一种骨髓芝麻糊及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:芝麻60-65、维生素E2-3、蚂蚁干粉5-6、毛茶1-2、蜂胶2-3、灵芝2-3、苹果叶4-5、碎米荠2-3、迷迭香4-4.5、独脚金2-3.5、梧桐花4-6、宽筋藤2-3、蟛蜞菊1-2、鱼骨6-8、高粱酒10-13、奶粉6-8。本发明添加了鱼骨,富含钙质,可预防骨质疏松,同时本发明中添加了维生素E,提高了本发明的营养价值;此外,本发明含有多种中草药成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、疏风清热、增强记忆力、提神醒脑、降压消积的功效,长期食用有益于人体健康。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种芝麻糊,尤其涉及一种骨髓芝麻糊的藻类芝麻糊及其制备方法。
背景技术
芝麻糊是以芝麻为原料调制而成,是一种常见的食品,广受人们欢迎。目前,市场上销售的芝麻糊口味单一,且不具功能性保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种骨髓芝麻糊及其制备方法,本发明具香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种骨髓芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
芝麻60-65、维生素E2-3、蚂蚁干粉5-6、毛茶1-2、蜂胶2-3、灵芝2-3、苹果叶4-5、碎米荠2-3、迷迭香4-4.5、独脚金2-3.5、梧桐花4-6、宽筋藤2-3、蟛蜞菊1-2、鱼骨6-8、高粱酒10-13、奶粉6-8。
所述的骨髓芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂胶置于高粱酒中,小火煎煮至蜂胶融化;
(2)将毛茶粉碎,得毛茶粉;将鱼骨打碎,于开水锅中大火煮制30-40分钟后捞出,加步骤(1)所得物料研磨匀质,加入毛茶粉,隔水蒸7-8分钟;
(3)将灵芝、苹果叶、碎米荠、迷迭香、独脚金、梧桐花、宽筋藤、蟛蜞菊用纱布包裹,与芝麻混合送入锅中,加水大火煮10-12分钟,待温度降至27-30摄氏度时,加入维生素E,密封静止6-8小时后将芝麻捞出;
(4)将芝麻与奶粉混合,加水研磨匀质,与步骤(2)所得物料混合,加入剩余物料,小火至黏稠,经冷冻干燥后磨粉,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

一种骨髓芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
芝麻65、维生素E3、蚂蚁干粉6、毛茶1、蜂胶3、灵芝2、苹果叶4、碎米荠2、迷迭香4.5、独脚金3.5、梧桐花6、宽筋藤3、蟛蜞菊2、鱼骨8、高粱酒13、奶粉6。
所述的骨髓芝麻糊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂胶置于高粱酒中,小火煎煮至蜂胶融化;
(2)将毛茶粉碎,得毛茶粉;将鱼骨打碎,于开水锅中大火煮制30-40分钟后捞出,加步骤(1)所得物料研磨匀质,加入毛茶粉,隔水蒸7-8分钟;

1.一种骨髓芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
芝麻60-65、维生素E2-3、蚂蚁干粉5-6、毛茶1-2、蜂胶2-3、灵芝2-3、苹果叶4-5、碎米荠2-3、迷迭香4-4.5、独脚金2-3.5、梧桐花4-6、宽筋藤2-3、蟛蜞菊1-2、鱼骨6-8、高粱酒10-13、奶粉6-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨髓芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将蜂胶置于高粱酒中,小火煎煮至蜂胶融化;
将毛茶粉碎,得毛茶粉;将鱼骨打碎,于开水锅中大火煮制30-40分钟后捞出,加步骤(1)所得物料研磨匀质,加入毛茶粉,隔水蒸7-8分钟;
将灵芝、苹果叶、碎米荠、迷迭香、独脚金、梧桐花、宽筋藤、蟛蜞菊用纱布包裹,与芝麻混合送入锅中,加水大火煮10-12分钟,待温度降至27-30摄氏度时,加入维生素E,密封静止6-8小时后将芝麻捞出;
