Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送系统,更具体地涉及一种用于传送位于各容器之间的药物组合物的一种或多种组分的组件。
背景技术
通常情况下,注射器通过从常规上具有可穿透壳体的药用小瓶抽吸液体药物组分实现手动填充。注射器具有的针穿刺该可穿透壳体,之后注射器通常通过将空气吸入到注射器的主体中、将针与小瓶的可穿透壳体对准以及将针穿过可穿透壳体插入到小瓶中而进行填充。接着,将小瓶倒置,迫使空气从注射器的主体进入小瓶中。然后,抽回柱塞,以抽出所需体积的药物组分到注射器中,并且将针从小瓶中移除。
许多药物制剂必须被分配和销售成两种或两种以上的单独组分,通常为固体组分和液体组分。它们只在给药前混合。在某些情况下,两种或两种以上的组分可以各为液体,并需要在向病人给药前混合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于将第一容器的内含物传送到第二容器的组件。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种传送设备,包括:具有顶部、侧壁、开口底部的外壳,开口底部允许将小瓶插入在外壳内;安装在外壳内的穿刺构件,穿刺构件具有位于其底端的穿刺尖端,穿刺构件具有形成在其中的内部通道;位于顶部外侧的连接器;安装在外壳内的可移动构件,可移动构件可从第一位置移动到第二位置,在第一位置,可移动构件防止接触到穿刺尖端,在第二位置,当小瓶插入于外壳中时,允许接触到穿刺尖端。
在大多数情况下,本发明的传送设备提供了用于小瓶和注射器的简单联接,由此各组分可以混合,以在注射器中形成组合物,准备用于病人注射。
小瓶中的内含物可以是任何合适的药物组分,但在许多情况下,它将是干性的药物组分,诸如冻干产品。然而,如之前所提到的,它也可以是液体组分。
注射器通常含有液体组分,它在小瓶中经常是用于活性药物成分的稀释剂。注射器可以是容易从不同的制造商获得的任何常规的注射器。通常情况下,注射器将包含活塞,并具有附接至其一端的托架或指部凸缘。柱塞杆将附装至注射器的活塞。
已知的传送设备存在的一个问题在于,应该尽量减少对针或塑料钉在传送设备内的接触,以防止意外的刺破。这样的传送设备展示在国际申请PCT/CA2010/001399中,其教导引入本文作为参考。在传送设备中,提供一帽,以允许接触到此设备的注射器侧,并且鲁尔连接件(luer connection)不能被接触,直到帽被移除。然而,只有当此设备联接到小瓶时,帽才能被移除。
在某些情况下,认为可取的是重新使用传送设备。采用上述的传送设备,这是不可能的,因为小瓶仍固定到传送设备,两者作为一个整体被处置掉。
在其它情况下,由于可能的污染,认为最好的做法是不允许重新使用传送设备。然而,仍然希望保护用户免受针或钉的伤害。
在本发明的一个实施例中,其中此设备可能不会重新使用,一旦在将小瓶插入到外壳中时向上移动,则可移动构件接合外壳的壁。旋转运动使其移动到上部位置,当小瓶被拔出时,可移动构件移动到一位置,在该位置,仍然防止意外的针刺但不能再次向上移动,因为这是锁定位置。
在另一实施例中,可移动构件向下缩回到一位置,即从该位置开始,能够重新使用传送设备。

具体实施方式
更详细地参照附图并参考其标号,示出了传送系统,该传送系统总体上标记为标号10,并适用于总体上标记为标号12的小瓶。
小瓶12具有主体14,主体14具有由隔膜16密封的颈部,在其上有帽18。药剂20包含在主体14内,通常包括干性成分,但也可以利用流体。
传送系统10包括外壳24和圆形侧壁26。在圆形侧壁26上靠近其底部存在突起28。在其上端,设置有鲁尔连接件30。内壁32安装有本质上是空心的针34,并具有穿刺端36。如之前所提到的,针34可以是钉。
安装在外壳24内部的是可移动构件40。可移动构件40具有顶壁42,顶壁42具有居中地定位于其中的孔44,以允许针34通过。从顶壁42向下延伸的是第一腿46和第二腿48。第一腿46具有位于其底部的向外延伸的凸缘50,而第二腿48也具有向外延伸的凸缘52。
