Abstract

本发明公开了一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱,包括热交换器(1)、烟管(2)。本发明采用由热交换器、烟管构成的装置,其中,热交换器为由散热管和外套管构成的夹层套管,散热管和外套管之间设有间隙称为热交换通道,外套管的上部设有与所述热交换通道相通的冷风进口,外套管的下部设有与所述热交换通道相通的热风出口,通过热交换器回收炽热烟气余热产生用于助燃的热风的技术方案,克服了现有技术存在燃料消耗大的问题与不足,使熔化炉达到了降低燃料消耗,提高燃烧室温度的目的。

Description

一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟囱,具体是指用于熔化炉排放烟气,并利用烟气余热产生助燃热风的一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱。
背景技术
熔化炉是液态合金压铸成型中用于熔化合金材料的熔炉,现有技术的熔化炉烟囱直接将熔化炉的烟气排放至大气中,熔化炉炽热的烟气中可利用的热能也随之被直接排放了,而与此同时,熔化炉工作时需要鼓风助燃,鼓入的冷风会降低燃烧室的温度,从而增加燃料消耗,如果能够利用炽热烟气的余热产生鼓入熔化炉助燃的热风,将有利于降低燃料消耗,提高燃烧室的温度;由于现有技术的的熔化炉烟囱不具备余热回收产生热风的功能,因此,现有技术的熔化炉存在燃料消耗大的问题与不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题与不足,本发明采用由热交换器、烟管构成的装置,其中,热交换器为由散热管和外套管构成的夹层套管,散热管和外套管之间设有间隙称为热交换通道,外套管的上部设有与所述热交换通道相通的冷风进口,外套管的下部设有与所述热交换通道相通的热风出口,散热管的内管腔称为吸热烟道;烟管为钢质圆柱薄壁管道,烟管固定连接在热交换器的上面且与所述吸热烟道的上端相通,吸热烟道的下端与熔化炉的烟道连接相通,冷风进口与熔化炉的集风调节箱连接相通,热风出口与熔化炉的燃烧室连接相通;工作时,熔化炉炽热的烟气由熔化炉的烟道经吸热烟道从烟管排入大气,鼓风机提供的冷风经集风调节箱由冷风进口进入热交换通道,并由上向下通过热交换通道从热风出口吹进燃烧室,炽热烟气通过吸热烟道时自身冷却并将散热管加热,冷风通过热交换通道时被散热管加热成热风用于助燃的技术方案,提供一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱,旨在通过热交换器回收炽热烟气余热产生用于助燃的热风,使熔化炉达到降低燃料消耗,提高燃烧室温度的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱,包括热交换器、烟管,其中:所述的热交换器为由散热管和外套管构成的夹层套管,所述散热管为上下二端设有矩形凸缘法兰的圆柱形薄壁钢管,散热管的外柱面上均布设有若干凸出的且与中心轴线平行的凸筋称为散热凸筋,散热管的内部管腔称为吸热烟道;
所述外套管为中空、矩形柱状的耐火保温材料质的管道,散热管位于外套管的中心,散热管通过所述上下二端的法兰与外套管的上下二端封闭连接,散热管的外壁和外套管的内壁之间设有间隙称为热交换通道,外套管的上部设有与所述热交换通道相通的接口称为冷风进口,外套管的下部设有与所述热交换通道相通的接口称为热风出口;
所述的烟管为钢质圆柱薄壁管道;
烟管固定连接在热交换器的上面且与所述吸热烟道的上端相通,吸热烟道的下端与熔化炉的烟道连接相通,冷风进口与熔化炉的集风调节箱连接相通,热风出口与熔化炉的燃烧室连接相通。
工作原理及有益效果
工作时,熔化炉炽热的烟气由熔化炉的烟道经吸热烟道从烟管排入大气,此过程,炽热烟气与散热管发生热交换,炽热烟气被散热管冷却,而散热管则被炽热烟气加热;与此同时,鼓风机提供的冷风经集风调节箱由冷风进口进入热交换通道,并由上向下通过热交换通道从热风出口吹进燃烧室,此过程,冷风与散热管发生热交换,散热管被冷风冷却,而冷风被散热管加热成热风输送至燃烧室用于助燃。
本装置通过热交换器回收炽热烟气余热产生用于助燃的热风,使熔化炉降低了燃料消耗,提高了燃烧室温度。
有益设计拓展
本装置的烟管亦可为钢质矩形薄壁管道,外套管亦可为圆柱形的中空管道。

