背景技术
[0002] 我厂生产的隔热罩端盖,要经拉伸成型,现有技术中,改善材料的流动问题已成为设计和制作拉伸模具的重要工作内容,采用我厂现有结构的模具和工艺,模具定位精准较低,作用在压边圈上的压边力分布不均匀,压边力不够稳定,易导致工件出现明显凹凸痕迹,光滑度低。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0004] —种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具,包括上模板、导套、冲头固定板、销钉1、模柄、压型凸模、限位块、螺钉1、导柱、下模板、螺钉I1、螺杆、螺母、推料盘1、推料盘I1、橡皮、推料杆、销钉I1、凸模固定板、支撑块、拉伸凸模、压边圈、凹模;
[0005] 上模板的上端安装有模柄,销钉I和螺钉I的一端嵌入所述的上模板,另一端自上而下穿过冲头固定板嵌入至凹模中;
[0006] 所述的冲头固定板的下方装有限位块,压型凸模套装在所述的冲头固定板及限位块的内侧,其一端与所述的上模板的下方连接;

[0010] 所述的一种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具的模具钢材料选用微合金Crl2MoV模具钢,模具钢的热处理工艺为:热乳后加热到1050 - 1150°C进行固溶处理,快冷到600°C转入400 - 700°C炉中使之等温转变,机加工后加热到900 -950°C油淬,最后在150 - 200°C回火。
[0011] 组成所述的一种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具的各独立部件采用数控机床加工。
[0012] 本发明的有益效果是:凸模和凹模的材料选用微合金Crl2MoV模具钢,保证了模具硬度,模具钢采用上述热处理工艺,减少了碳排放,淬透性可提高一倍以上;数控机床加工模具的独立工件,提高了独立工件的精度;独立工件高精度加工及整体结构设计优化,提高了本发明单边间隙的合理性和稳定性,使凸模和凹模的间隙保持在0.01-0.02mm之间,采用以上技术方案,拉伸成型过程中,压边力稳定,分布均匀,使材料流动性好,成品表面光滑,无明显凹凸痕迹。

[0026] 3、开动压力机,凹模5201、压型凸模5061随上模板5011下行至凹模5201与压边圈5191压紧,凹模5201向下冲压,压边圈5191随动下行,拉伸凸模5181固定不动,隔热罩端盖工件料板将拉伸凸模5181覆盖,被拉伸出拉伸凸模5181的形状,同时压型凸模5061下压,与支撑块5171配合,压出隔热罩端盖中央的下凹;
[0027] 4、工件成型后,方箱推动推料杆5151将压边圈5191复位。

1.一种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具,包括上模板(5011)、导套(5021)、冲头固定板(5031)、销钉 I (5041)、模柄(5051)、压型凸模(5061)、螺钉 I (5081)、导柱(5091)、下模板(5101)、螺钉II (5082)、螺杆(5111)、螺母(5121)、推料盘I (5131)、推料盘II (5132)、橡皮(5141)、推料杆(5151)、销钉II (5042)、拉伸凸模(5181)、压边圈(5191)、凹模(5201); 上模板(5011)的上端安装有模柄(5051),销钉I (5041)和螺钉I (5081)的一端嵌入所述的上模板(5011),另一端自上而下穿过冲头固定板(5031)嵌入至凹模(5201)中; 压型凸模(5061)的一端与所述的上模板(5011)的下方连接; 所述的上模板(5011)的下方固定有导套(5021),导柱(5091)固定于下模板(5101)的上方,所述的导柱(5091)与导套(5021)相对滑动配合; 销钉II (5042)和螺钉II (5082)的一端嵌入所述的下模板(5101),销钉II (5042)的另一端自下而上穿过凸模固定板(5161)嵌入至拉伸凸模(5181)中; 螺杆(5111)的上端嵌入所述的下模板(5101),另一端自上而下依次穿过推料盘I (5131)、橡皮(5141)及推料盘II (5132),其下端旋入螺母(5121),所述的推料盘I (5131)的上端与推料杆(5151)的下端相连; 其特征在于:还包括限位块(5071)、凸模固定板(5161)和支撑块(5171),所述的冲头固定板(5031)的下方装有限位块(5071),压型凸模(5061)套装在所述的冲头固定板(5031)及限位块(5071)的内侧,螺钉II (5082)的另一端自下而上穿过凸模固定板(5161)嵌入至拉伸凸模(5181)中,所述的拉伸凸模中间嵌有支撑块(5171),所述的支撑块(5171)与所述的压型凸模(5061)垂直对应,所述的推料杆(5151)的上端与所述的下模板(5101)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热罩端盖拉伸模具,其特征在于:模具钢材料选用微合金Crl2MoV模具钢,模具钢的热处理工艺为:热乳后加热到1050-1150°C进行固溶处理,快冷到600°C转入400-700°C炉中使之等温转变,机加工后加热到900-950°C油淬,最后在150-200°C 回火。
