一种针织圆机大盘的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及针织圆机大盘领域,尤其涉及到一种针织圆机大盘的加工工艺。
背景技术
目前针织圆机大盘的加工方法都存在加工过程复杂,且加工精度不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种生产工艺简单、加工精度高的针织圆机大盘的加工工艺。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种针织圆机大盘的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、普通立车粗加工:将经过铸造、出炉、清砂、去毛刺、二次回火后的针织圆机大盘采用普通立车进行粗加工,粗车工时针织圆机大盘的高度、内圆、外圆的余量保留在1.8-2.0mm;
b、钻油标孔:粗加工后的针织圆机大盘采用镗床加工,钻铰针织圆机大盘侧面的油标孔1;
c、普通龙门铣加工:采用龙门铣床加工针织圆机大盘的主轴孔2及油槽3,加工完成后摆放在室外三到五天,进行自然时效处理;
d、摇臂钻床加工:经过自然时效处理后的针织圆机大盘转到摇臂钻床加工,钻出两面的安装孔4;
e、精加工:经过以上各道工序的加工后,在YV-1600ATC高精度的电脑立车用机夹刀片精车底面,确保底面平度的跳动在0.05mm以内,然后翻面掉头夹紧外圆,校正外圆控制在0.10mm以内进行精加工;针织圆机大盘端面5及定位圆6精车加工后采用抛光刀片进行抛光处理,使针织圆机大盘端面5的光洁度能达到1.6,跳动在0.04mm以内;
f、细加工:摇臂钻床加工定位孔7,后精钻安装孔8、标准底孔和螺牙孔;
g、清洗及检验:把加工后的针织圆机大盘打磨、倒角、去锈、清洗;用百分表检测径向间隙在0.02mm以内及针织圆机大盘平度要求在0.10mm内;检出结果后,再涂好专用的防锈油,又用一次性保鲜膜铺在针织圆机大盘端面5上。
本发明优点在于:加工工艺简单、加工精度高。

现结合附图,详述本发明具体实施方式:

Claims (1)

1.一种针织圆机大盘的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、普通立车粗加工:将经过铸造、出炉、清砂、去毛刺、二次回火后的针织圆机大盘采用普通立车进行粗加工,粗车工时针织圆机大盘的高度、内圆、外圆的余量保留在1.8-2.0mm;
b、钻油标孔:粗加工后的针织圆机大盘采用镗床加工,钻铰针织圆机大盘侧面的油标孔(1);
c、普通龙门铣加工:采用龙门铣床加工针织圆机大盘的主轴孔(2)及油槽(3),加工完成后摆放在室外三到五天,进行自然时效处理;
d、摇臂钻床加工:经过自然时效处理后的针织圆机大盘转到摇臂钻床加工,钻出两面的安装孔(4);
e、精加工:经过以上各道工序的加工后,在YV-1600ATC高精度的电脑立车用机夹刀片精车底面,确保底面平度的跳动在0.05mm以内,然后翻面掉头夹紧外圆,校正外圆控制在0.10mm以内进行精加工;针织圆机大盘端面(5)及定位圆(6)精车加工后采用抛光刀片进行抛光处理,使针织圆机大盘端面(5)的光洁度能达到1.6,跳动在0.04mm以内;