参阅图1~图3,本发明的一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱,包括热交换器1、烟管2,其中:所述的热交换器1为由散热管11和外套管12构成的夹层套管,所述散热管11为上下二端设有矩形凸缘法兰的圆柱形薄壁钢管,散热管11的外柱面上均布设有若干凸出的且与中心轴线平行的凸筋称为散热凸筋111,散热管11的内部管腔称为吸热烟道16;
所述外套管12为中空、矩形柱状的耐火保温材料质的管道,散热管11位于外套管12的中心,散热管11通过所述上下二端的法兰与外套管12的上下二端封闭连接,散热管11的外壁和外套管12的内壁之间设有间隙称为热交换通道15,外套管12的上部设有与所述热交换通道15相通的接口称为冷风进口13,外套管12的下部设有与所述热交换通道15相通的接口称为热风出口14;
所述的烟管2为钢质圆柱薄壁管道;
烟管2固定连接在热交换器1的上面且与所述吸热烟道16的上端相通,吸热烟道16的下端与熔化炉01的烟道05连接相通,冷风进口13与熔化炉01的集风调节箱08连接相通,热风出口14与熔化炉01的燃烧室06连接相通。
工作原理及有益效果
工作时,熔化炉01炽热的烟气由熔化炉01的烟道05经吸热烟道16从烟管2排入大气,此过程,炽热烟气与散热管11发生热交换,炽热烟气被散热管11冷却,而散热管11则被炽热烟气加热;与此同时,鼓风机07提供的冷风经集风调节箱08由冷风进口13进入热交换通道15,并由上向下通过热交换通道15从热风出口14吹进燃烧室06,此过程,冷风与散热管11发生热交换,散热管11被冷风冷却,而冷风被散热管11加热成热风输送至燃烧室06用于助燃。
本装置通过热交换器1回收炽热烟气余热产生用于助燃的热风,使熔化炉降低了燃料消耗,提高了燃烧室温度。
有益设计拓展
本装置的烟管2亦可为钢质矩形薄壁管道,外套管12亦可为圆柱形的中空管道。

1.一种设有余热回收结构的熔化炉烟囱,包括热交换器(1)、烟管(2),其特征在于:所述的热交换器(1)为由散热管(11)和外套管(12)构成的夹层套管,所述散热管(11)为上下二端设有矩形凸缘法兰的圆柱形薄壁钢管,散热管(11)的外柱面上均布设有若干凸出的且与中心轴线平行的凸筋称为散热凸筋(111),散热管(11)的内部管腔称为吸热烟道(16);
所述外套管(12)为中空、矩形柱状的耐火保温材料质的管道,散热管(11)位于外套管(12)的中心,散热管(11)通过所述上下二端的法兰与外套管(12)的上下二端封闭连接,散热管(11)的外壁和外套管(12)的内壁之间设有间隙称为热交换通道(15),外套管(12)的上部设有与所述热交换通道(15)相通的接口称为冷风进口(13),外套管(12)的下部设有与所述热交换通道(15)相通的接口称为热风出口(14);
所述的烟管(2)为钢质圆柱薄壁管道;烟管(2)固定连接在热交换器(1)的上面且与所述吸热烟道(16)的上端相通,吸热烟道(16)的下端与熔化炉(01)的烟道(05)连接相通,冷风进口(13)与熔化炉(01)的集风调节箱(08)连接相通,热风出口(14)与熔化炉(01)的燃烧室(06)连接相通。
