所述加水时的水量是羊头重量的6-8倍。  
所述羊头为8-10个,所述调料包括桂皮25-30克、香叶10片、白芷3片、丁香5克、豆蔻10克、草果5克,还包括常规量的大葱、大蒜、生姜、八角、小茴香、花椒和盐。
所述羊头为5-7个月的羔羊。
