本发明涉及全身运动器械,具体是用于锻炼腰、背、腹部、膝盖关节的可以使人体各部位旋转且上下联动的全身运动器械。
背景技术
随着现代社会的高度发展,人们因运动不足或摄取过多而容易患上现代病。
尤其是,因僵硬的姿势或工作过度或者随着年龄的增长,人的身体容易患上腰、背、腹部、膝盖等产生异常的退变型腰椎间盘突出症、脊柱弯曲的脊椎侧凸症、髋关节腰痛症的肌筋膜疼痛症候群、紧张性发育不良、腹部肥胖等症,而现代人们为解决这些问题,做很多时间的运动,或者利用各种各样运动器械或在专业教练的帮助下进行运动。
而且为迎合这些趋势,开发出很多种身体各部位的运动器械和全身运动器械。
如颈椎和肩膀运动器械、腹肌运动器械、电动式腿关节运动器械、下身运动器械、有氧运动器械、脊椎矫正用运动器械、拳击游戏运动器械、骨盆肌肉收缩运动器械、体形矫正型腕关节运动器械、背指压运动器械、握力运动器械、肩膀扭动运动器械、多用途运动器械、全身运动器械等众多运动器械。
但是,即使开发出如此众多的运动器械,可仍然需要开发出更加便利、效率更大,且更加有效的运动器械。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使人体的腰部和腹部以及膝盖关节活动灵活、加强肌肉力量的全身运动器械。
为解决中老年人的退变型脊柱疾病、与普通生活习惯有关的脊柱侧凸等脊柱疾病、髋关节腰部的肌筋膜疼痛、青少年紧张型发育不良的问题,提供一种可以加强肌肉力量、减少腹部脂肪、加强五脏六腑的灵活性功能以及提升精神缓解效果的全身运动器械。
并且提供一种可以根据运动器械的活动状态,人在舒服地躺下的状态下,通过上身和肩膀支架、中间臀部和腰的支架以及下身部位的膝盖支架、脚腕和腿支架进行全身运动的全身运动器械。
为解决所述问题,本发明的全身运动器械包括:上身运动部,包括托上身的上身托架,和在所述上身托架下面形成、使所述上身托架水平移动的托上身导轨,以及使所述上身托架以接触地面的底架为准旋转的装配于所述托上身导轨下部面的旋转用托架;臀部运动部,包括托臀部的臀部托架,和连接于所述臀部托架的下部、可调节所述臀部托架高低的臀部托架高低气缸;脚腕运动部,包括托脚腕的脚腕托架,和在所述脚腕托架下面形成、使所述脚腕托架水平移动的托脚腕导轨,以及使所述脚腕托架以接触地面的底架为准旋转的装配于所述托脚腕导轨下部面的旋转用托架。
所述臀部运动部包括:连接于所述托臀部高低气缸的下端而使所述臀部托架旋转的往复旋转曲柄杆;凸轮,所述凸轮的一端与所述往复旋转曲柄杆以链固定轴为媒介连接,另一端与传动主轴连接;中心通过动力源和传动装置连接,两侧与所述凸轮连接的链固定轴。
所述上身运动部是通过往复连接链轴与所述臀部运动部连接而与所述臀部运动部联动向上下角度活动。
所述全身运动器械还包括:由托住膝盖的膝盖托架和与所述膝盖托架的下部连接且调节所述膝盖托架高低的托膝盖高低气缸组成的膝盖运动部。
所述臀部运动部可以包括:连接于所述托臀部高低气缸的下端而使所述臀部托架旋转的往复旋转曲柄杆;一端以所述往复旋转曲柄杆和链固定轴为媒介连接,另一端与传动主轴连接的凸轮;中心通过动力源和传动装置连接,两侧与所述凸轮连接的链固定轴。
所述膝盖运动部包括:与所述托膝盖高低气缸的下端连接而使所述膝盖托架旋转的下身往复链杆;一端以链固定轴为媒介连接于所述下身往复链杆,另一端以凸轮固定支承板为媒介连接于所述凸轮的下身旋转用凸轮。
所述脚腕支承部是通过往复移送连接轴与所述下身往复链杆连接而与所述膝盖运动部联动向上下角度活动。
所述上身运动部是通过往复连接链轴连接于所述臀部运动部而与所述臀部运动部联动向上下角度活动。
本发明的有益效果是,提供一种加强人体的脚和腹部的灵活性和肌肉力量,帮助中老年人因运动不足引起的退变型脊柱、膝盖髋关节疾病的恢复,帮助僵直的因生活习惯造成脊柱弯曲的脊柱侧凸症等可引起髋关节腰部肌筋膜疼痛的青少年压力型发育不良,以及老年人退变型关节炎、僵直的脊柱和膝盖关节恢复健康的全身运动器械。

