本发明涉及一种果味藕粉冲剂,制作步骤为,选取当季的鲜山药和鲜藕,在清水中洗净除尘、脱皮、切片、放入烤箱中烘烤,将烤熟的山药片和藕片分别放入粉磨机中,分别打成粉末状;选用已风干无变质的苹果干、菠萝干及葡萄干,分别放入粉磨机中,打成粉末状;按照比例将藕粉、山药粉、苹果干粉、菠萝干粉、葡萄干粉及绵白糖混合,搅拌均匀;分袋包装,装箱出厂销售;食用时,用开水冲开即可。该果味藕粉冲剂不仅保留了水果、藕粉及山药本身具有的营养物质,口感甜而不腻,而且含有丰富的维生素、磷、钙及铁,不添加任何防腐剂和人工色素,营养成分高,适于在市场上大规模推广销售,造福广大群众。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食用的藕粉冲剂,尤其是营养丰富,口感好的一种果味藕粉冲剂。
背景技术
目前,公知的市场上销售的藕粉冲剂一般都含有多种添加剂,经常食用对人们的健康不利,而且藕粉的味道单一,经常食用便会觉得甜腻,若能在藕粉中加入爽口的水果味道,而且不添加任何添加剂,则会给人们的生活带来更多的健康。
发明内容
为了解决现有的藕粉味道单一的问题,本发明提供一种果味藕粉冲剂,该果味藕粉冲剂不仅保留了水果、藕粉及山药本身具有的营养物质,口感甜而不腻,而且含有丰富的维生素、磷、钙及铁,不添加任何防腐剂和人工色素,营养成分高,适于在市场上大规模推广销售,造福广大群众。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该果味藕粉冲剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)选取当季的鲜山药和鲜藕,在清水中清洗1-3次,除去山药和藕表面上的尘土;
(2)将山药和藕脱皮,对剩下的芯肉进行切片,芯肉的直径为2厘米-3厘米,切成厚度为1.5厘米-2.5厘米的小圆片,如此切片便于更好的清洗山药片和藕片表面的粘液;
(3)对山药切片和藕切片用水冲洗2-3次,沥干水分,分别放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为110℃-130℃,烘烤6-9分钟后取出;
(4)将烤熟的山药片和藕片分别放入粉磨机中,打磨9-14分钟,分别打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(5)选用已风干无变质的苹果干、菠萝干及葡萄干,分别放入粉磨机中,打磨13-15分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(6)按照藕粉60%-70%、山药粉15%-20%、苹果干粉3%-7%、菠萝干粉3%-7%、葡萄干粉3%-7%及绵白糖2%-4%的质量比混合,搅拌均匀;
(7)按照每小袋43g-47g的重量对藕粉冲剂进行分袋包装,然后装箱出厂销售;
(8)食用时,每一小袋藕粉冲剂用380ml-450ml的开水冲开即可。
本发明的有益效果是,该果味藕粉冲剂不仅保留了水果、藕粉及山药本身具有的营养物质,口感甜而不腻,而且含有丰富的维生素、磷、钙及铁,不添加任何防腐剂和人工色素,营养成分高,适于在市场上大规模推广销售,造福广大群众。
具体实施方式
该果味藕粉冲剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)选取当季的鲜山药和鲜藕,在清水中清洗2次,除去山药和藕表面上的尘土;
(2)将山药和藕脱皮,对剩下的芯肉进行切片,芯肉的直径为2.5厘米,切成厚度为2厘米的小圆片,如此切片便于更好的清洗山药片和藕片表面的粘液;
(3)对山药切片和藕切片用水冲洗2次,沥干水分,分别放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为120℃,烘烤8分钟后取出;
(4)将烤熟的山药片和藕片分别放入粉磨机中,打磨11分钟,分别打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(5)选用已风干无变质的苹果干、菠萝干及葡萄干,分别放入粉磨机中,打磨14分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(6)按照藕粉65%、山药粉17%、苹果干粉5%、菠萝干粉5%、葡萄干粉5%及绵白糖3%的质量比混合,搅拌均匀;
(7)按照每小袋45g的重量对藕粉冲剂进行分袋包装,然后装箱出厂销售;
(8)食用时,每一小袋藕粉冲剂用400ml的开水冲开即可。

1.一种果味藕粉冲剂,其特征在于,该冲剂包括藕粉、山药粉、苹果干粉、菠萝干粉、葡萄干粉及绵白糖。
2.一种果味藕粉冲剂,其特征在于,该冲剂配比为,藕粉60%-70%、山药粉15%-20%、苹果干粉3%-7%、菠萝干粉3%-7%、葡萄干粉3%-7%及绵白糖2%-4%。