提供盖56来接收传送系统10。盖56具有侧壁57,其适于与突起28接合,以将传送系统10保持在合适的位置。侧壁57设置有位于其底部的向外延伸的凸缘60。凸缘60被设计成接收可剥离的密封条62,以便提供密封包装。
可优选地,本发明的传送系统用于注射器,注射器具有注射器主体66和安装在其中的柱塞68。柱塞杆70被设计成可与柱塞68螺旋地接合。注射器主体66包括托架72,以允许用户的手正确地把持。在其前端,注射器主体68包括鲁尔连接器74。通常情况下,注射器主体66填充有稀释剂76,但可以利用任何所需的流体。
如图8和9所示,柱塞杆70连接到柱塞68,进而如图10所示迫使稀释剂76进入小瓶主体14中。然后,可将药剂和稀释剂混合,并且如图11所示倒置组件。然后,混合物80被抽吸回到注射器主体66中。然后,当针组件连接到鲁尔连接器74时,混合物80准备好待注射。
在图17A至17H的实施例中,将会注意到,外壳24设置有位于侧壁26中的一对孔86。另外,在本实施例中,提供了额外的一对腿87,各具有形成在其外表面上的按钮88。在本实施例中,当可移动构件40向上移动时,按钮88接合于孔86中。
在壁26的内表面上设置有肋90,肋90具有形成在其中的槽92。因此,当因抽回小瓶12而使压力施加在按钮86上时,可移动构件40将向下移动,直到顶壁42与槽92接合。这保持可移动构件40在合适的位置以待进一步使用。
在图18至19D的实施例中,将会注意到,顶壁42设置有突起96和锁扣98。在内部设置有肋100和成角度的侧壁部102。这样的布置是这样的,在可移动构件94向上移动时,突起96与成角度的侧壁102接合,以旋转可移动构件40。在抽回时,锁扣98与肋100接合,以防止进一步使用传送构件。
Claims (8)
1.一种传送设备,包括:
具有顶部、侧壁(26)、开口底部的外壳(24),所述开口底部允许将小瓶(12)插入在所述外壳内;
安装在所述外壳(24)内的穿刺构件(34),所述穿刺构件(34)具有位于其底端的穿刺尖端(36),所述穿刺构件具有形成在其中的内部通道;
位于所述顶部外侧的连接器(30);
安装在所述外壳(24)内的可移动构件(40),所述可移动构件(40)可从第一位置移动到第二位置,在第一位置,所述可移动构件(40)防止接触到所述穿刺尖端(36),在第二位置,当所述小瓶插入于所述外壳中时,允许接触到所述穿刺尖端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传送设备,其中,当在插入所述小瓶(12)的情况下使所述可移动构件(40)向上移动时,所述可移动构件(40)和所述外壳(24)导致所述可移动构件(40)旋转,在移除所述小瓶的情况下,所述可移动构件返回到第三锁定位置,所述第三锁定位置使得小瓶不能进一步插入到所述外壳中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传送设备,其中,所述可移动构件包括至少一个腿(46),所述外壳具有形成在其中的凹部,在所述可移动构件处于所述第二位置时,所述腿接合所述凹部,一旦由于压在所述腿上使所述腿从所述凹部释放而移除小瓶时,所述可移动构件可返回到所述第一位置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述穿刺构件从针或钉组成的组中选择。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述可移动构件(40)具有居中定位的孔(44),以允许所述穿刺构件(34)穿过。
6.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,位于所述顶端外侧的所述连接器(30)包括鲁尔连接器。
7.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述可移动构件(40)具有两个突起,每个突起定位在相应一个径向相对的腿上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中,所述外壳(24)具有形成在其内表面上的凹部,以在所述可移动构件处于所述第一位置时接收所述可移动构件(40)的盘状部。
