本发明涉及针织卫衣机鞍座领域,尤其涉及到一种圆型针织卫衣机鞍座的加工方法。
背景技术
目前针织卫衣机鞍座的加工方法都存在加工过程复杂,且加工精度不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种生产工艺简单、加工精度高的圆型针织卫衣机鞍座的加工方法。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种圆型针织卫衣机鞍座的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、CNC机床加工:将圆型针织卫衣机鞍座效正,使其圆度0.03mm,加工销孔11,销孔11内外圆的同圆度为0.05mm;效正后钻顶针孔1;以销孔11为加工基准,铣滑块定位槽2;滑块定位槽2精度在0.04mm内;钻三角安装孔3;而后加工外侧调节杆孔4、调节钮孔5,调节杆孔4与内侧滑块定位槽2的对称度在0.03mm内,调节杆孔4与调节钮孔5的同圆度在0.03mm内;
b、台钻加工:用台钻加工圆型针织卫衣机鞍座上的斜孔6,并攻芽;划线、编号,用带锯床把圆型针织卫衣机鞍座锯开,从鞍座上锯下的锯块大小公差控制在0.4mm内;
c、铣床加工:采用铣床加工圆型针织卫衣机鞍座两个侧面7,保证相邻鞍座的逢隙在2.8-3mm内;
d、精加工:去除毛刺,把加工好的圆型针织卫衣机鞍座安装在鞍座底圈上,用立磨床磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座的外侧8,光洁度达到1.6;拆下磨好的圆型针织卫衣机鞍座,进行倒角;圆型针织卫衣机鞍座表面进行化学镀处理;到立车精车圆型针织卫衣机鞍座内弧9;后到立磨床精磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座内弧9,内弧的弧度公差控制在±0.025内;后去除毛刺,到立磨床磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座滑块10;后去除毛刺,到柴油里把圆型针织卫衣机鞍座清洗干净。
本发明优点在于:加工工艺简单,加工精度高。

a、CNC机床加工:将圆型针织卫衣机鞍座效正,使其圆度0.03mm,加工销孔(11),销孔(11)内外圆的同圆度为0.05mm;效正后钻顶针孔(1);以销孔(11)为加工基准,铣滑块定位槽(2);滑块定位槽(2)精度在0.04mm内;钻三角安装孔(3);而后加工外侧调节杆孔(4)、调节钮孔(5),调节杆孔(4)与内侧滑块定位槽(2)的对称度在0.03mm内,调节杆孔(4)与调节钮孔(5)的同圆度在0.03mm内;
b、台钻加工:用台钻加工圆型针织卫衣机鞍座上的斜孔(6),并攻芽;划线、编号,用带锯床把圆型针织卫衣机鞍座锯开,从鞍座上锯下的锯块大小公差控制在0.4mm内;
c、铣床加工:采用铣床加工圆型针织卫衣机鞍座两个侧面(7),保证相邻鞍座的逢隙在2.8-3mm内;
d、精加工:去除毛刺,把加工好的圆型针织卫衣机鞍座安装在鞍座底圈上,用立磨床磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座的外侧(8),光洁度达到1.6;拆下磨好的圆型针织卫衣机鞍座,进行倒角;圆型针织卫衣机鞍座表面进行化学镀处理;到立车精车圆型针织卫衣机鞍座内弧(9);后到立磨床精磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座内弧(9),内弧的弧度公差控制在±0.025内;后去除毛刺,到立磨床磨圆型针织卫衣机鞍座滑块(10);后去除毛刺,到柴油里把圆型针织卫衣机鞍座清洗干净。
