背景技术
娃娃鱼是大鲵的俗称,乃生活在淡水中的两栖动物。是3亿年前与恐龙同一时代生存并延续下来的珍稀物种,也是现存最大的两栖类动物,被称为“活化石”。中国是娃娃鱼的原产国,上世纪七十年代大量出口换汇,加之生态环境破坏,致使娃娃鱼的数量急剧下降,许多地方的资源枯竭,甚至濒临灭绝。为了保护这一资源,1988年《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》将之列为中国国家二级重点保护野生动物,是中国的国宝之一。娃娃鱼的肌肉蛋白富含17种氨基酸,其中8种人体必需氨基酸。氨基酸总量高达91.92%,其中必需氨基酸含量为39.69%,含有的丰富的金属硫蛋白,能清除人体内自由基和过量重金属离子,从而能起到调节人体微物质循环,预防重金属中毒,延缓衰老的作用,并可用于老年癌呆和癌症的辅助治疗。娃娃鱼肉具有提高智力、美容养颜、补血行气、滋阴补肾、防止心血管疾病、防癌抗癌等功效,对治疗、贫血、霍乱、痢疾、癫痫、血经等病症有显著疗效。

本发明达到的有益效果在于:以上配方,使该娃娃鱼汤煲既有娃娃鱼提高智力、美容养颜、补血行气等功效,又有鲫鱼鲜嫩可口、易于消化吸收的特点,同时还有鸡肉增强体力、强壮身体的作用;同时用莲子、人参和冬虫夏草做辅料,进一步增加了该娃娃鱼汤煲的营养成分和保健价值,最后通过柠檬汁保证了娃娃鱼肉鲜嫩可口的特性;葱末,姜末,盐,鸡精,胡椒和香料使娃娃鱼汤煲细腻嫩滑,汤味鲜美清淡。通过以上组料的配合使用,充分发挥出娃娃鱼提高智力、美容养颜、补血行气、滋阴补肾、防止心血管疾病、防癌抗癌等的食用价值和保健价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
一种娃娃鱼的汤煲组料,包括主料:娃娃鱼800g,鲫鱼500g,鸡肉200g;辅料:莲子50g,人参30g,冬虫夏草2g;调料:柠檬10g,葱末12g,姜末10g,盐2份,鸡精0.3份,胡椒2份,香料3份。其中香料由大料、肉蔻、豆蔻、丁香、胡椒、砂仁、桂皮、干姜、甘草、荜菝、陈皮、枸杞和大枣构成构成。所述的份为重量份的等分量。
其中主料中的娃娃鱼肉含肌肉蛋白富含17种氨基酸,其中8种人体必需氨基酸。氨基酸总量高达91.92%,其中必需氨基酸含量为39.69%,具有提高智力、美容养颜、补血行气、滋阴补肾、防止心血管疾病、防癌抗癌等功效,对治疗、贫血、霍乱、痢疾、癫痫、血经等病症有显著疗效;鲫鱼所含的蛋白质质优、齐全、易于消化吸收,是肝肾疾病,心脑血管疾病患者的良好蛋白质来源,常食可增强抗病能力,肝炎、肾炎、高血压、心脏病,慢性支气管炎等疾病患者可经常食用;鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用鸡肉,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一,鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等有很好的食疗作用。娃娃鱼、鲫鱼和鸡肉的组合,使其制作成的速食食品既有娃娃鱼提高智力、美容养颜、补血行气等功效,又有鲫鱼鲜嫩可口、易于消化吸收的特点,同时还有鸡肉增强体力、强壮身体的作用。

调料中柠檬可以使被70~90℃温水侵泡过的娃娃鱼肉还原其鲜嫩可口的特性,葱末,姜末,盐,鸡精,胡椒和香料混合使娃娃鱼汤煲细腻嫩滑,汤味鲜美清淡。
