Abstract
本发明提供一种枸杞功能饮料及其制备方法,属于功能食品加工技术领域,其特征在于各组分的重量份为:枸杞提取液5-95份、维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、氨基酸1-5份;将枸杞提取加工后,配上人体必须的营养成分,并调节酸甜度后制成,此饮料解渴的同时可达到补充营养、解毒的目的,具有滋阴、抗缺氧等方面的保健功效。

本发明涉及一种枸杞功能饮料及其制备方法,属于功能食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,熬夜的现象越来越普遍,导致人们虚火旺盛。目前市场上饮料的种类琳琅满目,大部分功能饮料都是增加体力,补充能量。具有滋阴、降虚火的饮料却很少,因此开发一种滋阴、降虚火的功能饮料具有十分重要的意义。
枸杞,多为人们对商品枸杞子、植物宁夏枸杞、中华枸杞等枸杞属下物种的统称。人们日常食用和药用的枸杞子多为宁夏枸杞的果实“枸杞子”,而且宁夏枸杞是唯一载入《2010年版中国药典》的品种。宁夏枸杞在中国栽培面积也最大。宁夏枸杞主要分布在中国西北地区,而其它地区常见的为中华枸杞及其变种。
枸杞在我国具有悠久的食用价值,具有养肝,滋肾,润肺等功能。其含有多种功能物质,营养丰富,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,相对分子质量为68-200,成为国内外研究热点。其中又以枸杞多糖的免疫调节和抗肿瘤作用的研究最多。现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的各类呈色物质,是枸杞籽的重要生理活性成分。主要包括-胡萝卜素、叶黄素和其他有色物质。枸杞所含有的类胡萝卜素则具有非常重要的药用价值。很多研究已经证明枸杞籽色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。
功能饮料是指通过调整饮料中营养素的成分和含量比例,在一定程度上调节人体功能的饮料。《中国软饮料分类标准》中的功能饮料,包括营养素饮料、运动饮料和其它特殊用途饮料三类。所谓营养素饮料是指人体日常活动所需的营养成分,这种饮料以脉动为代表,而运动饮料含有的电解能很好地平衡人体的体液,以劲跑、维体等为代表;特殊用途饮料2013年市场主流的主要就是以红牛为代表的能量饮料,主要作用为抗疲劳和补充能量。2013年国家把功能饮料划入药品食品监督管理局监管,2013年还没有制定相关功能饮料法规,其标准也尚未出台。据专家介绍,我国仅少数功能饮料取得保健食品身份,大多数的功能型饮料均不属于保健食品。
目前尚没有以枸杞为原料用于滋阴的功能饮料。因此开发一种以枸杞为原料的滋阴功能饮料,具有十分广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种枸杞功能饮料及其制备方法,此饮料解渴的同时可达到补充营养、解毒的目的,具有滋阴、抗缺氧等方面的保健功效。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种枸杞功能饮料,其特征在于:各组分的重量份为:
枸杞提取液5-95份、维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、氨基酸1-5份。
枸杞提取液5-35份、维生素5-7份、矿物质1-4份、氨基酸1-3份。
枸杞提取液35-45份、维生素7-10份、矿物质4-5份、氨基酸3-5份。
枸杞提取液45-55份、维生素5-6份、矿物质1-3份、氨基酸1-2份。
枸杞提取液45份、维生素5份、矿物质1份、氨基酸2份。
枸杞提取液5份、维生素10份、矿物质4份、氨基酸3份。
一种枸杞功能饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取枸杞提取液5-95份、维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、氨基酸1-5份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的75-85%得到枸杞功能饮料,一定温度下杀菌灌封。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种枸杞功能饮料,可达到补充营养、解毒的目的,具有滋阴、抗缺氧等方面的保健功效。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
称取枸杞35份,采用低温液氮粉碎后过100目筛子,然后采用60℃回流提取4h,得枸杞提取液;添加维生素7份、矿物质4份、氨基酸3份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的80%,70℃杀菌30min,即得枸杞功能饮料。
实施例2
称取枸杞95份,采用低温液氮粉碎后过100目筛子,然后采用60℃回流提取4h,得枸杞提取液;添加维生素5份、矿物质5份、氨基酸5份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的75%,70℃杀菌30min,即得枸杞功能饮料。
实施例3

称取枸杞55份,采用低温液氮粉碎后过100目筛子,然后采用60℃回流提取4h,得枸杞提取液;添加维生素6份、矿物质3份、氨基酸2份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的79%,70℃杀菌27min,即得枸杞功能饮料。
实施例5
称取枸杞5份,采用低温液氮粉碎后过100目筛子,然后采用60℃回流提取4h,得枸杞提取液;添加维生素10份、矿物质4份、氨基酸3份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的80%,70℃杀菌27min,即得枸杞功能饮料。

7. 根据权利要求1-6所述的一种枸杞功能饮料,其特征在于:所述的枸杞提取液是采用宁夏枸杞提取而得,富含多种营养物质。
8. 一种枸杞功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
称取枸杞提取液5-95份、维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、氨基酸1-5份,搅拌均匀,加入纯净水至溶液浓度稀释至原溶液的75-85%得到枸杞功能饮料。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种枸杞功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述枸杞提取液,采用低温液氮粉碎后得的枸杞粉作为提取的原料。
