂89.5-98.1、LDPE0.2-1.5、抗氧剂1010  0.1-1、氯化石蜡2-4,硅烷偶联剂 KH550 1-2,光稳定剂944  0.1-1、纳米复合填料4-6,硬油TXIB  1-2,57# 硬油 0.2-0.4,抗热油ED-S 0.1-0.2、紫外线吸收剂UV-9 0.2-0.4;
所述的纳米复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:膨润土13-15、碳化硅1-2,纳米碳3-5,柠檬酸0.1-0.2,环烷酸锌1-2,柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5;
    所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法是:将膨润土、纳米碳加入适量浓度为17-20%的双氧水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6-8小时后,再离心处理7-15min,所述离心机的转速为1800-2400r/min,离心之后,去离子水洗涤,过滤、干燥后再在700-800℃下煅烧3-5小时,取出,加入适量水搅拌成浆料,再加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.2-5.2,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得浆体与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,研磨成纳米粉末即得。 
所述的一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)将聚乙烯树脂与相当于其重量1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,1-2%的抗氧剂168,1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.2-0.4%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混匀、于捏合机中,180-200℃下捏合7-8分钟,取出冷却即得改性聚乙烯备用;
(2)将除纳米复合填料外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将纳米复合填料放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
     本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用了改性聚乙烯,与其他原料相容性好,所得薄膜韧性好,光线透过率好。
具体实施方式
一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,由下述重量kg的原料制得:改性聚乙烯树脂89.5、LDPE1.5、抗氧剂1010  0.78、氯化石蜡3,硅烷偶联剂 KH550 1,光稳定剂944  0.7、纳米复合填料6,硬油TXIB  1,57# 硬油 0.4,抗热油ED-S 0.1、紫外线吸收剂UV-9  0.4;
所述的纳米复合填料由下述重量kg的原料制得:膨润土15、碳化硅1,纳米碳5,柠檬酸0.1,环烷酸锌2,柠檬酸三丁酯1、辣椒籽油0.5;
    所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法是:将膨润土、纳米碳加入适量浓度为17-20%的双氧水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6小时后,再离心处理10min,所述离心机的转速为2200r/min,离心之后,去离子水洗涤,过滤、干燥后再在800℃下煅烧4小时,取出,加入适量水搅拌成浆料,再加15%盐酸溶液调PH为5.1,研磨浆料至600目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得浆体与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,研磨成纳米粉末即得。 
所述的一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,制备方法为:
(1)将聚乙烯树脂与相当于其重量2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,1%的抗氧剂168,2%的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.4%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混匀、于捏合机中,200℃下捏合8分钟,取出冷却即得改性聚乙烯备用;
(2)将除纳米复合填料外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将纳米复合填料放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
    结果表明:薄膜可见光透过率:83-87%.薄膜红外线透过率:39-49%.薄膜拉伸强度≥14.9Mpa,薄膜断裂伸长率≥354%。

1.一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:改性聚乙烯树脂89.5-98.1、LDPE0.2-1.5、抗氧剂1010  0.1-1、氯化石蜡2-4,硅烷偶联剂 KH550 1-2,光稳定剂944  0.1-1、纳米复合填料4-6,硬油TXIB  1-2,57# 硬油 0.2-0.4,抗热油ED-S 0.1-0.2、紫外线吸收剂UV-9 0.2-0.4;
所述的纳米复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:膨润土13-15、碳化硅1-2,纳米碳3-5,柠檬酸0.1-0.2,环烷酸锌1-2,柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5;
    所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法是:将膨润土、纳米碳加入适量浓度为17-20%的双氧水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6-8小时后,再离心处理7-15min,所述离心机的转速为1800-2400r/min,离心之后,去离子水洗涤,过滤、干燥后再在700-800℃下煅烧3-5小时,取出,加入适量水搅拌成浆料,再加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.2-5.2,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得浆体与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,研磨成纳米粉末即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚乙烯农用薄膜,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)将聚乙烯树脂与相当于其重量1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,1-2%的抗氧剂168,1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.2-0.4%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混匀、于捏合机中,180-200℃下捏合7-8分钟,取出冷却即得改性聚乙烯备用;
(2)将除纳米复合填料外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将纳米复合填料放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
