本发明涉及薄膜领域,确切地说是一种农用氟树脂薄膜。
背景技术
农用薄膜是应用于农业生产的塑料薄膜的总称。随着科学技术的进步,对农作薄膜的要求越来越高,各种新型薄膜不断出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种农用氟树脂薄膜。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种农用氟树脂薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂60-70,氟树脂20-30,石蜡油1-2、氯醋树脂4-6、丁苯橡胶3-6、尼龙63-5、癸二酸二辛酯0.3-0.5、硬脂酸锌1.2-1.5、醋酸正丙酯0.3-0.5、辣椒籽油0.1-0.2、黄丹0.3-0.5,复合填料3-5;
所述的复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:凹凸棒土15-22、碳酸钙3-6、膨胀珍珠岩4-5、玉石2-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5;
复合填料的制备方法是:将膨胀珍珠岩、玉石粉碎至颗粒大小为8-16目,将粉碎后的粉料加入适量去离子水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6-8小时后,再离心处理18-25min,所述离心机的转速为1500-1800r/min,离心之后,过滤、干燥后再在800-950℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,加适量水搅拌均匀,加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.5-5.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,即得。
所述的一种农用氟树脂薄膜,其特征在于:制备方法是:将除复合填料、黄丹外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将复合填料、黄丹放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,通过吹塑制成厚度60-70um薄膜,即得;双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度控制在220-230℃之间,螺杆的转速控制在150-160转/分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明薄膜能适用于农用棚室的被覆材料,透光率高,所培育出的作物的颜色等的均匀性较好。
具体实施方式
一种农用氟树脂薄膜,由下述重量kg的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂70,氟树脂20,石蜡油2、氯醋树脂6、丁苯橡胶6、尼龙65、癸二酸二辛酯0.3、硬脂酸锌1.5、醋酸正丙酯0.5、辣椒籽油0.2、黄丹0.3,复合填料3;
所述的复合填料由下述重量kg的原料制得:凹凸棒土15、碳酸钙6、膨胀珍珠岩5、玉石3、丙烯酸甲酯1、辣椒籽油0.5;
复合填料的制备方法是:将膨胀珍珠岩、玉石粉碎至颗粒大小为8目,将粉碎后的粉料加入适量去离子水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡8小时后,再离心处理25min,所述离心机的转速为1800r/min,离心之后,过滤、干燥后再在850℃下煅烧2小时,然后,取出,加适量水搅拌均匀,加15%盐酸溶液调PH为5.5,研磨浆料至500目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,即得。
所述的一种农用氟树脂薄膜,制备方法是:将除复合填料、黄丹外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将复合填料、黄丹放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,通过吹塑制成厚度70um薄膜,即得;双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度控制在230℃,螺杆的转速控制在160转/分钟。
结果表明:薄膜可见光透过率:87-89%.薄膜红外线透过率:38-49%.薄膜拉伸强度≥15Mpa,薄膜断裂伸长率≥360%。

1.一种农用氟树脂薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯树脂60-70,氟树脂20-30,石蜡油1-2、氯醋树脂4-6、丁苯橡胶3-6、尼龙63-5、癸二酸二辛酯0.3-0.5、硬脂酸锌1.2-1.5、醋酸正丙酯0.3-0.5、辣椒籽油0.1-0.2、黄丹0.3-0.5,复合填料3-5;所述的复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:凹凸棒土15-22、碳酸钙3-6、膨胀珍珠岩4-5、玉石2-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5;复合填料的制备方法是:将膨胀珍珠岩、玉石粉碎至颗粒大小为8-16目,将粉碎后的粉料加入适量去离子水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6-8小时后,再离心处理18-25min,所述离心机的转速为1500-1800r/min,离心之后,过滤、干燥后再在800-950℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,加适量水搅拌均匀,加10-15%盐酸溶液调pH为4.5-5.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,即得。
