本发明公开了一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,由下述重量份的原料制得:EVA60-70,茂金属聚乙烯树脂10-15、纳米碳酸钙1-2,防老剂RD1-2、光稳定剂TH-944 1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2,氧化镁1-2,复合填料5-7,紫外线吸收剂UV-327 0.5-0.8、癸二酸二辛酯1-2、磷酸三甲苯酯0.4-0.8。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜领域,确切地说是一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜。
背景技术
农用薄膜是应用于农业生产的塑料薄膜的总称。随着科学技术的进步,对农作薄膜的要求越来越高,各种新型薄膜不断出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:EVA 60-70,茂金属聚乙烯树脂10-15、纳米碳酸钙1-2,防老剂RD 1-2、光稳定剂TH-944  1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2,氧化镁1-2,复合填料5-7,紫外线吸收剂UV-327 0.5-0.8、癸二酸二辛酯1-2、磷酸三甲苯酯0.4-0.8;
所述的复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:水滑石13-15、硅灰石10-20,纳米二氧化硅2-4,柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2;
所述的复合填料的制备方法是:将水滑石、硅灰石粉碎后一起加入适量浓度为10-15%的双氧水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡6-8小时后,再离心处理18-25min,所述离心机的转速为1200-1400r/min,离心之后,去离子水洗涤,过滤、干燥后再在700-800℃下煅烧3-5小时,然后,取出,加适量去离子水搅拌均匀,再加12-16%盐酸溶液调PH为5-5.5,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,即得。
    所述的一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,其特征在于:制备方法是:将除复合填料、纳米碳酸钙外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将复合填料、纳米碳酸钙放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
     本发明的有益效果为:本发明可增强农用薄膜的转光持效性能,可明显提高作物产量、同时强度高。
具体实施方式
一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,由下述重量kg的原料制得:EVA 68,茂金属聚乙烯树脂15、纳米碳酸钙1,防老剂RD 1.2、光稳定剂TH-944  1,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2,氧化镁1,复合填料7,紫外线吸收剂UV-327 0.8、癸二酸二辛酯1、磷酸三甲苯酯0.8;
所述的复合填料由下述重量kg的原料制得:水滑石15、硅灰石10,纳米二氧化硅2,柠檬酸三丁酯1、辣椒籽油0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1,硅烷偶联剂KH550 2;
所述的复合填料的制备方法是:将水滑石、硅灰石粉碎后一起加入适量浓度为15%的双氧水里,搅拌均匀,浸泡8小时后,再离心处理20min,所述离心机的转速为1200r/min,离心之后,去离子水洗涤,过滤、干燥后再在800℃下煅烧5小时,然后,取出,加适量去离子水搅拌均匀,再加16%盐酸溶液调PH为5.5,研磨浆料至600目后,再加氢氧化钠溶液调为中性,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀后,干燥后,即得。
    所述的一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,制备方法是:将除复合填料、纳米碳酸钙外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将复合填料、纳米碳酸钙放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
    结果表明:薄膜可见光透过率:80-84%.薄膜红外线透过率:35-42%.薄膜拉伸强度≥15Mpa,薄膜断裂伸长率≥367%。

1.一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制得:EVA 60-70,茂金属聚乙烯树脂10-15、纳米碳酸钙1-2,防老剂RD 1-2、光稳定剂TH-944  1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2,氧化镁1-2,复合填料5-7,紫外线吸收剂UV-327 0.5-0.8、癸二酸二辛酯1-2、磷酸三甲苯酯0.4-0.8;
所述的复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:水滑石13-15、硅灰石10-20,纳米二氧化硅2-4,柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、辣椒籽油0.3-0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强转光效能的农用大棚薄膜,其特征在于:制备方法是:将除复合填料、纳米碳酸钙外原料混匀,送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,再将复合填料、纳米碳酸钙放入双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料斗,进行熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒后,吹膜,即得。
