技术领域
本发明属粘结剂领域,尤其涉及一种环保无毒热熔胶。
背景技术
 热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属环保型化学产品。
    近几年,复合材料和塑料等新材料在汽车上的应用使得汽车用胶粘剂和密封胶用量也持续增长,其中汽车内饰件是胶粘剂用量迅速增长的一个领域。 汽车内饰件热熔胶的需求越来越多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保无毒热熔胶。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
    一种环保无毒热熔胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡2-5、有机硅树脂8-12,EVA树脂45-56,环氧树脂10-15,聚酯树脂15-25,云母粉1-2,安息香1-2、微晶蜡 5-8,丁腈橡胶 10-15、石蜡油1-2、氧化镁粉末1-2、复合填料4-7,当归油1-2;
复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:陶土15-18、玻璃粉3-5、硅藻土6-8,沉淀硫酸钡1-2、己二酸酯1-2、对苯二酚1-2、纳米三氧化钼 0.1-0.2、贝壳粉0.1-0.2、环氧大豆油0.5-0.8、醇醚糖苷 0.7-0.9、硅烷偶联剂DL171 0.8-1.6;
所述的复合填料的制备方法为:
(1)陶土、硅藻土混匀后,在闪烧窑中900-950℃闪烧8-12秒,再与玻璃粉混匀后,倒入浓度为15-18%的双氧水溶液中,搅拌35-40分钟,去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过100-200目筛,得复配矿物粉;
(2)将复配矿物粉与其余原料以及适量水混匀,,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.5-9.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,再与剩余原料混合,研磨成纳米粉末后即得。
     所述的一种环保无毒热熔胶,其特征在于:
制备步骤是:
(1)将有机硅树脂、EVA树脂、安息香放入捏合机中于190-196℃捏合10-20分钟后,取出冷却混匀备用;
(2)再将步骤(1)所得物料与其余原料混匀后,于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出,冷却,即得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明环保无毒,使用安全,用于汽车内饰件粘结塑料等材料,使用安全,没有污染,对人体没有危害隐患。
具体实施方式
 一种环保无毒热熔胶,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡3、有机硅树脂12,EVA树脂45,环氧树脂15,聚酯树脂25,云母粉1,安息香1、微晶蜡 8,丁腈橡胶15、石蜡油2、氧化镁粉末2、复合填料4,当归油2;
复合填料由下述重量kg的原料制得:陶土18、玻璃粉5、硅藻土8,沉淀硫酸钡2、己二酸酯2、对苯二酚2、纳米三氧化钼 0.2、贝壳粉0.2、环氧大豆油0.8、醇醚糖苷 0.9、硅烷偶联剂DL171   1.6;
所述的复合填料的制备方法为:
(1)陶土、硅藻土混匀后,在闪烧窑中950℃闪烧12秒,再与玻璃粉混匀后,倒入浓度为18%的双氧水溶液中,搅拌40分钟,去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过200目筛,得复配矿物粉;
(2)将复配矿物粉与其余原料以及适量水混匀,加15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.7,研磨浆料至500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,再与剩余原料混合,研磨成纳米粉末后即得。
     所述的一种环保无毒热熔胶,
制备步骤是:
(1)将有机硅树脂、EVA树脂、安息香放入捏合机中于196℃捏合10分钟后,取出冷却混匀备用;
(2)再将步骤(1)所得物料与其余原料混匀后,于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出,冷却,即得。
本实施例的粘结剂的表观粘度为5400MPa.s,剥离强度56N/2.5cm2,初粘力达到5号钢球,开放时间41s,24小时热稳定性状稳定。

1.一种环保无毒热熔胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡2-5、有机硅树脂8-12,EVA树脂45-56,环氧树脂10-15,聚酯树脂15-25,云母粉1-2,安息香1-2、微晶蜡 5-8,丁腈橡胶 10-15、石蜡油1-2、氧化镁粉末1-2、复合填料4-7,当归油1-2;
复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:陶土15-18、玻璃粉3-5、硅藻土6-8,沉淀硫酸钡1-2、己二酸酯1-2、对苯二酚1-2、纳米三氧化钼 0.1-0.2、贝壳粉0.1-0.2、环氧大豆油0.5-0.8、醇醚糖苷 0.7-0.9、硅烷偶联剂DL171 0.8-1.6;
所述的复合填料的制备方法为:
