本发明的目的就是提供一种能够有效治疗乳糜尿的组合药物。
本发明的另一个目的就是提供了该组合药物的制备方法。
本发明药物是选用萆薢、白术、丹参、黄柏、水菖蒲、车前子、莲子心、茯苓、白花蛇舌草、鸡冠花药物进行组合的,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够有效治疗乳糜尿的复发。其中选用萆薢是因为其性味苦,平,入肝、胃、膀胱经,有祛风,利湿的功能,治风湿顽痹,腰膝疼痛,小便不利,淋浊,遗精,湿热疮毒。选用白术是因为其性味苦甘,温,入脾、胃经,有补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中的功能,治脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。选用丹参是因为其性味苦,微温,入心、肝经,有活血去瘀,安神宁心,排脓,止痛的功能,治心绞痛,月经不调,痛经,以闭,血崩带下,癥瘕,积聚,瘀血腹痛,骨节疼痛,惊悸不眠,恶疮肿毒。选用黄柏是因为其性味苦,寒,入肺、胃、肾经,有滋阴降火,润燥滑肠的功能,治烦热消渴,骨蒸劳热,肺热咳嗽,大便燥结,小便不利。选用水菖蒲是因为其性味苦、辛,微温,入心、肺、胃经,有开窍化痰,辟秽杀虫的功能,治痰涎壅闭,神志不清,慢性气管炎,腹胀腹痛,食欲不振,肠炎,痢疾,风湿痹痛,外伤疥疮。选用车前子是因为其性味甘,寒,入肾、膀胱经,有利水,清热,明目,祛痰的功能,治小便不通,淋浊,带下,尿血,暑湿泻痢,咳嗽多痰,湿痹,目赤障翳。选用莲子心是因为其性味苦寒,归心、肺、肾三经,有清心,去热,止血,涩精的功能,治心烦,口渴,吐血,遗精。选用茯苓是因为其性味甘淡,平,入心、脾、肺经,有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神的功能,治小便不利水肿胀痛,痰饮咳逆,呕哕,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘。选用白花蛇舌草是因为其性味苦甘,寒,入心、肝、脾三经,有清热,利湿,解毒的功能,治肺热喘咳,扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,阑尾炎,痢疾,黄疸,盆腔炎,附件炎,痈肿疔疮,毒蛇咬伤。选用鸡冠花是因为其是因为其性味性味甘,凉,入足厥阴肝经,有凉血,止血的功能,治痔漏下血,赤白下痢,吐血,咳血,血淋,妇女崩中,赤白带下。

本发明药物的制备方法如下
一、备料
1、萆薢:除去杂质,切片,洗净,浸泡,润透,干燥,筛去碎屑;
2、白术:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,泡后捞出,润透,切片,晒干;
3、丹参:拣净杂质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干;
4、黄柏:拣去杂质,用水洗净,捞出,润透,切片或切丝,晒干;
5、水菖蒲:取原药材,除去芦衣、杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片,低温干燥;
6、车前子:拣去杂质,筛去泥屑,空粒;
7、莲子心:秋季采收莲子时,从莲子中剥取,晒干;
8、茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干;
9、白花蛇舌草:取原药材,除去杂质,抢水洗净,稍晾,切段,干燥,筛去灰屑;
10、鸡冠花:拣净杂质,除去茎及种子,剪成小块。
二、制备
1、将所述重量的萆薢、白术、丹参、黄柏、水菖蒲、车前子、莲子心、茯苓、白花蛇舌草、鸡冠花药物放入煎药容器内,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水8倍量,煎煮1.5小时,过滤得第一次煎煮液。
2、将过滤的药渣加水6倍量,煎煮1小时,过滤得第二次煎煮液。
3、合并两次煎煮液,浓缩成比重为1.35的浸膏,将浸膏加90%-95%的乙醇搅拌、沉淀,回收乙醇并浓缩,在45-50℃下干燥,制得干浸膏。
4、将干浸膏粉碎成细粉,加入炼蜜作黏合剂制成浓缩丸,每丸含纯药1.5克。
本发明药物具有活血去瘀,滋阴降火,润燥滑肠,清热,利湿,解毒的功效,用于治疗乳糜尿,疗程短、见效快、治愈后不复发、无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果,这些试验例包括了本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告和临床观察资料。
[试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告
取家兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0—2.4kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天二次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明药物治疗乳糜尿的临床观察资料
1、一般资料
收治门诊患者共120例。
2、诊断标准
病人常有丝虫病流行区居住史或丝虫感染史。尿液呈乳白色或酱油色,或夹杂有乳糜凝块,静置后上浮脂滴。多呈间歇性发作,严重者可呈持续性,每次持续数日或数周。常因高脂饮食、劳累、受凉后诱发或加重。出现单侧或双侧腰背部酸胀或钝痛,有时可因乳糜块和血块阻塞输尿管而发生肾绞痛;如阻塞尿道,还可发生排尿困难或尿潴留。长期反复发作的乳糜尿可出现乏力、消瘦、水肿、贫血等营养不良症状。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药丸,给患者服用,每次服用4丸,每天早、中、晚各服1次,15天为一个疗程,连续服用4个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效:乳糜尿症状消失,体质恢复正常,观察半年无复发者;
好转:乳糜尿症状明显好转,体质逐步恢复;
无效:达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗结果(见下表)
在上述的治疗中,用本发明药物治疗乳糜尿患者120例,结果显效115例,显效率为95.83%,好转3例,好转率为2.5%,无效2例,总有效率为98.33%。

1.一种治疗乳糜尿的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成:
萆 薢 140-160克 白 术 110-130克 丹 参 290-310克
黄 柏 40-60克 水菖蒲 90-110克 车前子 140-160克
莲子心 50-70克 茯 苓 140-160克 白花蛇舌草 290-310克
鸡冠花 90-110克。