如图所示,本发明的全身运动器械100可以分为上身运动部110、臀部运动部120、膝盖运动部130和脚腕运动部140。
膝盖运动部130是即使选择性地附加或排除,也不会增加实现本发明的难度,下面以优选实施例为例对包括膝盖运动部130运动器械进行说明。

上身运动部110包括上身托架21、辊固定板20、托上身导轨18、移送导辊19、旋转台17和旋转用托架16。
上身托架21是放置头部和肩膀的部分,头部分还可以形成颈枕22。上身托架21是下部形成辊固定板20,辊固定板20的两侧面形成托上身导轨18,托上身导轨18上有移送导辊19被可旋转地放置,并装配在辊固定板20上。

托住臀部高低气缸11的最下端的两侧有往复旋转曲柄杆10被水平放置,往复旋转曲柄杆10是以链固定轴9为媒介,与凸轮8的一端连接,凸轮8的另一端是与传动主轴7连接。

膝盖运动部130是其组成包括膝盖托架35、托膝盖高低气缸34、下身往复链杆24以及下身旋转用凸轮25。
膝盖托架35是膝盖的下部侧所处的部分,可以根据托膝盖高低气缸34调节高低。
托膝盖高低气缸34的下端两侧是水平地与下身往复链杆24垂直地连接于下身旋转用凸轮25,下身旋转用凸轮25是以凸轮固定支承板2为媒介,通过链固定轴9连接于凸轮8而驱动。
根据所述结构,膝盖运动部130是通过往复链杆24、下身旋转用凸轮25、链固定轴9和凸轮8旋转圆轨道,进行直线往复运动,所述直线往复运动是与臀部运动部120联动运行。
脚腕运动部140是其组成包括:脚腕托架33、旋转用托架32、滑动/旋转轴固定板30、移送辊31和托脚腕导轨29。
脚腕托架33是腿的脚腕部位被搁置的部分,旋转用托架32是可自由转动地连接脚腕托架33和滑动/旋转轴固定板30之间。旋转用托架32下部形成托脚腕导轨29,托脚腕导轨29内部可水平移动地装配移送辊31。
脚腕运动部140的下端和膝盖运动部130的下身往复链杆24之间是以辅助链27为媒介与往复移送连接轴28连接。
往复移送连接轴28是使脚腕运动部140与膝盖运动部130的运动联动而最终与臀部运动部120的运动联动。
以臀部运动部120为准,左侧是与上身运动部110联动,右侧是膝盖运动部130和脚腕运动部140联动,形成整体联动动作而使全身运动。
图6是说明本发明的全身运动器械的驱动动作的图示。
下面根据图1至图5说明本发明的全身运动器械100的结构和连接关系,对于以所述结构为根据的全身运动器械100的动作,参照图6,说明以臀部运动部120的圆轨道为中心的上身运动部110、臀部运动部120、膝盖运动部130和脚腕运动部140的各步骤位置变化。
图6中观察人躺下的状态下以臀部运动部120的圆运动轨迹P为中心的四个方向上的上身运动部110、臀部运动部120、膝盖运动部130和脚腕运动部140的各步骤位置。
首先观察以圆运动轨迹P为中心,臀部运动部120的中心位于STEP-1位置的状态。
臀部运动部120的中心位于STEP-1位置时,为了按照人躺下的身体结构舒服地躺下,上身运动部110、臀部运动部120、膝盖运动部130和脚腕运动部140的位置如图被设置。
从STEP-1的状态转换到STEP-2状态以后,臀部运动部120是向最下端高度下降的同时从左侧向右侧移动,与臀部运动部120从左向右的移动联动,使上身运动部110通过往复连接链轴23,按相同的距离,通过托上身导轨18移动而重心向左侧移动,而上身托架21是向右侧倾斜。
同样,膝盖运动部130是与臀部运动部120联动,与臀部运动部120相反地向最上端侧移动而使膝盖部位弯成差不多90度的角度。
脚腕运动部140是通过往复移送连接轴28与膝盖运动部130联动,通过托脚腕导轨29从右侧向左侧移动而重心向左侧倾斜,随之脚腕托架33向左侧倾斜。
臀部运动部120转换到STEP-3位置以后,从左侧进一步向右侧移动,随之上身运动部110也被相同地联动水平移动而处于左侧部分稍微倾斜的状态。膝盖运动部130是位置移动到最大高度,膝盖部分是比STEP-2更加弯曲,脚腕托架33也是向左侧更加倾斜。
