背景技术
Ⅰ型糖尿病 (Type I diabetes)是一种自体免疫疾病(Autoimmune Disease)。Ⅰ型糖尿病患者的免疫系统对自身分泌胰岛素的胰脏贝它细胞 (pancreatic beta cells)作出攻击并杀死他们，结果胰脏不能分泌足够的胰岛素，进而引起一系列胰岛素缺乏并发症。Ⅰ型糖尿病多发生于青少年，因胰岛素分泌缺乏，依赖外源性胰岛素补充以维持生命。根据国际糖尿病联盟估计，全球每年约有7万名15岁以下被确诊为1型糖尿病患者。虽然胰岛素的问世使这类患者生活质量大大改观。但是儿童和青少年的糖尿病的治疗确实有其特殊性和复杂性。所以青少年1型糖尿病治疗成为医学重大课题。
目前对于Ⅰ型糖尿病的治疗除了依赖外源性胰岛素补充维持生命以外尚无公认有效的治疗方法。但是外源性胰岛素补充并不能从根本上调理患者体质，于疾病本身并无治疗改善作用。因此研究开发一种能够有效治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的中药非常有临床实用价值。
本发明中药所涉及药材的研究现状如下：
土木香，本品为菊科植物土木InulaheleniumL.的干燥根。【性味与归经】辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。【功能与主治】健脾和胃，行气止痛，安胎。用于胸胁、脘腹胀痛，呕吐泻痢，胸胁挫伤，岔气作痛，胎动不安。【用法与用量】3～9g。
艾叶，本品为菊科植物艾ArtemisiaargyiLevl.etVant.的干燥叶。【性味与归经】辛、苦，温；有小毒。归肝、脾、肾经。【功能与主治】温经止血，散寒止痛.外用祛湿止痒。用于吐血，衄血，崩漏，月经过多，胎漏下血，少腹冷痛，经寒不调，宫冷不孕；外治皮肤瘙痒。醋艾炭温经止血，用于虚寒性出血。【用法与用量】3～9g。外用适量，供灸治或熏洗用。
覆盆子，本品为蔷薇科植物华东覆盆子RubuschingiiHu的干燥果实。【性味与归经】甘、酸，温。归肝、肾、膀胱经。【功能与主治】益肾固精缩尿，养肝明目。用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，阳痿早泄，目暗昏花。【用法与用量】6～12g。
瓜子金，本品为远志科植物瓜子金PolygalajaponicaHoutt.的干燥全草。【炮制】除去杂质，洗净，稍润至软，切段，干燥。【性味与归经】辛、苦，平。归肺经。【功能与主治】祛痰止咳，活血消肿，解毒止痛。用于咳嗽痰多i咽喉肿痛.夕}治跌打损伤，疔疮疖肿，蛇虫咬伤。【用法与用量】15～30g。
红景天，本品为景天科植物大花红景天Rhodiolacrenulata(Hook.f.etThoms.)H.Ohba的干燥根和根茎。【炮制】除去须根、杂质，切片，干燥。【性味与归经】甘、苦，平。归肺、心经。【功能与主治】益气活血，通脉平喘。用于气虚血瘀，胸痹心痛，中风偏瘫，倦怠气喘。【用法与用量】3～6g。
酸枣仁，本品为鼠李科植物酸枣ZiziphusjujubaMill.Var.spinosa(Bunge)HuexH.F.Chou的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】甘、酸，平。归肝、胆、心经。【功能与主治】养心补肝，宁心安神，敛汗，生津。用于虚烦不眠，惊悸多梦，体虚多汗，津伤口渴。【用法与用量】10～15g。
知母，本品为百合科植物知母AnemarrhenaasphodgfoidesBge.的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】苦、甘，寒。归肺、胃、肾经。【功能与主治】清热泻火，滋阴润燥。用于外感热病，高热烦渴，肺热燥咳，骨蒸潮热，内热消渴，肠燥便秘。【用法与用量】6～12g。
芡实，本品为睡莲科植物芡EuryaleferoxSalisb.的干燥成熟种仁。【性味与归经】甘、涩，平。归脾、肾经。【功能与主治】益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带。用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，脾虚久泻，白浊，带下。【用法与用量】9～15g。
菟丝子，本品为旋花科植物南方菟丝子CuscutaaustralisR.Br.或菟丝子CuscutachinensisLam.的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】辛、甘，平。归肝、肾、脾经。【功能与主治】补益肝肾，固精缩尿，安胎，明目，止泻；外用消风祛斑。用于肝肾不足，腰膝酸软，阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频。肾虚胎漏，胎动不安，目昏耳鸣，脾肾虚泻；外治白癜风。【用法与用量】6～12g。外用适量。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的中药组合物，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈Ⅰ型糖尿病的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：土木香3～9份、艾叶3～9份、覆盆子6～12份、瓜子金15～30份、红景天3～6份、酸枣仁10～15份、知母6～12份、芡实9～15份、菟丝子6～12份。
其中优选：土木香4份、艾叶5份、覆盆子8份、瓜子金20份、红景天5份、酸枣仁8份、知母10份、芡实10份、菟丝子9份
下面结合中医理论说明本方明的有益效果：
发明人在实践过程中发现，Ⅰ型糖尿病多由于气阴两虚、痰湿瘀郁互结所致。故治疗应滋阴补气、健脾化湿、活血化瘀为主，疏肝理气为辅。
本发明运用：知母滋阴润燥；酸枣仁养心补肝，安神生津，使阴有所养；芡实益肾补脾；土木香行气；艾叶、瓜子金、红景天活血祛痰；另辅用覆盆子益肾养肝，菟丝子补益肝肾。诸药合用，从而滋阴补气、健脾化湿、活血化瘀、疏肝理气，起到治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的效果。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2009年3月-2011年4月间共收集75例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者，其中男30例，女45例，年龄6-17岁，病程1-3年。随机分为：治疗组50例，对照组25例。两组性别、年龄等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗方法
对照组口服珍芪降糖胶囊，按照说明书服用。疗程3个月。
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的胶囊，每日2次。疗程3个月。
2.2观察项目：观察患者三多一少症状的改善，并在实验前后对患者进行尿糖测定和血糖测定。

称取土木香4g、艾叶5g、覆盆子8g、瓜子金20g、红景天5g、酸枣仁8g、知母10g、芡实10g、菟丝子9g；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
具体实施例2
称取土木香3g、艾叶3g、覆盆子6g、瓜子金15g、红景天3g、酸枣仁10g、知母6g、芡实9g、菟丝子6g；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常人一天用量的散剂。

称取土木香9g、艾叶9g、覆盆子12g、瓜子金30g、红景天6g、酸枣仁15g、知母12g、芡实15g、菟丝子12g；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即可制得符合正常人一天用量的颗粒剂。
用于治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。

1.一种治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：土木香3～9份、艾叶3～9份、覆盆子6～12份、瓜子金15～30份、红景天3～6份、酸枣仁10～15份、知母6～12份、芡实9～15份、菟丝子6～12份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：土木香4份、艾叶5份、覆盆子8份、瓜子金20份、红景天5份、酸枣仁8份、知母10份、芡实10份、菟丝子9份。
