本发明涉及一种西瓜汁饮品,所述西瓜汁由下列原料按照重量百分比配置而成:西瓜鲜榨汁85%-90%、薄荷叶2%-4%、柠檬汁2%-4%、细砂糖1%-1.5%、天然香精0.08%-0.1%、稳定剂0.3%-0.4%;西瓜汁具有消除浮肿,利尿等作用,也是炎夏消暑的好饮料同时可以缓解各种炎症,并能补充人体所必需的果糖,抵抗衰老,防止血管硬化,改善过敏体质。

本发明涉及一种饮品,尤其是一种西瓜汁饮品。
背景技术
西瓜是人们夏季喜爱的水果之一。现代医学研究表明,西瓜中含有多种人体所需的营养成分和有益物质,如大量的蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖,丰富的维生素C、有机酸、氨基酸以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,还含有一定量的番茄红素,但几乎不含脂肪。吃西瓜生成的尿液能溶解体内多余的盐分,预防体内结石形成。西瓜所含的丰富叶酸,生食即可直接为人体所吸收,对贫血、血液病、造血器官及放射性治疗引起的不良影响有疗效。西瓜汁中的L(+) 瓜氨酸和吡唑丙氨酸有利尿清热,降血压和治疗肾炎的作用;西瓜中的番茄红素具有抗氧化、抗癌功能;西瓜中的配糖体也具有降血压作用等等。但在果汁饮料市场中,西瓜汁并不常见。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种西瓜汁饮品,可在夏季使得人们清热降火,同时有益于人体健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种西瓜汁饮品,所述西瓜汁由下列原料按照重量百分比配置而成:西瓜鲜榨汁85%-90%、薄荷叶2%-4%、柠檬汁2%-4%、细砂糖1%-1.5%、天然香精0.08%-0.1%、稳定剂0.3%-0.4%,其余部分为纯净水。
所述西瓜汁饮品的制备方法包括如下工艺步骤:
1) 取新鲜西瓜瓤,去籽后放入榨汁机中进行榨汁处理,过滤,得到西瓜鲜榨汁;
2) 向所得的西瓜鲜榨汁中按重量百分比加入薄荷叶与柠檬汁,得到西瓜汁混合液;
3) 将所得西瓜汁混合液放入真空调配罐中进行调配,在真空度为-0.03--0.05MP的环境中按照重量百分比加入细砂糖、天然香精与稳定剂;
4) 将处理后的西瓜汁实施无菌罐装,即可得到西瓜汁成品。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述稳定剂为卡拉胶。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点:
1) 西瓜汁具有消除浮肿,利尿等作用,也是炎夏消暑的好饮料同时可以缓解各种炎症,并能补充人体所必需的果糖,抵抗衰老,防止血管硬化,改善过敏体质;
2) 在西瓜汁中添加薄荷叶与柠檬汁,可以使得西瓜汁具备提神醒脑,清热解毒的效果;
3) 在真空配置罐中进行调制,避免了传统热加工方法对饮品口味造成破坏;
4) 卡拉胶可以使得西瓜汁饮料的储存时间更长,并不影响口味。

实施例1
一种西瓜汁饮品,所述西瓜汁由下列原料按照重量百分比配置而成:西瓜鲜榨汁85%、薄荷叶2%%、柠檬汁4%、细砂糖1%%、天然香精0.1%、稳定剂0.4%,其余部分为纯净水。
所述西瓜汁饮品的制备方法包括如下工艺步骤:
1) 取新鲜西瓜瓤,去籽后放入榨汁机中进行榨汁处理,过滤,得到西瓜鲜榨汁;
2) 向所得的西瓜鲜榨汁中按重量百分比加入薄荷叶与柠檬汁,得到西瓜汁混合液;
3) 将所得西瓜汁混合液放入真空调配罐中进行调配,在真空度为0.03--0.05MP的环境中按照重量百分比加入细砂糖、天然香精与稳定剂;
4) 将处理后的西瓜汁实施无菌罐装,即可得到西瓜汁成品。

1. 一种西瓜汁饮品,其特征在于所述西瓜汁由下列原料按照重量百分比配置而成:西瓜鲜榨汁85%-90%、薄荷叶2%-4%、柠檬汁2%-4%、细砂糖1%-1.5%、天然香精0.08%-0.1%、稳定剂0.3%-0.4%,其余部分为纯净水。
2.按照权利要求1所述的西瓜汁饮品,其特征在于所述西瓜汁的制备方法包括如下工艺步骤:
取新鲜西瓜瓤,去籽后放入榨汁机中进行榨汁处理,过滤,得到西瓜鲜榨汁;
向所得的西瓜鲜榨汁中按重量百分比加入薄荷叶与柠檬汁,得到西瓜汁混合液;
将所得西瓜汁混合液放入真空调配罐中进行调配,在真空度为-0.03--0.05MP的环境中按照重量百分比加入细砂糖、天然香精与稳定剂;
将处理后的西瓜汁实施无菌灌装,即可得到西瓜汁成品。