随之,臀部运动部120位于最上端点时,就是处于STEP-4位置时,上身运动部110会最大限度地向左侧倾斜,相反,脚腕运动部140是最大限度地向右侧倾斜,膝盖运动部130是在臀部运动部120和脚腕运动部140的中间高度上支承膝盖。
在所述的STEP-1至STEP-4状态下以人为准观察,则STEP-1是人舒服地躺着的状态,STEP-2是人的头部向上,臀部部分在最下点位置,膝盖部分是差不多弯成90度的状态,STEP-3是头部和臀部部分提高到一直线上,膝盖部位上升到最大高度,脚部分处于支承膝盖的最大高度的状态,STEP-4是头部和脚部分下降,臀部部分上升到最大高度的状态。
以上实施例和附图仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所述的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例所述技术方案的范围。本发明的保护范围应根据下述的权利要求范围进行解释,而且在其同等范围内的所有技术方案应都属于本发明的权利要求范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种全身运动器械,其特征在于,包括:
上身运动部,包括托上身的上身托架,和在所述上身托架下面形成、使所述上身托架水平移动的托上身导轨,以及使所述上身托架以接触地面的底架为准旋转的装配于所述托上身导轨下部面的旋转用托架;
臀部运动部,包括托臀部的臀部托架,和连接于所述臀部托架的下部、可调节所述臀部托架高低的臀部托架高低气缸;
脚腕运动部,包括托脚腕的脚腕托架,和在所述脚腕托架下面形成、使所述脚腕托架水平移动的托脚腕导轨,以及使所述脚腕托架以接触地面的底架为准旋转的装配于所述托脚腕导轨下部面的旋转用托架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述臀部运动部包括:
连接于所述托臀部高低气缸的下端而使所述臀部托架旋转的往复旋转曲柄杆;
凸轮,所述凸轮的一端与所述往复旋转曲柄杆以链固定轴为媒介连接,另一端与传动主轴连接;
中心通过动力源和传动装置连接,两侧与所述凸轮连接的链固定轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述上身运动部是通过往复连接链轴与所述臀部运动部连接而与所述臀部运动部联动向上下角度活动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述全身运动器械还包括:
由托住膝盖的膝盖托架和与所述膝盖托架的下部连接且调节所述膝盖托架高低的托膝盖高低气缸组成的膝盖运动部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述臀部运动部还包括:
与所述托住臀部高低气缸的下端连接而使所述臀部托架进行圆轨道运动的往复旋转曲柄杆,以及
一端以链固定轴为媒介与所述往复旋转曲柄杆连接,另一端连接于传动主轴的凸轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述膝盖运动部是其组成包括:
与所述托膝盖高低气缸的下端连接而使所述膝盖托架旋转的下身往复链杆;
一端以链固定轴为媒介连接于所述下身往复链杆,另一端以凸轮固定支承板为媒介连接于所述凸轮的下身旋转用凸轮。
7.根据权利要求6所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述脚腕支承部是通过往复移送连接轴与所述下身往复链杆连接而与所述膝盖运动部联动向上下角度活动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的全身运动器械,其特征在于,
所述上身运动部是通过往复连接链轴连接于所述臀部运动部而与所述臀部运动部联动向上下角度活动。
