背景技术
市场上的即食肉食品的种类很少,基上是以生鲜肉为主,然而随着人们生活水平的提高,市场上单一的肉食品并不能满足人们的生活需求,且市售的即食肉食品的营养也是单一的,并没有体现其辅助的功效。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:鸭脯肉180-200、螺旋藻60-70、枸杞20-30、番茄30-40、胡萝卜30-40、柠檬20-30、肉桂4-5、白芷5-6、淫羊藿4-5、沙苑子4-5、竹叶兰3-4、女贞子3-4、灯芯草3-4、冰草3-4、柠檬醋100-120、白砂糖0-60、酸奶100-120、食盐10-30、水适量。
一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸭脯肉洗净,切成条状,放入锅中,加入所述柠檬醋、白砂糖,加热焖煮1-2小时,冷却后,浸泡7-10天;
(2)将枸杞、番茄、胡萝卜、柠檬洗净,与螺旋藻、酸奶混合打成果奶汁,备用;
(3)将肉桂、白芷、淫羊藿、沙苑子、竹叶兰、女贞子、灯芯草、冰草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将鸭脯肉捞出,与果奶汁、中药浓缩液均匀混合,添加食盐调味,然后灭菌、灌装即可。

一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸭脯肉洗净,切成条状,放入锅中,加入所述柠檬醋、白砂糖,加热焖煮1小时,冷却后,浸泡8天;
(2)将枸杞、番茄、胡萝卜、柠檬洗净,与螺旋藻、酸奶混合打成果奶汁,备用;
(3)将肉桂、白芷、淫羊藿、沙苑子、竹叶兰、女贞子、灯芯草、冰草用7倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将鸭脯肉捞出,与果奶汁、中药浓缩液均匀混合,添加食盐调味,然后灭菌、灌装即可。

1.一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:鸭脯肉180-200、螺旋藻60-70、枸杞20-30、番茄30-40、胡萝卜30-40、柠檬20-30、肉桂4-5、白芷5-6、淫羊藿4-5、沙苑子4-5、竹叶兰3-4、女贞子3-4、灯芯草3-4、冰草3-4、柠檬醋100-120、白砂糖0-60、酸奶100-120、食盐10-30、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻鸭肉罐头的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸭脯肉洗净,切成条状,放入锅中,加入所述柠檬醋、白砂糖,加热焖煮1-2小时,冷却后,浸泡7-10天;
(2)将枸杞、番茄、胡萝卜、柠檬洗净,与螺旋藻、酸奶混合打成果奶汁,备用;
(3)将肉桂、白芷、淫羊藿、沙苑子、竹叶兰、女贞子、灯芯草、冰草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将鸭脯肉捞出,与果奶汁、中药浓缩液均匀混合,添加食盐调味,然后灭菌、灌装即可。
