背景技术
坚果是一种很有丰富营养的食品,含有丰富的矿物质、维生素等,是人们日常经常使用的一种零食,坚果通常是经过简单加工后,直接食用,市场上很少用坚果做成饮料、食品等成品食品,但是随着人们生活水品的提高,各种坚果、食品也越来越被消费者需要。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种碧根果保健玉米露及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种碧根果保健玉米露,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米100-120、碧根果45-55、橘子40-50、红豆40-50、粳米30-40、米酒80-90、藕粉40-50、芦荟5-6、当归6-7、鲜白茅根5-6、莲子5-6、三七5-6、黄桃叶2-3、菠萝皮2-3、白砂糖30-75、水适量。
一种碧根果保健玉米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘子洗净、去皮,榨汁,取果汁,与玉米、碧根果一起置于锅中,加热焖煮1-2小时,再将锅中所以物料打成汁,得到玉米汁备用;
(2)将红豆、粳米浸泡4-5小时后,取出洗净,与米酒一起放入锅中,加热熬煮1.5-2小时,倒入藕粉,充分搅拌,取锅中所有物料备用;
(3)将芦荟、当归、鲜白茅根、莲子、三七、黄桃叶、菠萝皮用5-8倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将玉米汁、步骤2中所有物料、中药浓缩液、白砂糖混合,搅拌均匀后,灭菌管状即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种碧根果保健玉米露,添加碧根果,碧根果含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素,能够补肾健脑,补中益气,润肤、乌发;添加芦荟等中药材的提取物,具有很好的润肤养颜的作用,且本发明的玉米露口感好,制作工艺环保。
具体实施方式
一种碧根果保健玉米露,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米100 Kg、碧根果45 Kg、橘子40 Kg、红豆40 Kg、粳米30 Kg、米酒80 Kg、藕粉40 Kg、芦荟5 Kg、当归6 Kg、鲜白茅根5 Kg、莲子5 Kg、三七5 Kg、黄桃叶2 Kg、菠萝皮2 Kg、白砂糖30 Kg、水适量。
一种碧根果保健玉米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘子洗净、去皮,榨汁,取果汁,与玉米、碧根果一起置于锅中,加热焖煮1-2小时,再将锅中所以物料打成汁,得到玉米汁备用;

1.一种碧根果保健玉米露,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米100-120、碧根果45-55、橘子40-50、红豆40-50、粳米30-40、米酒80-90、藕粉40-50、芦荟5-6、当归6-7、鲜白茅根5-6、莲子5-6、三七5-6、黄桃叶2-3、菠萝皮2-3、白砂糖30-75、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种碧根果保健玉米露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘子洗净、去皮,榨汁,取果汁,与玉米、碧根果一起置于锅中,加热焖煮1-2小时,再将锅中所以物料打成汁,得到玉米汁备用;
(2)将红豆、粳米浸泡4-5小时后,取出洗净,与米酒一起放入锅中,加热熬煮1.5-2小时,倒入藕粉,充分搅拌,取锅中所有物料备用;
